El artículo analiza el estado de implementación del proceso de Bolonia en Ucrania en direcciones prioritarias de integración en el espacio europeo de educación superior. Se determinan problemas claves individuales de carácter general, a los que se enfrenta el sistema nacional de educación superior en el camino de dicha formación, así como problemas reales de implementación de requisitos específicos del proceso de Bolonia. Se determinan las formas de perfeccionamiento de la formación profesional de los abogados, incluidas aquellas mediante el cambio de enfoque psicológico y pedagógico para la enseñanza del material y la atracción de maestros-profesionales. Se sugieren medidas para modernizar la educación nacional, para mejorar la calidad y competitividad de los servicios educativos nacionales en el mercado mundial.

During the pandemic, the institution of mediation, like many other spheres of public life, moved online. The mediation process itself involves individuals who use online communication or even artificial intelligence, such as chatbots. Thus, in connection with the transition of mediation to the online plane, there is a need for legal support for the use of innovative technologies in the field of mediation. Thus, the article is relevant and timely in terms of quarantine restrictions. The object of research is public relations in the field of online mediation. The authors of the article used general and special research methods. The authors of the article concluded that online mediation is a useful institution, but the implementation of appropriate procedures must take care to protect private information, as there is no full control over the situation outside the camera of a computer, tablet, phone, or other device with access on the Internet.

The purpose of the article is a study of the concept and features of human rights as the fundamental concept of modern private law. The object of research is the historical, philosophical, political, ideological, economic, social and other dimensions of the concept of human rights. The main conclusion of the scientific article is the statement of the dominant role of the concept of human rights for the development of modern society, oriented to universal human liberal values and private law, as an indispensable attribute of such a society. At the same time, authors state, that modern tendencies for further expansion of the "borders" of human rights and freedoms at the expense of the interests of the state or at the expense of other social groups have no basis. ; El propósito del artículo es un estudio a fondo del concepto y las características de los derechos humanos como el concepto fundamental del derecho privado moderno. El objeto de la investigación es la dimensión histórica, filosófica, política, ideológica, económica, social y otras del concepto de derechos humanos. The article aims to explore the relationships that arise with respect to intellectual property rights in sports. The objectives of the article are to establish points of contact between intellectual property law and sports, as well as a detailed analysis of relevant public relations in terms of intellectual property law and sports law. To achieve the objectives of the article, the authors used a number of scientific methods, among which the main methods are analysis, synthesis and comparative-legal method. The authors of the study concluded that modern sport is developing in close intertwining with intellectual property rights, because only in this way can a sports spectacle be conveyed to a wide range of spectators and consumers in a broad sense. In addition, the range of points of contact between intellectual property and sports law is constantly growing and such can now be called not only patents and trademarks in sports, but also copyright, "image" rights, know-how in sports and the like.
