Cash waqf is one of the instruments of Islamic Economics that is being assessed his progress. This research aims to know the role of BadanWakaf Indonesia (BWI) as government of waqf institution and Tabung Wakaf Indonesia (TWI) as private waqf institution, in empowerment of (cash waqf) education, and by results of research to draw up a model empowerment of cash waqf in the field of education.The research method used was qualitative methods.Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to explain how the empowerment model cash waqf are integrated in the BWI and the TWI for the education quality empowerment. The results showed that the integration of BWI and TWI is carried out by the Division of tasks and functions, namely BWI focus more on socializing on the cash waqafand nadzirtraining, while the TWI more on empowering education for maukuf 'alaih peace both in the quantity as well as quality.

It shows various negative effects of corruption for building a community of peace and justice for all. Within this paper, the author also tries to make some remarks about the reasons why corruption is practiced by many people even though they are aware of its destructive impacts. Among the reasons mentioned in this paper, the author makes a long explanation on sociological and theological reasons. Question as to how to get rid of a society from corruption, collution and nepotism forms an important part of this paper. The author argues that these deteriorate habits can not be totally eliminated. It can only be reduced. Education, according to the author, plays a substantial role in reducing these problems
As stated in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution, the goal of our states is to form a government of the state of Indonesia which shall protect all the Indonesian people and the entire country, promote the general welfare, the intellectual life of the nation and participate in the establishment of world peace. This understanding is based on the need of clean government and to accommodate the principles of good governance. Currently, our government has not been fully able to protect and carry out its functions as mandated by the 1945 opening which is stated above . This is consistent with the results of research on Indonesia which governance has not improved significantly and has not been consistent after 15 years of reform. The data is processed by comparing the implementation of data governance at the beginning of the reforming process (1996/1998) and the 2009-2014 strategic plan (drawn from the data transparency of Worldwide Governance Indicators Projects 2010 and Kompas May 20, 2013).
The integration of mediation in court practices, on the one hand intended to avoid the accumulation of cases, but on the other hand increase the burden of the judges. For that reason, it is understandable if the success rate is very small mediation divorce case. Arthasastra reflected elements of democracy, as described in the conception of democracy among other kingdoms or states recognize diversity; folk in the free association or organization; cooperation are independent and harmonious; seek justice; contained the separation and division of powers; powers acquired under the law; election of state officials based on moral qualities and skills; government policy implemented by law; carried out in a planned leadership succession; no freedom of individuals to develop their talents and interests; ensure the protection of the rights and welfare; magnitude of taxes and trading profits stipulated by the agreement, and dispute resolution institutionalized by prioritizing peace. As a part of the culture, folklore is important to be documented and studied. The folklore of south coast Pacitan, is still prevalent nowadays. Although it is not all documented, an effort of the research has to be conducted. Beside as an effort of conserving it, the research is also very important to reveal another side of the story. Based on the reason, the study is conducted to reveal the mindset as well as the culture system of the past society reflected in folklore. This study uses the theory of narrative structure of Levi 's Strauss . The method used is a qualitative method approach using anthropology. The data used comes from the 14 folklores taken from the South Coast of Pacitan region. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the mindset of the past society can be separated into (1) the social status way, (2) migration way, and (3) the way of techno-economy. While, the life views of the past society in the south coast of Pacitan region are (1) complying the rule, (2) nature as the source of life, and (3 ) Peace of life is very desirable dream.
Penal mediation is an alternative form of settlement of cases outside the court by prioritizing the principle of resortative justice which aims to achieve justice that is oriented towards improving the relationship between perpetrators and victims. This study aims to examine how the implementation and the obstacles faced by the Makassar City Police in conducting penal mediation in the settlement of minor theft cases. This research is a normative empirical research with a qualitative analysis approach. The result of the research obtained is that the implementation of penal mediation by the Makassar City Police in resolving minor theft cases is carried out based on police discretion as regulated by Law Number 2 of 2002 concerning the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia and Circular No. SE / 8 / VII / 2018 dated 27 July 2018 concerning the Application of Restorative Justice in the Settlement of Criminal Cases. The circular regulates how to apply the concept of restorative justice in solving criminal cases at the level of investigation or investigation in the police, while in its implementation there are still obstacles faced by the Makassar City Police, including emotional factors, namely the existence of selfishness between the perpetrator or victim justifying oneself and blaming the opposing party and financial (economic) factors, namely the inconsistency between the victim and the perpetrator to make peace, especially in matters of compensation.
The background of this article is the existence of a global pandemic COVID-19 which has an impact in various fields. This article seeks to explore the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic on information and communications technology (ICT) in the form of digital diplomacy. Exploration is carried out by investigating the case of Indonesian diplomacy at the United Nations (UN) in March, April, and May 2020. The main concept in this article is digital diplomacy. This concept illustrates the use of ICT as a means of diplomacy for state actors and changes at the policy and institutional levels. This article found various digital diplomacy activities from the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Nations in New York, United States during the global pandemic COVID-19. These activities include: 1) coordination with Indonesia's Embassy and Consulate General in the United States to protect Indonesian citizens; 2) participation in UN Security Council virtual meeting to discuss international peace and security issues; and 3) participation in other UN bodies virtual meetings to discuss international development issues. This article argues that the impact of the COVID-19 global pandemic in the field of ICT is reflected in Indonesia's digital diplomacy at the United Nations. The global pandemic COVID-19 changed the means and tools used by Indonesian diplomats to gather information, negotiations, and responses on international issues. Even so, Indonesian diplomacy at the UN continues to run optimally.

PKL problems are indeed difficult to solve, this is evidenced by the fact that there are still many street vendors who roam the roadside, say in Badung Regency precisely stricken by Jalan Raya Mengwitani, Mengwi District, Badung, almost along the road there are street vendors selling, even more in the afternoon the number of street vendors increased. The ability of street vendors to organize themselves is what makes researchers interested in conducting research into organizing by street vendors, so that they are able to organize themselves to deal with the pressures experienced. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) what is the arrangement of street vendors (PKL) who sell on the edge of the road that has a Circular Mengwitani Badung Regency? 2) What is the action of the Badung District Government in dealing with street vendors (PKL) who sell on the edge of the road that has Circular Mengwitani Badung Regency? The technique of collecting data is done by interviews and documentation. Data were then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The conclusions of this study are: 1) Arrangement of Street Vendors selling on the edge of the Circular Circular Highway in Badung Regency is regulated in Badung District Regulation Number 7 of 2016 concerning Public Order and Public Peace listed in Article 25 and Article 27. Under the control authority the street vendors are in the Regional Government. But in its implementation the Regent gave a mandate to other agencies namely the Order of Peace and the Badung District Civil Service Police Unit. In this case the Civil Service Police Unit was formed to enforce the Perda, 2) the action of the Badung Regency government in dealing with street vendors in Badung Regency who sell on the roadside by providing sanctions for administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions to violating street vendors. Administrative sanctions can be in the form of reprimand, written warning, revocation of permit, termination and / or demolition. While criminal sanctions in the form of imprisonment for a maximum of 3 (three) months or a maximum fine of Rp. 25,000,000 (twenty five million rupiah). ; Kearsipan mempunyai peranan penting bagi kelancaran jalannya sebuah organisasi. Kearsipan berperan sebagai sumber informasi dan alat pengawasan yang sangat diperlukan oleh setiap organisasi dalam pembuatan laporan, pertanggungjawaban, penilaian dan pengendalian setepat-tepatnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Bagaimana proses penataan arsip dinamis aktif dan inaktif di Unit Pengelolaan Arsip di Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Badung sesuai dengan Peraturan Bupati Badung Nomor 58 tahun 2014?, 2) Upaya apakah yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Badung agar setiap instansi pemerintahan di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung mengimplementasikan Peraturan Bupati Badung Nomor 58 Tahun 2014 dalam pengelolaan arsip? Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode pencatatan. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan interpretasi hukum secara sistematis dan argumentasi hukum berdasarkan logika deduktif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) Proses penataan arsip dinamis aktif dan inaktif di Unit Pengelolaan Arsip dan Perpustakaan Kabupaten Badung adalah menggunakan kode klasifikasi dan Indek. 2) Kendala Dinas Keasripan dan Perpustakaan dalam mengimplementasikan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 58 Tahun 2014 adalah pemikiran orang-orang tentang kearsipan belum dipahami secara baik, sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang, tenaga pengelolaan di setiap SKPD kurang memahami tentang pengelolaan kearsipan, dan Kepala Dinas pada setiap SKPD kurang memperhatikan tenaga pengelolaan arsip. Upaya Dinas Kearsipan dalam mengimplementasikan Peraturan Bupati No 58 tahun 2014 adalah dengan cara pengembangan sumber daya manusia kearsipan, sosialisasi kearsipan, pembinaan kearsipan, dan adanya peran serta masyarakat.
Dialog adalah bagian penting dari penguatan demokratisasi. Namun, dialog belum sepenuhnya dipraktikkan dan diprioritaskan di sekolah. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana SMA Kolese Gonzaga membangun sistem pembelajaran yang menyediakan ruang besar untuk berdialog. Dalam setiap kegiatan, sekolah mencoba mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi, belajar untuk saling memahami, dan juga berkolaborasi dengan berbagai komunitas. Sekolah menjadi institusi penting untuk mempromosikan toleransi dan dialog dari berbagai tradisi atau latar belakang budaya. Memperkuat dialog adalah bagian penting dari penekanan pendekatan pendidikan humanis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua hal: (i) praktik menjadikan sekolah sebagai ruang dialog, dan (ii) bagaimana sekolah dapat mempromosikan dialog untuk perdamaian. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Kegiatan dialog diperkuat dalam berbagai kegiatan di sekolah. SMA Kolese Gonzaga membangun ruang dialog di berbagai bidang di sekolah seperti di ruang kelas, kegiatan sehari-hari, dan kegiatan di luar sekolah. ; Dialogue is an important part of strengthening democratization. However, dialogue has not been fully practiced and prioritized in schools. Schools become important institutions to promote tolerance and dialogue from various traditions or cultural backgrounds. Strengthening dialogue is an important part of the humanist education approach. This research discussed how Kolese Gonzaga High School established a learning system that provides a large space for dialogue. In each activity, the school tries to develop communication skills, learn to understand each other, and also collaborate with various communities. This research focused on two things: (i) the practice of establishing school as a space for dialogue, and (ii) how school can promote dialogue for peace. This research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with school principals, teachers, students, and parents. Dialogue activities are strengthened in various activities at school. Kolese Gonzaga High School establishes dialogue spaces in various fields in the school such as in classrooms, daily activities, and activities outside of school.
Global Governance encompasses the world's political activities and the management of issues and phenomena that occurred on a nation-state, involving contributions from regional to the international environment. In the global security sector, there are numerous efforts carried out by a country to counter such external threats that can cause destabilization. Non-proliferation and nuclear developments for peace are such issues of the global defense-security concern. The attempts to control and ensure the use of nuclear has been carried out by enacting international law, resolutions, and multilateral agreements. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is one kind. Influencing the world's security, politics, and economy, JCPOA began to be disrupted since the U.S. withdrawal as one of the parties that initially signed the agreement. This research aims to analyze The Collapse of Global Governance: When the U.S. Leaves the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). This research used a qualitative method with analysis based on secondary data, validated by the triangulation technique in this qualitative study. The analytical procedure uses secondary data from journals, media, and literature related to the Iran nuclear agreement and previous analyses discussing the U.S. exit from the JCPOA agreement. The analysis technique performs by arranging the data sequence, organizing the data into a pattern, category, and basic description. This research has found that Global Governance has fundamental weaknesses in its application. Through an analysis of the U.S. exit from the Iran nuclear agreement, it can be said that the reins of control are in the hands of the U.S. The Trump administration's policy on behalf of the U.S. to leave JCPOA to thwart the achievement of Global Governance and significantly affects the multi-national economic, political, and security order. The implementation of Global Governance and the issues also raised based on the interests of the superpowers. ; Global governance meliputi kegiatan politik dunia dan pengelolaan isu dan fenomena yang terjadi pada suatu negara kebangsaan, yang melibatkan kontribusi dari lingkungan regional hingga internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis berdasarkan data sekunder, divalidasi dengan teknik triangulasi dalam penelitian kualitatif ini. Prosedur analitis menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari jurnal, media, dan literatur terkait perjanjian nuklir Iran dan analisis sebelumnya yang membahas keluarnya AS dari perjanjian JCPOA. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan menyusun urutan data, mengorganisasikan data ke dalam suatu pola, kategori, dan deskripsi dasar. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa global governance memiliki kelemahan mendasar dalam penerapannya. Melalui analisis keluarnya AS dari perjanjian nuklir Iran, dapat dikatakan bahwa kendali kendali berada di tangan AS. Kebijakan pemerintahan Trump mengatasnamakan AS keluar dari JCPOA untuk menggagalkan pencapaian global governance dan secara signifikan mempengaruhi tatanan ekonomi, politik, dan keamanan multi-nasional.
