La representación de la violencia sexual en las series de ficción: el caso de I May Destroy You (HBO, 2020)
In: Doxa comunicación: revista interdisciplinar de estudios de comunicación y ciencias sociales, S. 125-144
ISSN: 2386-3978
In: http://hdl.handle.net/10272/406
________________________________________The Community institutional framework such as was defined in the fifties, is nowadays insufficient to deal with the requirements of a extended Community project.

The European monetary story, from the end of World War II to the implementation of the European Monetary System and the ECU, is identified with the paradox that the member states of the EEC wanted greater economic union while resisting sovereignty transfer in the monetary field. The imbalances caused by this paradox endangered the viability of the European project. In order to confront them, the private sector promoted the creation and use of 'basket currency', such as the European Monetary Unit or the 'Eurco' which, at the same time, served to point out to politicians the need for a single European currency. All this took place in an international context where the dollar and its problems were transferred to the currencies of the EEC states, making it quite difficult to maintain some balance in the value of intra-community trade, which implied continuous monetary crises.

Evolution of cooperation between SMEs in the footwear industry.
The aim of this article is to analyse the cooperation tie between small and medium enterprises in the footwear industry like a response to the global value chain and cost minimization. Statistics data from governments and research projects are analysed. 81 small and medium enterprises participating at the Al-Invest were studied. The principal result is that the cooperation tie is the development factor and the family is the genesis of generating value. The conclusion is that enterprise internationalization has a positive impact under the local system, only when the cooperation mechanism exists, including in poor economies with obstacles for innovation.

The European Economic Governance and its juridical and institutional implications: twenty-five years of adjustments ; La gobernanza económica de la Unión Europea y sus implicaciones jurídicas e institucionales: veinticinco años de adaptaciones
Abstract:The economic and financial crisis of 2007 has forced to adopt a whole setof measures to reform the rules and functioning of the EMU and strengthen the economic governance of the EU. Measures that imply an increasing transfer of Member State's autonomy and that affect their sovereignty, having seen their decision-making capacity in economic, budgetary and fiscal issues seriously limited. Limitation that, in particular, is clearly reflected in the supervision and control of Member State's policies in the aforementioned areas carried out through the European Semester. The current paper analyses the nonstop process of creation of institutions and mechanisms to strengthen the economic governance of the UE carried out during the past decade. Process that has generated a scarcely harmonized construction, which can be criticised, mainly, for the decision-making method used —with the creation of new working methods and the use of mechanisms outside the Treaties that are little transparent—, as well as the low role assigned to the European Parliament and the lack of control mechanisms.Summary:1. A preliminary contextualization. 2. EU's economic governance since 2007 financial crisis. 2.1 EMU's internal economic governance. 2.2 The European Council as the origin of the new rules of economic governance of the EU. 3. The European Economic governance effects on Member States sovereignty. 4. Spanish legislation before the regulations governing the economic governance of the EU. 5. EU's representation in International Monetary Bodies. 6. Conclussions.

"Project Finance" and economic development. A case study
In: https://eprints.ucm.es/id/eprint/57436/1/2019-131%2832-47%29.pdf
This work shows how is possible to finance and to organize development projects in heavily depressed areas using a "project finance" method. Project finance is the financing of a project based upon a non-recourse financial structure, in which project financial resources are paid back from the cash flow generated by the project. The paper shows a real case of application of this innovative management technique in a small Ethiopian agricultural village. It can be seen that the process goes far beyond simple financial calculation to fully enter into the management of all risks involved in the development project: underlying assets, participants, natural conditions, economic factors, regulatory changes, political interference, etcetera. The technique allows the self-financing of the development project because it is the asset itself that generates such financing and this allows to promote the creation of other similar assets that will improve the quality of life of the population In the case analyzed, the construction of a well can lead to the cultivation of four orchards that will not only improve the food quality of the population but will also allow the financing of the construction of new wells with their annexes orchards. This cycle ends once all the families of the village have their own orchards.
