Αντικείμενο τον άρθρου είναι η μελέτη της σχέσης αντιπαροχής. Τα θέματα πον<br />θίγονται είναι δύο. Το πρώτο περιστρέφεται γύρω από τους λόγους για τους<br />οποίους εισάγεται η ρύθμιση της αντιπαροχής και στη συνέχεια αναδεικνύεται<br />σε κυρίαρχη σχέση, ενώ δεν είχε ποτέ υποχρεωτικό χαρακτήρα. Η απάντηση<br />πον δίνεται εδώ συνδέει τη λειτουργία της αντιπαροχής με την επενδυτική/<br />αποταμιευτική συμπεριφορά του πληθυσμού στη μεταπολεμική περίοδο. Το<br />δεύτερο θέμα αφορά τις οικονομικές επιπτώσεις της αντιπαροχής στην τιμή της<br />κατοικίας. Σχετικά εξετάζονται οι πιθανές διασυνδέσεις της αντιπαροχής με<br />την παραγωγικότητα της εργασίας στον κλάδο της οικοδομής καθώς και η επίδρασή της στο ύψος της απόλυτης γαιοπροσόδου Το συμπέρασμα της ανάλυσης είναι ότι η αντιπαροχή επηρέασε θετικά μάλλον το κόστος κατασκευής, ενώ δε φαίνεται να παίζει ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση της απόλυτης γαιοπροσόδου.
Η παρούσα εργασία αναλύει την πολιτική κοστολόγησης της ινσουλίνης στις ΗΠΑ και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, καθώς και τους παράγοντες που τη διαμορφώνουν. Κρίθηκε μεταξύ άλλων σκόπιμο να αναλυθεί και το επιδημιολογικό προφίλ του διαβήτη σε αυτές τις δύο χώρες, ώστε να εξαχθούν συμπεράσματα για την πολιτική της κάθε χώρας. Βασικός στόχος της εργασίας είναι να αναδείξει τα βαθύτερα αίτια που διαμορφώνουν την τιμή της ινσουλίνης στις ΗΠΑ και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Πέρα από αυτό, βασικό ζήτημα ανάλυσης είναι και οι επιπτώσεις ή συνέπειες που έχει μια ανεπαρκής ή επαρκής πολιτική κοστολόγησης ινσουλίνης, ώστε να αναδειχθεί η σημασία ύπαρξης τους για την ευημερία του κοινωνικού ιστού. Μέσα από την ανάλυση, καταλήξαμε ότι είναι ένα ολόκληρο φάσμα ιστορικών, πολιτικών, και κοινωνικοοικονομικών παραγόντων που επηρεάζει την πολιτική κοστολόγησης φαρμάκων σε κάθε χώρα. ; The paper at hand analyses the pricing policy of insulin in the USA and the United Kingdom, as well as the factors that shape it. It was also deemed meaningful to delve into the epidemiological profile of diabetes in the countries under investigation, in order to draw conclusions for the policy of each country. The main goal of the paper is to find the deeper causes of the pricing policy of insulin in the USA and the UK. Apart from that, another important aspect of analysis are the repercussions or consequences that a sufficient or insufficient policy may bear, in order to highlight its importance for the society's prosperity. Through the analysis, we concluded that it is a wide range of historical, political, and economic factors that affects the pharmaceutical pricing policy in each country.
Οι μετοχές είναι ίσως το πιο δημοφιλές χρηματοπιστωτικό μέσο που εφευρέθηκε για την οικοδόμηση πλούτου και αποτελούν το επίκεντρο κάθε επενδυτικού χαρτοφυλακίου. Από τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες, παρατηρήθηκε μια εκρηκτική αύξηση του ενδιαφέροντος του μέσου ατόμου για το χρηματιστήριο μέσα από τη συνεχώς επιταχυνόμενη πρόοδο στην τεχνολογία των συναλλαγών. Έτσι σήμερα σχεδόν οποιοσδήποτε μπορεί να κατέχει μετοχές. Σε μια οικονομικά εκρηκτική αγορά όπως το χρηματιστήριο είναι σημαντικό να έχουμε μια ακριβή πρόβλεψη για μια μελλοντική τάση. Αυτή η ακριβής πρόβλεψη της τιμής μιας μετοχής όμως είναι κάτι το εξαιρετικά δύσκολο λόγω πολλαπλών παραγόντων, όπως η πολιτική, οι παγκόσμιες οικονομικές συνθήκες, τα απροσδόκητα γεγονότα, η οικονομική απόδοση μιας εταιρείας κ.ο.κ. Οι παράγοντες αυτοί ωστόσο επίσης σημαίνουν ότι υπάρχει και πληθώρα διαθέσιμων δεδομένων για ανάλυση. Σε αυτή την πτυχιακή θα προσπαθήσουμε να προβλέψουμε σε πραγματικό χρόνο την τιμή της μετοχής των δέκα μεγαλύτερων εταιρειών στο χρηματιστήριο του Nasdaq χρησιμοποιώντας δεδομένα που είναι διαθέσιμα στο ευρύ κοινό από την ιστοσελίδα https://finance.yahoo.com, σε συνδυασμό με μοντέλα τεχνητής νοημοσύνης. ; Stocks are perhaps the most popular financial instrument invented to build wealth and focus on every investment portfolio. In recent decades, there has been an explosive increase in the average person's interest in the stock market through the ever-accelerating advancement in trading technology. Therefore, today almost anyone can own stocks. In an economically volatile market as the stock market, it is essential to have an accurate forecast for a future trend. However, this accurate prediction of a stock's price is challenging due to many factors, such as politics, global economic conditions, unexpected events, the financial performance of a company, and so on. These factors, however, also mean that there is a wealth of data available for analysis. In this thesis, we will try to predict in real-time the stock price of the ten largest companies on the Nasdaq exchange market using data available to the general public from https://finance.yahoo.com, in combination with artificial intelligence models.
Η προσπάθεια της Ε.Ε. για τη διάδοση της καλλιέργειας των "ενεργειακών φυτών" με σκοπό την παραγωγή "βιοκαυσίμων" δημιουργεί ευνοϊκές προοπτικές για την καλλιέργεια της ελαιοκράμβης στην Ελλάδα, από το λάδι της οποίας παράγεται "βιο-ντίζελ". Μετά την εξαγωγή του λαδιού από τα σπέρματα της ελαιοκράμβης απομένει ο πλακούντας τους, ζωοτροφή πλούσια σε ολικές αζωτούχες ουσίες. Καθώς η Ελλάδα είναι έντονα ελλειμματική σε ζωοτροφές αυτού του τύπου, παρουσιάζεται δηλαδή ταυτόχρονα μια σημαντική ευκαιρία και για την ελληνική κτηνοτροφία. Επισημαίνεται ότι οι ποικιλίες της ελαιοκράμβης που καλλιεργούνται σήμερα περιέχουν σε ελάχιστη ποσότητα τους τοξικούς παράγοντες (ερουκικό οξυ και θειο-κυανογλυκοζίτες) που περιείχαν οι παλαιότερες. Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζονται: α) η μέθοδος εξαγωγής του λαδιού, η οποία μπορεί να επηρεάσει τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά του πλακούντα, β) η χημική σύσταση, η θρεπτική αξία και τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά των αζωτούχων ουσιών του πλακούντα, γ) η χρησιμοποίηση του πλακούντα στα σιτηρέσια των βοοειδών και οι αποδόσεις των ζώων και δ) τα αποτελέσματα μιας προσομοίωσης χρήσης του πλακούντα και η οικονομικότητά του σε ελληνικές συνθήκες. Ο πλακούντας των σπερμάτων της ελαιοκράμβης μειονεκτεί σε θρεπτική αξία εκείνου των σπερμάτων της σόγιας, όχι όμως και έναντι εκείνων των σπερμάτων του βαμβακιού και του ηλίανθου. Παρουσιάζει μερικά ενδιαφέροντα χαρακτηριστικά, όπως η υψηλή περιεκτικότητα σε μεθειονίνη, ασβέστιο και φωσφόρο και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε υψηλό ποσοστό στα ισορροπημένα σιτηρέσια των βοοειδών (15-20% της Ξηρής Ουσίας), χωρίς μείωση της κατανάλωσης τροφής και των αποδόσεων των ζώων. Εφόσον η τιμή του είναι μικρότερη από το 70-75% εκείνης του πλακούντα των σπερμάτων της σόγιας, τότε η χρήση του είναι και οικονομικά συμφέρουσα. ; European Union's policy to promote the production of "bio-fuel" from "energy plants" creates a favourable perspective for rapeseed production in Greece. Rapeseed oil is used to produce "bio-diesel" and after its extraction, a high-protein meal results. Greece is a net importer of protein feeds, which means that a great opportunity arises for the local animal industry. It must be noted that the varieties of rapeseed that are currently used ("canola" or "double zero") contain only minimum amounts of the toxic factors (erucic acid and glucosinolates) of older varieties. In this study, we present: a) the oil extraction method which can affect the quality of canola meal, b) the chemical composition, the nutritive value and the qualitative characteristics of canola meal's nitrogen fraction, c) the use of canola meal in cattle rations and the productivity of cattle receiving these rations and d) the results of a simulation concerning the use and the profitability of canola meal under Greek conditions. Canola meal has a lower nutritional value compared to soybean meal, but not compared to cottonseed and sunflower meals. It presents some interesting features, namely a high methionine, calcium and phosphorus content and significant amounts can be included in balanced cattle rations (15-20% of dry matter), without any negative effect on feed consumption or animal productivity. Canola meal use in cattle rations is profitable when its price is less than 70-75% ofthat of soybean meal.

Οι Διευθύνων Σύμβουλοι των Εταιρειών ήταν από τους μεγαλύτερους νικητές της οικονομικής κρίσης. Δεν είναι λίγες οι περιπτώσεις υψηλού προφίλ, όπως ο Bob Nardelli που προκάλεσε έντονη αναταραχή με την αποζημίωση των $210 εκατομμυρίων, κατά την αναχώρηση του τον Ιανουάριο του 2007 από την Home Depot, εξαπλώνοντας αγανάκτηση μεταξύ των επενδυτών, το κοινό και τους πολιτικούς σχετικά με την πιθανή αμφιλεγόμενη φύση των συμβολαίων αλλαγής ελέγχου (change in control agreements) . Τα «χρυσά αλεξίπτωτα» (golden parachutes), τα οποία λαμβάνουν τα ανώτατα διευθυντικά στελέχη, όταν η απασχόληση τους τερματίζεται εξαιτίας της αλλαγής στον έλεγχο της εταιρείας, έχουν λάβει ιδιαίτερης προσοχής, κατά τη διάρκεια των τελευταίων δεκαετιών, τόσο από ακαδημαϊκούς όσο και από επαγγελματίες. Τα «χρυσά αλεξίπτωτα» έχουν σημαντική οικονομική σημασία δεδομένου ότι η μέση εκτιμώμενη αποζημίωση σε περίπτωση αλλαγής στον έλεγχο (με βάση στοιχεία του δείγματός μας) είναι δέκα φορές πολλαπλάσιο του ετήσιου μισθού. Αυτή η διατριβή έχει ως στόχο να ρίξει φως στο ρόλο των «χρυσών αλεξιπτώτων» σε δύο κύρια ερευνητικά πεδία: την παραποίηση των κερδών (earnings management) και της ασύμμετρης πληροφόρησης (information asymmetry). Η εξέταση του ρόλου των χρυσών αλεξιπτώτων είναι απαραίτητη, δεδομένου ότι η βιβλιογραφία δείχνει ότι οι συμφωνίες αποζημίωσης παρέχουν κίνητρα για τα Διευθυντικά Στελέχη να αποκαλύψουν με ειλικρίνεια πληροφορίες στο κοινό (Inderst και Mueler, 2005) και ως εκ τούτου να μειωθεί η παραποίηση των κερδών από τα Διευθυντικά Στελέχη με επαγγελματικές ανησυχίες. Ο ρόλος των «χρυσών αλεξιπτώτων» στα συμβόλαια των στελεχών είναι να κάνουν την αναχώρηση αρκετά ελκυστική έτσι ώστε να ενθαρρύνουν την αποκάλυψη της πραγματικής πληροφορίας, ακόμη και αν ο Διευθύνων Σύμβουλος θα χάσει τη δουλειά του / της. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα διερευνηθεί ο ρόλος των «χρυσών αλεξίπτωτων» στην παραποίηση των κερδών. Υποστηρίζουμε ότι σε μια επιχείρηση που ο κίνδυνος για την εξαγορά είναι υψηλός, ο σύμβουλος (που έχει χρυσό αλεξίπτωτο) έχει υψηλότερα αντικίνητρα για να παραποιήσει τα κέρδη, δεδομένου ότι το «χρυσό αλεξίπτωτο» θα «ενεργοποιηθεί» σε περίπτωση αλλαγής στον έλεγχο και ο Διευθύνοντας Σύμβουλος θα αποζημιωθεί, παρόλο το κακό αποτέλεσμα για την επιχείρηση. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο η μελέτη εξετάζει πώς ένα «χρυσό αλεξίπτωτο» θα επηρεάσει τη συμπεριφορά του Διευθύνοντος Σύμβουλου στη μη ικανοποιητική και έγκαιρη πληροφόρηση των μετόχων (ασύμμετρη πληροφόρηση). Η ασύμμετρη πληροφόρηση θα προσεγγιστεί από τη ρευστότητα των μετοχών, η οποία μετράται με την διαφορά της τιμής πώλησης και της τιμής ζήτησης, τον όγκο συναλλαγών και τη μεταβλητότητα των αποδόσεων των μετοχών. Τα αποτελέσματα αυτής της μελέτης δείχνουν ότι τα «χρυσά αλεξίπτωτα» οδηγούν σε μεγαλύτερη ρευστότητα δεδομένου ότι έχουμε μικρή διαφορά στην τιμή προσφοράς και ζήτησης, υψηλότερο όγκο συναλλαγών και μικρότερο ποσοστό μεταβλητότητας των αποδόσεων στις επιχειρήσεις. Ως εκ τούτου, τα «χρυσά αλεξίπτωτα» μειώνουν την ασυμμετρία πληροφόρησης μεταξύ των διευθυντικών στελεχών και των μετόχων. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο θα διερευνηθεί η επίδραση των «χρυσών αλεξίπτωτων» στην απόφαση των Διευθυντικών Στελεχών για δημοσιοποίηση αρνητικών πληροφοριών στην αγορά. Η αποκάλυψη πληροφοριών, είτε θετικών είτε αρνητικών, θα μετρηθεί από τη διαφορά στην προβλεπόμενη και πραγματική τιμή κέρδους ανά μετοχή. Τα αποτελέσματα της μελέτης δείχνουν ότι τα «χρυσά αλεξίπτωτα» και τα αρνητικά νέα έχουν αρνητική σχέση, και ως εκ τούτου μπορούμε να συμπεράνουμε ότι στην περίπτωση κατά την οποία υπάρχει «χρυσό αλεξίπτωτο» η ύπαρξη των αρνητικών ειδήσεων μειώνεται. ; The recent financial crisis is considered to be the worst financial crisis in the economic history resulting in the collapse of many financial institutions, the down turn of capital markets and the unprecedented incompetence of governments exit recession. CEOs have been some of the big winners since the financial crisis. Few high profile cases such as Bob Nardelli´s plentifully upheaval paid of $210 million, upon his departure on January 2007 from Home Depot, spread stirring indignation among investors, the public, and politicians concerning a potential controversial nature of the change in control agreements. Golden parachutes, the so debated packages, that top executives receive when their employment has been terminated because of a change in control of the firm, has receive much attention during the last decades from both academics and practitioners. Golden parachutes has a significant economical meaning since the mean estimated payment in case of change in control in our sample is ten times annual salary payment. This dissertation aims to shed light in the role of golden parachute in two main streams: earnings management and information asymmetry. An examination of the role of golden parachutes is essential, since the literature suggest that compensation agreements provide incentives for managers to truthfully reveal information (Inderst and Mueler, 2005) and hence reduce earnings management for managers with career concerns. The role of golden parachute in the executive contract is to make the departure attractive enough to encourage the truth telling; even if the CEO will lose his/her job. In the first chapter we investigate the role of golden parachutes in earnings management. We posit that in a firm that the risk for takeover is high, the manager (having golden parachute) has higher disincentives to manipulate earnings given that the golden parachute will be "activated" in case of change in control and the CEO will compensated although the bad outcome for the firm. The results of this study state that golden parachutes have a negative relationship with accruals. The results suggest that golden parachutes provide insurance by guarantee compensation in the case of change in control to managers in order to discourage earnings management. In the second chapter the study examines how a golden parachute will influence CEO's behavior in terms of information asymmetry. Information asymmetry will be approached by stock liquidity, which will be measured with bid-ask spread, trading volume and share return volatility. The results of this study suggests that golden parachutes existence leads to higher liquidity; since we have small bid ask spreads, higher trading volume and lower share return volatility in firms where the CEO has a golden parachute agreement. Hence, golden parachutes decrease information asymmetry between managers and shareholders. In the last chapter, following the results of the second chapter, we will investigate the effect of golden parachute on the disclosure behavior of CEOs on bad news. The news disclosure, either good or bad, will be measured by the forecast error. The results of the study suggest that golden parachutes and bad news have negative relationship, and hence we can conclude that in the case where the CEO has a golden parachute the existence of bad news.
Different mechanisms, grouped together and known as the Novo Synthesis, lead in the cooling phase of an incineration process to the reformation of polychloro- di-benzo (p) dioxins (PCDDs) and polychloro- di-benzo furannes (PCDFs), present in the emission gases. As part of the harmonisation of European legislation, the legislator introduced an upper limit value of 0,1 ng I-TEQ/m³ for the incineration sector. This value also creates the necessary efforts to purify gaseous discharges, high technical requirements for sampling and analysis, and for ensuring the quality of the result obtained. The very good reproducibility of the so-called 'incineration profiles' obtained for gaseous discharges from a household waste incineration plant offers a good opportunity to verify the plausibility of the result obtained and is therefore an important aspect of the quality assurance of the measure. ; International audience Several mechanisms, well known with the collective term « de novo-synthesis », are leading to the formation of polychlorinated dibenzo (p) dioxins (PCDDs) and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs) in the flue gas downstream from combustion processes. Due to the harmonization of the EC legislation the limit value of 0.1 ng I-TEQ/m3 has to be met for the clean gas of hazardous waste incinerators and is likely coming up as a limit for municipal waste incinerators as well. This demands a lot of requirements not only referring to the flue gas cleaning devices but also to the sampling techniques, the analysis of PCDD/F and at least the overall quality assurance of the obtained results. Recognition of our vulnerability allows us to find other Community forms which, on the basis of human protection links, escape the abstraction of the value of life, while respecting the social and political conditions underpinning life, especially when they fail. This task is not straightforward in contexts marked by violence. This work raises three key issues: the recognition of vulnerability, violence as a break in interdependence and our responsibility towards others. Looking at our vulnerability can become the basis of another community. ; Resumen Reimaginarunacomunidadsobrelabasedelavulnerabilidad implica reconocer nuestra responsabilidad para con aquéllos que prosperan y aquéllos que no logran persistir porque son abandonados o eliminados. 212 219 648 ; S ; [EN] The interaction of small molecules with acid-base and redox centers in small Ce21O42 nanoparticles has been theoretically investigated using the DFT + U approach with the PW91 functional and U = 0.2 and 4 eV, in order to determine the influence of the U value on the trends observed in selected properties describing such interactions. CO adsorption at low coordinated Ce4+ Lewis acid centers, water adsorption and dissociation at acid-base pairs, formation of oxygen vacancy defects by removal of an oxygen atom from the system, and interaction of molecular O-2 with such defects have been considered. The largest effect of the value of U is found for the description of the reduced Ce21O41 nanoparticle. In all other cases involving stoichiometric and oxidized Ce21O42 and Ce21O43 systems, the trends in the calculated adsorption and reaction energies, optimized geometries, charge distribution, and vibrational frequencies are quite similar at the three levels considered. A Markov tree is a probabilistic graphical model for a random vector by which conditional independence relations between variables are encoded via an undirected tree and each node corresponds to a variable. One possible max-stable attractor for such a model is a Hüsler-Reiss extreme value distribution whose variogram matrix inherits its structure from the tree, each edge contributing one free dependence parameter. Even if some of the variables are latent, as can occur on junctions or splits in a river network, the underlying model parameters are still identifiable if and only if every node corresponding to a missing variable has degree at least three. Three estimation procedures, based on the method of moments, maximum composite likelihood, and pairwise extremal coeffcients, are proposed for usage on multivariate peaks over thresholds data. The model and the methods are illustrated on a dataset of high water levels at several locations on the Seine network. The structured Hüsler-Reiss distribution is found to fit the observed extremal dependence well, and the fitted model confirms the importance of ow-connectedness for the strength of dependence between high water levels, even for locations at large distance apart.
Different mechanisms, grouped together and known as the Novo Synthesis, lead to the cooling of an incineration process to the reformation of dioxins and furans present in the emission gases. As part of the harmonisation of European legislation, the legislator has introduced an upper limit value of 0,1 ng l-TEQ/m³ for the incineration.In addition to conventional discontinuous sampling methods, new techniques are now emerging. Target Summary: know the rural resilience to external shocks and the role played by the mills of families belonging to coffee cooperatives in two regions of Chiapas, Mexico. Methodology: qualitative study with a focus on analysing content through tours, visits and interviews with partners' families, divided into three categories for milpa practice: (1) those who left her to be engaged solely in coffee cultivation; (2) those who never left it and (3) those who left it but then resumed it. Results: resilience is interpreted in terms of Chayanovians balances, relative autonomy and other elements in 47 interviews. Value: These balance sheets feed into the discussion on resilience. Conclusions: the resilience system is composed of an interlinked balance sheet mechanism aimed at adjusting the levels of peasinity needed to maintain the social reproduction of the family unit under changing conditions. ; Resumen Objetivo: conocer la resiliencia campesina a choques externos y el papel que desempeñan las milpas de las familias que pertenecen a cooperativas de café en dos regiones de Chiapas, México. Metodología: estudio cualitativo con enfoque de análisis de contenido mediante recorridos, visitas y entrevistas a las familias de los socios, divididas en tres categorías en cuanto a la práctica de la milpa: 1) las que la abandonaron para dedicarse sólo al cultivo del café; 2) las que nunca la abandonaron y 3) las que la abandonaron, pero luego la retomaron. Resultados: se interpreta la resiliencia en términos de balances chayanovianos, autonomía relativa y otros elementos en 47 entrevistas. Valor: Dichos balances abonan información a la discusión sobre la resiliencia. Conclusiones: el sistema de resiliencia está conformado por un mecanismo de balances interrelacionados dirigidos a ajustar los grados de campesinidad necesarios para mantener la reproducción social de la unidad familiar bajo condiciones cambiantes.
Gotong Royong is identified as old-fashioned, only thought to be practiced in villages and traditional activities, due to the tendency for Millennials to participate in modern activities that tends to make them anti-social. However, when KOMPAS put out polling with the question, "Is there still Gotong Royong in this millennial era," as much as 63.5% of the respondents said that there are Gotong Royong activities in their neighborhood. Additionally, as many as 53.2% of respondents felt satisfied with the government's attempt to institutionalize the cultural value in several sectors. Also, more than 70% of the respondents stated that the spirit of Gotong Royong is still embedded in society. This fact implies that the spirit of Gotong Royong is still actively practiced by Indonesians living in both rural and urban areas. Gotong Royong could transcend in any future era because it is a value deeply embedded in the Indonesian people.

National audience This paper aims to analyse the interactions between policies to stabilise greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere and the fundamentals of the world oil scene, based on simulations of the POLES model. The "carbon value" is the modelling artifice that synthesises the intensity of climate policies. It is the signal that triggers investments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, which are socially responsible to the climate challenge. A comparison of a trend energy scenario with a fourfold split of industrialised countries' emissions by 2050 shows that very ambitious climate policies can both limit climate change and address the issue of depletion of global hydrocarbon resources. ; Based on simulations of the POLES model, this paper aims to analyse the interactions between policies to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere and the fundamentals of the world oil market. The « carbon value » is the modeling device that reflects the relative harshness of climate policies. It represents the signal that triggers socially responsible investments addressing the climate challenge, ie greenhouse gas abatement investments. We compare a Reference energy scenario and a scenario of emission reductions by a factor four in industrialized countries by 2050.
