; This article intends to resume the question of Jean Beaufret to Martin Heidegger in a letter written in 1946. The Enlightenment project has failed, among the process of drafting of human rights, with a Europe in ruins and at the sight human calamity, under the most sophisticated service of destruction and mass annihilations. For Heidegger, to resume the discussion of humanism in the traditional Western way of thinking is in this sense, losing the guidance, losing the sense. Heidegger points out the reason: the dependence between the concept of humanism and metaphysics. The concept man, the foundation of modern metaphysics and its political projects is empty. The question, what is humanism? Is the vox clamantis in deserto that opens the consciousness of ...

; The paper examines affinities between Being and Time and The Concept of the Political regarding methodological issues, the reception of themes of the philosophy of existence and the conceptual and political importance of the concept of "community" in both works. It considers the methodological function that the idea of death fulfills in both theories, pointing out that both lead to a practical atheism. The paper seeks to find a common ground for both works that reveals the ethics shared by them. Both Heidegger and Schmitt develop a vision of politics as a community, which is only referred to in the texts through the images of the comradeship of the soldiers and the nationalist fusion of the celebrations by the beginning of the First World War. Seriousness, risk and heroism appear as the most salient collective features of a union that presents itself as "destiny" The study of Heidegger's thinking from the perspective provided by the concepts of Schmitt's text allows us to understand the political aspects of the philosopher's thought before his commitment to National Socialism and allows us to appreciate the strong nationalist imprint underlying some of his ontological formulations. ; Fil: Rossi, Luis Alejandro.
(ICA2)
The essay focuses on the dispute over the Kantian legacy that took place in Davos, in 1929, between Cassirer and Heidegger. The relationship between imagination, freedom and politics is at its core. Two different readings of Kant stand in a discrepancy that generates dismay. An opposition, not a hermeneutical leveling, stands between the two. It is a philosophical opposition that is intimately linked to the positivity of what is posed - and not necessarily opposed — next to the opposite position; philosophical opposition as a productive figure of the negative, because it incorporates the potential for movement and transformation that the negative has, avoiding the exclusion of one interpretation from the other. One must therefore read the confrontation or dispute between Cassirer and Heidegger in Davos as a real opposition between opposing forces, both positive, because neither philosophy derives its meaning from the negation of the other, as Kant would have said. The opposites do not contradict each other, but rather face each other according to an ontological and symbolic plan which on the one hand makes them both necessary but on the other hand opposes them in a single space of knowledge. In the background stand the black shadows that stretch over Germany and Europe. Darkness that will soon throw the opposition into the darkness, imposing a night of the world in which one philosophy will save the symbolic through the exile, while the other philosophy will abandon itself to its destructive repetition leading to the annihilation of the being.
