This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the party's identity, persona values, and demographic characteristics on voting behavior in Kerinci. The population was Kerinci community numbering 250 people. This study used accidental sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 17 software assistance. The results of this study were 1) Identity of party influence on voting behavior in Kerinci district identity meaning the party for voting behavior in Kerinci district is able to influence the attitude of the people in making decisions in choosing a political party. 2) Value Prominent significant effect on voter behavior in Kerinci district means the value of the figure of a person greatly influenced the relationship between attitudes and behavior, and is also the basis to conform to social values prevailing in society as a voter. 3) Aspects of Demographic Characteristics (age, education level, income level and gender) was also significantly influence voting behavior in Kerinci. Indonesia has been present and is still able to maintain itself as a democracy icon that should be followed by other countries. As one of the largest democracies in the world, Indonesia in more than ten years is continue growing and transforming with its diversity in society, the dynamics and diversity issues. Indonesia was still able to maintain its identity as a democracy. Through these facts, this paper tried to describe the political situation in Indonesia in the 2014 Presidential Election, as well as reflect further on the response and the effect of foreign parties to the democratic mechanism. What happens in the electoral process in recent months and how Indonesia continues to become an example of the success stories of various identity democracies as diverse as a multicultural country, developing countries, as well as the country with the largest Muslim adherents in the world. This paper sees the problem through the concept of elections and democracy based on the analysis of identity. Where the author tried to look outside the box of the electoral process in the domestic political analysis that has been done before. Probe Indonesia based on its identity in the international sphere as a democratic state becomes interesting when its identity was assessed by comparing it with other identities such as identity and role as a developing country and collective identity as the Southeast Asian country. The papers argue that the election process in Indonesia is not only shaped by domestic factors. Indonesia democratization maturity today can't be separated from the support of international and Indonesian efforts in playing a role and maintain its identity as a democratic country in the international sphere. However, there are still many complaints from citizens where are showed up through social media and other conventional medias. This study aims to elaborate problems on the electronic identity cards services by public officials in the City of West Jakarta. This study finds that hardware and software problems are the main problems on this case which are not solve by the authority of the Population and Civil Registration Agency in West Jakarta. However, it can be resolved with the above authority in provincial and national levels. Another problems arise that the front offices of authority are not orderly able to control and make the queue line setting comfort for costumers; there is not sufficient information about procedural and mechanism for having electronic identity cards services in that office. Another relevant problems that have been resolved by Provincial Government of Jakarta are lacking of human resources such as civil officers in each agency. The City provides individual outsourcing and contract based employers with educational requirement minimum from graduated high school and certified on computer training. Therefore, the Agency provides a qualified of human resources and implements of electronic identity card services for 56 villages in West Jakarta with good and smooth activities. Conflict and violence was the destructive reality that showed reduction and alienated of existence humanity. The essence of human being has destruction because dominance of egoism of people's without care value of victim community. Because of that condition, the basic need to create a culture of peace as constructive reality that connected relationship between all of people is urgently. On the level individual and group, the acceptance of "the other‐self" as him/herself has destroy the wall of differences which always be source of conflict and violence. The fusion identity "we" (ingroup) and "them" (outgroup) has establish common ingroup identity as "us" in recategorization process that contribution to reduction negative aspect seems like prejudice, discrimination and stereotype. This research involve four subject with age 20‐30 years old, genre as masculin and feminin, and they have a comprehensive science about pela tradition. Other informant like a King of negeri, Kapitan negeri and all of people also involve in this research. Qualitative method with ethno‐phenomenology approach is use in this research with observation and interview as method and procedure to collect data. The result of this research showed that culture of peace can be found in local wisdom as pela tradition. The basic idea in this tradition is a common identity "saudara/orang basudara" which has calling as "ela". Pscychological dynamics occur in this perspective because the word of "ela" to contain a constructive and positive meaning that arranged relation between the groups Rohomoni‐Tuhaha. Implementation of values the culture of peace has been seen in the behavioral "saudara pela" that mutual constructive, trust, respect. This fact could be found in Molluccas conflict at 1999‐2004, pela tradition can be the media reconciliation between two groups Moslem and Christian.
Maritime sovereignty is an integral part of the Indonesia's foreign policy, historically in the era of Nusantara, many competitions to conquer maritime territory was even tangible from the era of Majapahit and Sriwijaya kingdom during their ruling. With the notion of Indonesia as the world's maritime axis, Indonesia's diplomacy is defined clearly by the manifestation of efforts either in bilateral, regional, and multilateral. This article discussed on how Indonesia's diplomacy through IORA cooperation is done to overcome the issue of IUU fishing during the presidency of Joko Widodo from 2015 until 2020. Indonesia's IORA Chairmanship from 2015-2017 has rejuvenate Jakarta's maritime diplomacy. Indonesia's diplomacy depicted that Indonesia is beyond thatn norm-setting but also to the level where Indonesia assert their identity as a sovereign maritime axis amid the challenges and modernization that made non-traditional security as one of the core of contemporary diplomacy.
Population Administration Service Effectiveness is the main point that states the success or failure of an organization in implementing a program. Population and Civil Registration Office of Jembrana Regency is a public institution that organizes public services in the Population and Civil Registration field. The aim of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of civil administration service at Population and Civil Registration field of Jembrana Regency. In this study, researchers only took five of thirteen services in the Jembrana District Dukcapil, including the making of Family Cards (KK), Identity Cards Electronics (E-KTP), Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate and Death Deed. This study is designed by using descriptive qualitative approach and technique of collecting the data used interview and observation. The results show that from the five factors in relizing the effectiveness of civil administration as stated by H.A.S had a high effectiveness progress and however it needs more improvement in order to make every document administration effectively and punctuality.
This research aims to examine primordialism and voting behavior of Malay ethnic during the 2005-2015 Riau Islands governor election (Pemilihan Gubernur or Pilgub). The political phenomenon in Riau Islands seems to be different from other areas where other Malays dominate since non-Malay ethnic candidates won the governor election. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive technique. The data were collected using in-depth interviews and direct observation. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The result found that people of Malay ethnic are open-minded. The candidates elected also can prove qualified personal and successfully leading the Malay ethnic people in moving ahead. Non-Malay ethnic won the Riau Islands (known as Kepri (Kepulauan Riau)) governor election determined by 1) The political identity of Malay ethnic people is open-minded, coexisting Islamic identity, speaking Malay language, practicing Malay culture, and committing to build and develop Malay ethnic people, so the candidates identified as part of Malay ethnic people and considered by the Malay ethnic people as a candidate for leader of the Malay people in a broadening sense; 2) the figure of candidates can socialize with people of Malay ethnic; 3) other minority ethnics and political parties supported the candidates. Native Malay candidates were failed due to the lack of contribution to the people of Malay ethnic in particular and the Riau Islands in general. ; Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui primordialisme dan perilaku memilih etnis Melayu pada Pemilihan Gubernur (Pilgub) Kepulauan Riau 2005-2015. Fenomena politik di Kepulauan Riau tampak berbeda dengan daerah lain yang didominasi etnis Melayu sejak kandidat dari etnis non-Melayu memenangkan pemilihan gubernur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa masyarakat etnis melayu berpikiran terbuka. Kandidat yang terpilih juga dapat membuktikan personal yang berkualitas dan berhasil memimpin etnis melayu untuk maju. Etnis non-Melayu memenangkan Pemilihan Gubernur Kepulauan Riau (Kepri) ditentukan oleh 1) Politik indentitas masyarakat etnis melayu adalah berpikiran terbuka, berdampingan dengan identitas Islam, berbicara bahasa Melayu, mengamalkan budaya Melayu, dan berkomitmen untuk membangun dan mengembangkan masyarakat Melayu, sehingga kandidat teridentifikasi sebagai bagian dari etnik Melayu dan dianggap oleh masyarakat Melayu sebagai kandidat pemimpin masyarakat Melayu dalam arti yang luas; 2) figur kandidat mampu bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat etnis Melayu; 3) etnis minoritas lainnya dan partai politik mendukung kandidat. Kandidat dari etnis Melayu gagal karena minimnya kontribusinya kepada masyarakat Melayu pada khususnya dan Kepulauan Riau pada umumnya.

However, in reality Hungary has implemented a policy of detaining and returning refugees even by repressive means. This policy also clearly contradicts the principle of protection against refugees and the policies of the European Union (EU) in which Hungary is a member. The policies taken by Hungary cannot be separated from domestic factors that influence the choice of the Hungarian government to take policies that are contrary to the binding Convention and EU policy. Therefore, this paper seeks to answer what domestic factors influenced Hungary's policies towards refugees and migrants from the Middle East in the 2015-2019 period. This paper uses qualitative methods with data sources obtained from literature studies on various aspects of Hungarian domestic politics. The aim of this study is to know the influence of the leadership of the head Of against government agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir of archipelago Tebo regency, related by indicator of each Variables. The indicator of the council's leadership are, the decision making of the council's, giving motivation, the ability of the council's in enforcing the regulation and become a good example. While the indicator of the officials discipline are to identity the discipline of official on responsibility when working, ambition or spirit to work, obedience to the rule, and to use and to keep the office facilities with care. The factors influencing the discipline of apparatus will also be explained.Data is collected through the quiz, interview and document analysis. The is a correlation study involving two variables which include the leadership of council and discipline of government agencies work discipline the of the sub Muara Tabir. Descriptive analysis is used. Population includes all government official in the Muara Tabir sub district. Sample include 13 (thirteen) people, head is placed as an informant along with members of the public as much as 8 (eight) people who never do administrative affairs the Office of subdistrict Muara Tabir Tebo Islands.The result of this study indicates that the leadership of the head of Muara Tabir role and influence in fostering discipline particularly of sub-district and Muara Tabir generally in the community. However, the awareness of every individual direct acting as government agencies, state servant and community servant are the main element to build discipline optimally, it is also influenced by many other factors which are individually motivation Government agencies of any such.
Many studies on rice landrace (Oryza sativa sbsp. indica) have been conducted by biodiversity, ethnobotany, and agroecology disciplines. The importance of rice landraces as genetic resources and the basics of human civilizations. Conservation landraces in Tumbang Datu and Pongbembe nowadays are affected by the following socio-cultural constraints: a) decline numbers of local varieties after the regional government-imposed funding to local communities to substitute new-high yield varieties, b) rice rites and landrace conservation are on the brink of extinction. This research explores daily behaviors that contribute to rice landrace conservations through the sociological approach of collective memory and symbolic interaction. Today's generations use new meanings and symbols of rice derived from collective memories and virtues. Various interviewees practice mnemonic devices (what, why, who, where, when, and how) that reflect foodways. According to Blumer, social structures are networks of interdependence among actors that place conditions on their actions. In these networks, people act and produce symbols and meanings of rice to interpret their situations and to have their own set in a localized process of social interpretation. Moreover, the Toraja language is used as a bridge in communicating the past, present, and future to strengthening collective identity. This research uses a qualitative method to explore rice landrace conservation using open-ended questions, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions. A free-listing method was followed to gather interviewees' collective memories of rice landraces. Findings show that a combination of methods, tradition-based conservation, and current scientific-technology-based conservation become a practice for promoting, educating, and stimulating the public and researchers to engage in landraces conservation. These findings suggest that the socio-cultural ecosystem and Blumer's social network support new networks to deliver science in agricultural innovation policy. The results showed that collective memories and foodways create ways that would benefit rice landrace conservation the most. ; Penelitian-penelitian mengenai padi lokal (Oryza sativa sbsp. indica) telah dilakukan oleh disiplin keragaman hayati, etnobotani, dan agroekologi. Padi lokal penting sebagai sumber daya genetika dan dasar berbagai peradaban manusia. Pada masa kini, konservasi varietas-varietas padi lokal di Tumbang Datu dan Pongmbembe menghadapi beberapa tantangan sosial budaya, antara lain a) penurunan jumlah varietas lokal setelah pemerintah kabupaten menyediakan varietas-varietas baru kepada masyarakat, dan b) konservasi dan ritus-ritus, yang menggunakan padi lokal, terancam punah. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perilaku sehari-hari yang dapat berkontribusi pada konservasi padi lokal, melalui pendekatan sosiologis terhadap memori kolektif dan interaksi simbolik. Generasi masa kini menggunakan makna dan simbol baru padi berdasarkan ingatan kolektif. Para informan mempraktikkan perangkat mnemonik yang mencerminkan foodways. Konsep struktur sosial menurut Blumer adalah jaringan saling ketergantungan antar-aktor, yang menempatkan kondisi pada tindakan aktor tersebut. Orang-orang bertindak dan menghasilkan simbol dan makna padi di dalam jaringan ini, untuk menafsirkan situasi mereka sendiri, dan memiliki device (perangkat) sendiri dalam proses interpretasi sosial. Bahasa Toraja juga berfungsi menjembatani dan mengkomunikasikan masa lalu, masa kini, dan masa depan, sekaligus memperkuat identitas kolektif. Bahasa Toraja digunakan sebagai jembatan untuk mengkomunikasikan masa lalu, masa kini, dan masa depan, demi memperkuat identitas kolektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi konservasi padi lokal, dengan menggunakan pertanyaan terbuka, wawancara mendalam, dan Diskusi Kelompok Terfokus. Metode free-listing digunakan untuk mengumpulkan ingatan kolektif para informan pada padi lokal. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode kombinasi, yaitu konservasi berbasis tradisi dan konservasi berbasis teknologi ilmiah saat ini, menjadi praktik untuk mempromosikan, mendidik, dan melibatkan publik dan peneliti di dalam konservasi padi lokal. Selain itu, ekosistem sosio-budaya dan konsep jejaring sosial Blumer mendukung jejaring baru untuk mempromosikan ilmu pengetahuan di dalam kebijakan inovasi pertanian. Kesimpulan, ingatan kolektif dan foodways menciptakan cara yang paling bermanfaat bagi keberhasilan konservasi padi lokal.
