The human being develops thanks to her relationship with their conspecifics. Thanks to this relation, she obtains a given cultural heritage andacquires her own identity, thus differentiating herself and finding her own space of freedom and autonomy that enables her to interact and extend her own network of relations. This process of reciprocity allows the human being to realize herself as conscious member of a "social body," namely a radical society within an organic human context—a context that has nowadays become global, as a consequence of new migratory fluxes and of newly increasing economic inter-dependence.Education is a thread in human civilization and makes it possible to transform the spaces where anonymity, fear, consumerism, prejudice, haste, indifference, subjugation, insecurity and solitudes take place. As a consequence of transformation, these spaces become characterized by acceptance, trust, sharing, safety, friendship, kinship. The models of political education that used to prevail are the following ones: the academic model—in which a huge amount of notions are debated and explained—and the laboratory model—which bends towards operational politics, by making use of workshops and simulations. It is now widespread the social need to provide everybody—and young people in particular—with foundational socio-political information and with evaluative tools that are historically well-established. These latter instruments should allow for a comparison of different socio-political traditions and frameworks, thus stimulating a renewed commitment that is consciousof the increasing difficulties faced when implementing policies. It isnecessary to found again a political culture and provide it with a new direction— for example, by matching ideals and administrative experience and by supporting it through a dynamic reflection that is open and capable of understanding the current events. ; L'essere umano si sviluppa nella relazione con gli altri suoi simili, ed è in virtù di tale rapporto che riceve un determinato ...

The relationship between women and politics continues to provoke discussions and is increasingly being addressed as a problem of democracy and not of women only. This research will deal with analyzing the relationship between political education and women, as well as the importance of educating to politics; the reason why there is need of developing in individuals and in women particularly the sense of individual and collective responsibility and the awareness of their rights in the common good, in order to teach them that the delegation people carry out through elections is of a representative and not an of a intellectual kind. In fact, despite significant successes in the growth of women's presence in education, employment and cultural life, we realize that the political participation of women is still very low. We will try to sensitize the public opinion on this issue, and change a political culture that still considers the man a legitimate protagonist of state management. DOI:10.5901/mjss.2014.v5n13p120

The human being grows in relationship with others of its fellows, and it is by virtue of this relationship that it receives a particular cultural heritage and acquires its own identity, differentiating itself, finding its own space of freedom and autonomy allowing it to interact and extend its own network of relations. In such a dynamic of reciprocity, the man realizes himself as such as a conscious member of a "social body", i.e. of a radical society in an organic human context, which has become nowadays a clearly planetary one, by virtue of the unpublished migration flows and obvious interdependence of the Planet. The education is a line of human civility and it causes that grounds of anonymity, fears, consumerism, prejudice, haste, indifference, abuse, insecurity, solitude, become grounds of hospitality, trust, sharing, security, friendship, and brotherhood. The patterns of political education having prevailed so far are: the academic model with its explanation and dissent in the abstract of a great deal of knowledge, and that of the laboratory, which tilts and leans over, even by moments of simulation, toward vital worlds of operational policy. It is now manifested a widespread social demand about the necessity to provide to everybody, but especially in the range of basic youth socio-political information, an equipment of historical and values' nature, and by providing comparative elements on the different socio-political matrices and traditions, raising the incentive at a renewing and increasingly conscious commitment in the face of growing difficulties, inherent to the political perspectives disputed so far in the world. It is necessary to refocus and reestablish a political culture uniting the breath of the ideal with the reality of administrative experience, supporting this political culture with the contribution of a dynamic and open reflection, capable of understanding the reality. Keywords: Education; Policy; Citizenship; Culture; EmancipationJournal: International Journal of Economic Behavior
