From the point of view that connects politics and psychoanalysis, the aim of this essay is to investigate the causes of the annihilation of the subject in the totalitarian regimes, making him a victim of power, reduced to a bare life.This question leads us to analyze the jouissance within the frame of a regime that proposes the unification of a universal jouissance. These questions are considered to be relevant in the field that makes possible the intersection between politics and subjectivity. The direct proposal of this essay is related to thought, by trying to bring thought into play, in conjunction with the concepts of jouissance and the annihilation of the subject in the totalitarian regimes. It deals with the articulation between thought and jouissance and uses these ideas like conceptual tools, with the aim of considering the subjectivity of the time. ; Desde el punto de vista que relaciona la política con el psicoanálisis, la propuesta de este ensayo trata de interrogar qué produce la aniquilación del sujeto en los regímenes totalitarios, al convertirlo en víctimas del poder, reducido a nuda vida. Este cuestionamiento nos conduce a preguntarnos sobre el goce en el marco de un régimen que propone la unificación de un goce universal. Consideramos pertinentes estos cuestionamientos en la vertiente que posibilita el cruce entre política y subjetividad. La propuesta expresa de este ensayo se relaciona con el pensar; con la posibilidad de recuperar una reflexión sobre el pensar, tratando de ponerlo en escena, en conjunción con el goce y la aniquilación del sujeto en los regímenes totalitarios. Se trata de una articulación entre pensar y goce y toma estas nociones como herramientas conceptuales, en el interés por considerar la subjetividad de la época. ; Du point de vue qui met en rapport la politique et la psychanalyse, cet essai prétend poser la question sur ce qui produit l"annihilation du sujet dans les régimes totalitaires en le changeant en victime du pouvoir; réduit à la nue vie.Cette mise en question nous mène à nous interroger sur la jouissance dans le cadre d"un régime qui propose l"unification d"une jouissance universelle. Nous estimons pertinent ces mises en question dans l"aspect qui permet le croissement entre politique et subjectivité. La proposition que cet essai présente se rattache à la pensée, à la possibilité de reprendre une réflexion sur celle-ci, en le mettant en scène, ensemble avec la jouissance et l"annihilation du sujet dans les régimes totalitaires. En el contexto actual resulta complejo, el espacio habitable se va modificando de acuerdo a la toma de decisiones en el ámbito económico y social que se han promovido a lo largo de la historia y que han configurado y transformado el territorio en lugares fragmentados, desiguales y contradictorios, lo cual remite a insuficiencias de la planeación y de la gestión urbana, frente a procesos urbanos complejos, y sobre todo a la consolidación de un espacio social cada vez más polarizado (Coulomb, 1993). En México, hace cerca de una década dentro de los llamados gobiernos de izquierda en nuestra ciudad, comenzaron a implementarse políticas innovadoras a nivel local que intentan reconstruir, reconfigurar y perfeccionar los componentes de la democracia, por medio de su compromiso a nuevas formas de representación a través de programas que den apertura a espacios públicos u obras que accedan a la ciudadanía abrir camino en la convivencia y reconstrucción del tejido social.

Through the analysis of the film Killing Jesus (Matar a Jesús (2018)), this article examines the woven tension among the meaning of what is personal or political and the uses of cinema as a communication tool. The director accounts for her personal experiences and turns the images into a political element loaded with biographical features. To this end, the focus is placed on the film space, sound environment and script, since these aspects show how the private sphere can also be in the public one and vice versa. This audiovisual product even gives us a sample of how cinema can lead private aches and feelings to the public sphere and likewise being a way of healing and seeking personal forgiveness. ; A través de Matar a Jesús (2018), buscamos analizar la tensión que se teje entre lo personal y lo político, así como la manera en que la directora utiliza el cine como una herramienta de comunicación con la que da cuenta de sus experiencias personales, convirtiendo las imágenes en un elemento político cargado de elementos biográficos. Para ello se realiza un análisis a través de la fuente principal -Matar a Jesús (2018)- poniendo el foco en el espacio fílmico, ambiente sonoro y guion, ya que estos aspectos dan muestra de cómo lo privado también puede -o no- estar en lo público y viceversa. Inclusive, este producto audiovisual nos da una muestra de cómo el cine puede llevar al ámbito público los dolores y sentires privados, y a su vez, ser una vía de sanación y búsqueda por el perdón personal.

Resumen Uno de los libros más emblemáticos de Hannah Arendt, Eichmann en Jerusalén. Un estudio sobre la banalidad del mal, introduce conceptos como banalidad del mal, que continúan produciendo comentarios encendidos en diferentes latitudes. Aquí nos queremos detener en otra de las polémicas que despierta el libro sobre el juicio realizado en Jerusalén. Arendt afirma: "Cuánto más se le escuchaba, más evidente era que su incapacidad para hablar iba estrechamente unida a su incapacidad para pensar…" (Arendt, 1999: 80). Lo que aquí nos proponemos es interrogar ¿qué significa pensar? para Freud y Lacan y a partir de ahí, cuestionar si Eichmann pensó o no. Nuestro trabajo se centra en la noción del pensar que procede de los griegos y pasa por Descartes, para centrarnos en lo que el psicoanálisis sitúa como pensar a partir de la definición de Lacan: pienso donde no soy, luego soy donde no pienso. THOUGHT AND POLITICS: ARENDT WITH LACAN Abstract Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil is one of the most emblematic Hannah Arendt's books. It introduces concepts such as the banality of evil, which continue raising excited comments in different latitudes. Here, we want to focus on another controversy aroused by the book and based on Eichmann's trial in Jerusalem. Arendt says: "The longer one listened to him, the more obvious it became that his inability to speak was closely connected with an inability to think" (Arendt, 1999: 80). We propose here to examine what thinking is for Freud and Lacan, and thus to question whether Eichmann thought or did not. Keywords: unconscious, thinking, jouissance. PENSÉE ET POLITIQUE : ARENDT AVEC LACAN Résumé L'une des œuvres les plus emblématiques d'Hannah Arendt est celle d'Eichmann à Jérusalem. Il s'agit d'une étude introduisant des concepts tels que la banalité du mal, qui continuent à produire des commentaires enflammés sous différentes latitudes. Le présent article s'arrête donc sur l'une des polémiques provoquée par le livre à l'occasion du procès Eichann à Jérusalem. Arendt affirme: «Plus on l'écoutait, plus on se rendait à l'évidence que son incapacité à parler était étroitement liée à son incapacité à penser…" (Arendt, 1999: 80). Ce travail pose donc la question : qu'est-ce que penser veut dire pour Freud et pour Lacan? Question à partir de laquelle on s'interrogera pour savoir si Eichmann a pensé ou non. Este proyecto de investigación centra sus bases en el estudio de la educación ambiental, a partir de las experiencias vividas y construidas por las organizaciones sociales Alianza por el Agua y Fortaleza de la Montaña que se sitúan en el departamento de Cundinamarca, para tal fin se realizó un proceso de caracterización y participación de las experiencias, estrategias, espacios e intencionalidades que agencian y promueven en su acción colectiva dichas movilizaciones. Por otro lado, se establece la relación existente del territorio desde la complejidad de su entramado, es decir desde su configuración, construcción, apropiación y la forma como se conciben las representaciones sociales y educativas a partir de las prácticas de las organizaciones sociales, considerando sus aproximaciones epistemológicas y su configuración desde una mirada multidimensional. También el agua se reconoce como referente, es el propósito central de la educación ambiental, posicionando su importancia como categoría social y educativa, ahondando en su carácter epistemológico y en el sentido histórico, cultural, político y económico en relación intrínseca con el territorio. Así mismo se aborda la pedagogía en clave territorial como fundamento de la Educación Ambiental desde los presupuestos teóricos de la Educación popular, que soportan la construcción de las propuestas pedagógicas para las organizaciones sociales acorde a sus proyecciones, dinámicas y escenarios, diálogos e interacciones generadas en el proceso de investigación. ; This Project focuses its bases in the environmental education study, since the worldly experiences built by the social organizations Alianza por el agua and Fortaleza de la Montana both located in Cundinamarcas' department, for this purpose it was realized a characterization and participation process of the different experiences, strategies, spaces, and intentions that promote in its collective action these mobilizations. On the other side, it is established the relation that exists in the territory since the complexity of its scheme, It means from its configuration, construction, appropriation and the way in which the social and educational representations are conceived since the practices of the social organizations, taking into account their epistemological approximation and the configuration since a multidimensional glance. Also the water is recognized as reference and like the main purpose of the environmental education, placing its importance like social and educational category, deepening in its epistemological character, and in the historical, cultural, political and economic sense in intrinsic relation with the territory. In the same way it is tackled the territory pedagogy as a fundament of the environmental education based on the theory of the popular education, that argue the construction of pedagogical proposals for the social organizations according to its projections, dynamics and scenes, dialogues and interactions emerged in the investigation process.

La investigación inicia con la fusión de dos ideas ya publicadas en el mundo, con el objetivo de minimizar el impacto ambiental en la industria de la construcción en la actividad de acabados de fachada. La primera fue desarrollada en España, liderada por el arquitecto Vicente Sarrablo, quien creó un tejido cerámico industrializado para la construcción de revestimientos entre estos pavimentos, fachadas y cubiertas. La segunda idea fue ejecutada en Estados Unidos por la arquitecta Ginger Krieg Dosier, quien se inspiró en la formación de los corales para desarrollar un ladrillo cultivado con el uso de microorganismos, con tres días de fabricación en temperatura ambiente cuyo proceso de elaboración no genera desperdicio.El objetivo principal de la investigación es el de generar un tejido arquitectónico elaborado con agentes microbiológicos para el recubrimiento de fachadas ventiladas, con el fin de disminuir los residuos generados en obra.

In November 2016, the final Agreement for the End of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace was signed between the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia – People's Army (FARC-EP) and the National Government. This made it possible for the members of the insurgency to move on to civilian life and legality. The aim of this study is to find out which are the occupational and communicational transformations and reconfigurations of the former combatants of the FARC-EP , and how they happen in the transition to participation in civilian and political life. Narratives of a group of former combatants of the FARC-EP at the Territorial Space of Training and Reincorporation of the village La Cooperativa were collected through participant observation, social mapping and interviews. The analysis reveals the challenges of assuming civilian life in the face of new interactions, meanings and ways of dealing with it in two scenarios: personal reconfiguration (identity, role changes, adjustment of routines, daily practices and new occupational learning), and social reconfiguration (expectations of participation and recognition, tensions, reconciliation with their setting and political participation). The study concludes that the transformations for the construction of peace must be based on principles of justice and social inclusion. ; En noviembre de 2016 se firmó el Acuerdo Final para la Terminación del Conflicto y la Construcción de una Paz Estable y Duradera entre las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - Ejército del Pueblo (FARC-EP) y el Gobierno Nacional de Colombia. In chronic kidney disease (CKD), hyperphosphatemia-induced inflammation aggravates vascular calcification (VC) by increasing vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) osteogenic differentiation, ADAM17-induced renal and vascular injury, and TNFα-induction of neutral-sphingomyelinase2 (nSMase2) to release pro-calcifying exosomes. This study examined anti-inflammatory β-glucans efficacy at attenuating systemic inflammation in health, and renal and vascular injury favoring VC in hyperphosphatemic CKD. In healthy adults, dietary barley β-glucans (Bβglucans) reduced leukocyte superoxide production, inflammatory ADAM17, TNFα, nSMase2, and pro-aging/pro-inflammatory STING (Stimulator of interferon genes) gene expression without decreasing circulating inflammatory cytokines, except for γ-interferon. In hyperphosphatemic rat CKD, dietary Bβglucans reduced renal and aortic ADAM17-driven inflammation attenuating CKD-progression (higher GFR and lower serum creatinine, proteinuria, kidney inflammatory infiltration and nSMase2), and TNFα-driven increases in aortic nSMase2 and calcium deposition without improving mineral homeostasis. In VSMC, Bβglucans prevented LPS- or uremic serum-induced rapid increases in ADAM17, TNFα and nSMase2, and reduced the 13-fold higher calcium deposition induced by prolonged calcifying conditions by inhibiting osteogenic differentiation and increases in nSMase2 through Dectin1-independent actions involving Bβglucans internalization.
