Compares managerial values, in terms of loyalty, boss, money, big
companies, profit, work, job freedom, and company rules, across
different sectors of enterprise by questionnaire survey: 232. Iraqi
managers participated in the study. MANOVA and ANOVA tests revealed some
differences among managers in public, mixed and private organizations,
with regard to manipulative and sociocentric values. Results, however,
indicate that managers, regardless of their sector of enterprise, score
high on sociocentric values.

Wireless sensor networks (WSN) is an important future technology, in several applications in military, health, environment and industries. Currently the integration of social and sensor is very important by considering the characteristics of social networks in designing wireless sensor networks WSN for improvement such as (number of messages from source to destination, radius of coverage, connectivity, and spreading). This area has not received much attention and few researches focus on the performance evaluation. In this paper we have studied the impact of different mobility and distribution models which is a variable one should define which model is best for the infrastructure given their differences, also study include the exact effect of nodes distribution and analyzed by calculation the number of messages of 12 cases to get a real performance evaluation under different conditions and same routing techniques. This work provides us a greater understanding and clear an idea of the effect of mobility plus distribution.

In recent years, the extensive need for high-quality acquisition platforms for various 3D mapping applications has rapidly increased, especially in sensor performance, portability, and low cost. Image-based UAV sensors have overwhelming merits over alternative solutions for their high timeline and resilience data acquisition systems and the high-resolution spatial data they can provide through extensive Computer Vision (CV) data processing approaches. However, applying this technique, including the appropriate selection of flight mission and image acquisition parameters, ground settings and targeting, and Structure from Motion- Multi-View Stereo (SfM-MVS) post-processing, must be optimized to the type of study site and feature characteristics. This research focuses on optimizing the application of UAV-SfM photogrammetry in an urban area on the east bank of the Tigris River in the north region of Iraq following optimized data capturing plan and SfM-MVS photogrammetric workflow. The research presented the practical application of optimized flight planning, data acquisition, image processing, accuracy analysis, and evaluation based on ground truth targets designed for the proposed optimal routine. This includes investigating the influence of the number and distribution of GCPs, flying heights, and processing parameters on the quality of the produced 3D data. The research showed the potential of low-budget and affordable UAV devices to deliver robust 3D products in a relatively short period by demonstrating the value of UAV-based image techniques when contributed to CV algorithms. The results showed powerful outcomes with validation errors reaching a centimeter-level from 100 m flying height when applying the optimized flight plan settings and the appropriate selection of the number and distribution of GCPs. The study established a streamlined UAV mapping procedure, demonstrated the viability of UAV use for 3D mapping applications, offered suggestions for enhancing future applications, and offered clues as to whether or not UAVs could serve as a viable alternative to conventional ground-based surveying techniques in accurate applications.

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries have seen a significant increase in the number of expatriated students since 2005; despite the high rates, adequate examinations of the lived experiences of students repatriating to the region are lacking. This study aimed to examine the job role determinants of work adjustment among repatriated students in the GCC. It examined the mediating effects of career ambition and the moderating effect of career expectation on repatriates' work adjustment. Data from 317 employed repatriates were gathered through an online survey. SPSS and Smart PLS 3.0 were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that repatriates' job roles are positively correlated with their work adjustment, except for role discretion. Career ambition and career expectation have positively impacted repatriates' work adjustment. However, repatriates' lived experiences from the GCC area have not been empirically documented, particularly from those adjusting to work conditions. Little is known about the influences of career ambition and career expectations on repatriates' work adjustment, how individuals experience their job roles, and what effect those roles have on work adjustment outcomes. This research offered an in-depth understanding of the influence of job roles on repatriates in the GCC, which can be utilized by repatriates and organizations to ensure better adjustment.
