The gothic is a poetics in constant mutation that, through imagination, thematizes fears, anxieties and the priorities of a historic time. These are the images that involve the female characters in Patrícia Melo's novel, Mulheres empilhadas. They inhabit the locus of a dystopian curse, as victims of crimes, sexual violence and the very erasure of their lives. Merging reality and fiction, Melo brings a dystopian narrative to the realm of the gothic poetics, in which imagination manifests itself by means of discrimination of politics, of religion, and of gender. Such power regimes generate fear and insecurity as means of control, thus, turning societies into dystopian models of aggression. ; A Revolta das Mulheres Sacrificadas O gótico é uma poética em constante mutação que, através da imaginação, explora como temas os medos, as ansiedades, as prioridades de um tempo histórico. São essas imagens que envolvem as personagens femininas do romance de Patrícia Melo, Mulheres empilhadas. E é o lugar da maldição distópica que elas habitam, vítimas dos crimes, das violências sexuais e do apagamento de suas vidas. Trata-se de uma narrativa distópica, que mescla realidade e ficção e se inscreve no âmbito da poética gótica, explorando questões como discriminações políticas, religiosas e de gênero.

Objective: to describe the expectations of pregnant women for childbirth, their fears and anxieties. The
activities those they develop to reduce anxiety and family participation. Method: Search descriptive qualitative
approach performed in a Basic Health Unit (BHU) in the city of Uberaba MG, with 15 pregnant women. The
research project was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Triangulo Mineiro (UFTM)
Uberaba MG, under protocol # 1778. Results: Four categories emerged: fear and anxiety, congenital
malformation, baby layette and participation of the husband and the mother. Conclusion: We conclude the
increasing need for actions to promote health and prevent complications in pregnant women, as well as groups
and call for inquiries and planning delivery and postpartum.

Objective: to know histories resilientes of frequentadoras women of the wheels of Terapia Comunitária Sistêmica
Integrativa (TC). Methods: To take care of to the considered objectives, we use the method of Verbal History. The
study it was developed with 7 collaborators of the TC wheels, in the community Park of the Sun. Results: When
analyzing the empirical material, we construct three thematic axles: the TC space of allotment and wakening of the
resilience, resources of imaginary in the process resiliente and Resilience: the force constructed with the life. The TC
emerged as a source of awaking of the resilience capacity. Conclusions: Histories assist to see that we are capable to
surpass the suffering with the exercise of the resilience, concept that can be significant for the redimensionamento of
the research in the field of the communitarian health, mental health and in the field of the nursing, contributing for
reflections on education, research and extension.

The article verifies the use of the term feminicide in the journalistic coverage of the homicides of women practiced by their comrades or ex-comrades for reasons of belonging to the female sex, when the crime involves domestic and family violence, as well as the contempt or discrimination related to the condition of woman. The sample is composed by eight articles in the online version of Jornal do Tocantins, specifically published in 2016. Methodologically this article practises Content Analysis. The research seeks to promote a reflection about the important contribution of news, as one of the mechanisms of access to information, for the formation of public opinion and cultural change necessary to combat impunity and reduce this type of crime.

ABSTRACT Objective: analyzing the profile of sexual violence against women. Method: a descriptive, retrospective study of a quantitative approach carried out with 355 medical records of women victims of sexual violence, with data collection through the form Service for Assistance to Women Victims of Sexual Violence (Samvvis) in Teresina (PI). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The research project was approved by the Research Ethics Committee, CAAE: 17649613.9.0000.5584. Results: there was a predominance of the age group 11-15 years old (49,6%), brown (56,7%), single (52,5%), incomplete elementary school (26%), with the type of violence/link with the aggressor prevailed rape (37%) and friend or acquaintance of the victim (17,9%). Conclusion: the study shows the vulnerability of women in relation to the aggressor that in most of the events is someone from the family or family trusted. Método: estudo descritivo, retrospectivo, com abordagem quantitativa realizado com 355 prontuários de mulheres vítimas de violência sexual, com coleta de dados por meio de formulário no Serviço de Atenção às Mulheres Vítimas de Violência Sexual (Samvvis) em Teresina (PI). Objective: to examine the life trajectory of women with mastectomy members of a self-help group. Method: descriptive and exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, using the approach of the oral history of life as a methodological benchmark, meeting the operational phases. The participants were 20 women with mastectomy, whose narratives, considered discursive manifestations were submitted to the analysis of the collective subject discourse. Results: three thematic axes were elaborated, supported by their respective core ideas, each one was referent to before, during and after mastectomy: "to face life bravely" - "normal life", "separation", "change", "work" and "children"; "I have talked to God" - "prevention/care procedures", "diagnosis/treatment", "feelings/emotions" and "changes"; "reorganization with more objectivity and experience" - "creed", "change" and "feelings/emotions". Conclusion: it is recognized the need for studies into the mastectomy women to support public policies, or simply to enable health professionals to a humanized care.

O presente artigo tem como objetivo discutir as estratégias para o controle social da imagem das jovens mulheres a partir das propostas relacionadas à comunicação contidas em planos nacionais de políticas públicas construídos nas conferências nacionais de políticas para as mulheres realizadas em 2004, 2007 e 2011 e nas conferências nacionais de políticas para a juventude realizadas em 2008, 2011 e 2015. A partir da realização de análise documental e de conteúdo das resoluções das referidas conferências apresentamos como a discussão do tema avançou ao longo dos anos no campo institucional brasileiro. Ao abordar questões como comunicação, gênero e juventude nos documentos institucionais pontuamos os desafios que ainda persistem para a construção da diversidade de representação delas no cenário midiático brasileiro.

Discuss the most common care practices reported by the women assisted by traditional birth attendants at home. Methods: This is a qualitative research methodology to be used as History Thematic Oral - HOT. Results: Show that their experience in collaborative assisted by midwife traditional is a feeling of safety, shelter, where the family environment provides comfort and safety for pregnant women, beyond autonomy in choosing how to make your child, since they assume their role as protagonists of this process. Conclusion: Soon, we realized the need to add scientific knowledge with popular, combining technology with the experience of living, contributing to a reflection in search of new meanings in this special moment of giving birth.

Objectives: To describe nursing care challenges for pregnant women in the prison system and to identify legislation relevant to the right to health of pregnant women deprived of liberty. Methodology: This is an Integrative Literature Review, searching LILACS, SciELO and BDENF databases, in the modality integrated with the VHL Regional Portal, using the respective descriptors: Nursing; Pregnancy; Prisons; Health. Results: A total of 13 articles were included in this study, which pointed out a major deficit in health care for pregnant women due to intrinsic factors in the prison system. Final considerations: The nurse is entirely connected to prenatal care, in the prisons his duties become limited due to the precarious situation that prisons are in, going against what is predicted. ; Objetivo: Descrever desafios da assistência de enfermagem às gestantes no sistema prisional e identificar legislações pertinentes ao direito à saúde das gestantes privadas de liberdade. Metodologia: Trata-se de Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, com busca nas bases de dados LILACS, SciELO e BDENF, na modalidade integrada ao Portal Regional da BVS, usando os respectivos descritores: Enfermagem; Gravidez; Prisões; Saúde. Resultados: Foi incluído nesse estudo o total de 13 artigos que apontaram um grande déficit na assistência à saúde da mulher gestante decorrentes de fatores intrínsecos do sistema penitenciário. Considerações Finais: O enfermeiro é inteiramente conectado à atenção pré-natal, porém no âmbito prisional suas atribuições se tornam limitadas devido a precária situação que os presídios se encontram, indo em contramão com o que é previsto.

ABSTRACT Objectives: to identify the knowledge of women assisted by SUS on their rights during pregnancy and childbirth; to describe the socioeconomic and obstetric variables with women´s knowledge about their rights during pregnancy and childbirth. Method: exploratory, descriptive, cross-sectional study, with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 79 mothers with gestational age less than 37 weeks who delivered live births in the maternity Dr. Peregrino Filho in the city of Patos/PB. Data collection was through an interview in May 2014. The data were tabulated in Excel Spreadsheet Program for Windows. Next to the analysis, the statistical package Inc. SPSS version 18.0 was used. Results: the results showed that almost all of women (87.3%) reported having knowledge about their rights during pregnancy and childbirth. Conclusion: the results in the knowledge of women during pregnancy and childbirth satisfactory, highlighting the social rights with certain limitations of labor and welfare rights. A Unita, na pessoa do seu presidente, JMS, demonstrou com uma estrutura de poder, marcada por nuances tradicionais e por querelas palacianas, pôde colocar a mulher nas situações mais extremas e caricatas. Para a questão em análise, não se trata de um conflito entre a instituição da família tradicional, assente na poligamia, e a moderna, que postula pela família monogâmica com os valores a si adstritos. Trata-se do uso, do abuso e da coisificação da mulher, em consequência de um poder autocrático que por vezes, e não foram poucas, mostrou ter perdido o controlo da situação. As mulheres de Jonas Savimbi dividem-se em aquelas que mais amou - e assumiu como "primeira-dama", mas que também, por razões que se desconhecem mais odiou -, as amantes, que teve filhos com algumas delas, e outras, fruto de relações fortuitas, cujo segredos elas guardam a sete chaves.

The text results from the survey in the Novo Remanso community and in the Engenho Village located at the mouth of Preto da Eva River, tributary of the Amazonas River, in the Amazon, between 2011 to 2014 and emphasizes the analysis of environmental relationships, work, women and health in a place where they intertwine to complement the urban and the rural ways of an Amazonian community. The survey was constructed from fieldwork interviews and work in groups and reports the initial process of organization that gave rise to the Base Ecclesial Community movement, belonging to the Catholic Church, leading to the Sagrado Coração de Jesus Community. The community grew through the organization of farmers and in 1993 started the Farmers in Action movement, and then the formation of Associação Comunitária dos Trabalhadores Rurais do Paraná da Eva (ASCOPE), the first association of rural workers of the Amazon to be transformed into a cooperative and to get credit for growing agroindustry regional fruits. This process was the transformation of labor, especially women, who besides being housewives, are now working in agriculture and agribusiness and as political agents. They are different ways of working in an Amazonian environment linked to land, water and forest configuring the work, environment and health relationship with change and permanence in the lives of working women. ; O texto resulta da pesquisa realizada na comunidade do Novo Remanso e na Vila do Engenho, localizadas na foz do Rio Preto da Eva, afluente do Rio Amazonas, município de Itacoatiara, no Amazonas, no período de 2011 a 2014, e dá ênfase à análise das relações entre ambiente, trabalho da mulher e saúde num lugar em que se entrelaçam de modo complementar o urbano e o rural numa comunidade amazônica. A pesquisa foi construída a partir de trabalho de campo, com entrevistas e trabalhos em grupos, e relata o processo inicial de organização que se originou do movimento da Comunidade Eclesial de Base da Igreja Católica, dando origem à Comunidade Sagrado Coração de Jesus. A comunidade cresceu por meio da organização dos agricultores, dando início, em 1993, ao movimento de Lavradores em Ação, e em seguida à formação da organização comunitária dos Trabalhadores Rurais do Paraná da Eva (ASCOPE), a primeira associação de trabalhadores rurais do Amazonas a ser transformada em cooperativa e a obter crédito para a criação da agroindústria de processamento de frutas regionais. Neste processo ocorreram transformações do trabalho, em especial da mulher, que além de dona de casa, passa a ser trabalhadora na agricultura e agroindústria e agente política. São diferentes formas de trabalho num ambiente amazônico ligado à terra, água e floresta, que configuram a relação entre ambiente e saúde, com transformações e permanências na vida da mulher trabalhadora.

This article presents a critical overview of theories and practices that aim to enhance black women's health focusing on the concept of resilience. Beyond the academic literature, mostly from Pyschology, this text mobilizes different sources about racial relations, including the social movement production. Black women are exposed to human rights deprivation, to the inefficency of governmental programs that should guarantee the right to education and to comprehensive health care, among others. They are also frequently exposed to racism and sexism that affect their health. The concept of "resilience as a process" adopted in this article, a result of both the critical reflection on the literature and of research data, supports the adoption of a psychosocial approach resulting from vulnerabilities analysis integrated to a human rights based framework. The conclusion calls for initiatives that include the practical knowledge of black women and for valuing their collective and transgenerational experiences that has supported the overcome of their exposure to extreme vulnerable contexts, experiences that enhanced their processes of resilience. In this perspective, there is a need to consider not only black women's assistance and individual care but also their different experiences of belongingness, their trajectories, their networks, communities and territories. ; Este artigo apresenta uma revisão crítica de teorias, técnicas e práticas que visam a potencialização da saúde de mulheres negras com foco em concepções sobre resiliência. Além da literatura acadêmica, em especial da psicologia, o texto mobiliza diferentes fontes sobre relações raciais, inclusive a produção do movimento social. Mulheres negras estão expostas à privação de direitos humanos, à ineficiência dos programas de governo na garantia do direito à educação e à saúde integral, entre outros. Estão também expostas à incidência frequente do racismo e do sexismo, que se traduzem em prejuízos à sua saúde. A concepção processual de resiliência adotada neste artigo, que resulta tanto da reflexão crítica sobre a literatura como de resultados de pesquisa apresentados, fortalece a adoção de uma perspectiva psicossocial, resultante da análise das vulnerabilidades integrada ao quadro dos direitos humanos. Conclui-se pela produtividade de iniciativas que incluam a sabedoria prática das mulheres negras e a valorização de experiências coletivas e transgeracionais que as apoiam para superar os contextos de alta vulnerabilidade a que estão expostas, estimulando a potencialização de processos de resiliência. Nessa perspectiva será necessário considerar não apenas o acolhimento das mulheres negras, mas também suas experiências e instâncias de pertencimento, suas trajetórias, suas redes, comunidades e territórios.
