The Report's goals were to characterize the state of application of article 12 of CDC in each State Party, namely: Evaluation of legislation, policy and practice on child participation in the European Union (EU) Background context to child participation agenda within the country How is Article 12 UNCRC reflected in legislation. How are responsibilities for implementation organised. If there was one entity or body with oversight on implementation of UNCRC Article 12 at national level. How was children's participation defined in national legislation. Which children are covered by the provisions for Article 12 UNCRC in national legislation. What other drivers of participation exist in the country beyond obligations to implement article 12 of the UNCRC to promote the participation of children.
