The article provides theoretical analysis of socialization of teenager in the field of leisure. Attention is focused on the role of leisure for formation of social and psychological characteristics and individual personal qualities within social adjustment. The article outlines the role of traditional social adjustment institutions (family, education system, public and sports organizations), emphasizes significance of spontaneous social adjustment (mass culture: Internet, television) in personal development of teenagers. Interconnection of education and leisure is considered as factor for teenager's socialization.Socio-economic processes and political change in contemporary society necessitate the development of national culture, leisure areas require activation rights. Leisure stimulates the development of creative identity, new social and spiritual needs, promotes removal of psycho-emotional stress, preserve physical and mental health of adolescents.The inability of young people to organize cultural and recreational activities, to regulate their free time hinders its full development, promotes physical and mental overload, forms the basis for distribution of anti-cultural activities deviant behaviors. Under these circumstances the priority is the development of personality of a teenager's ability to manage their lives independently, organize your time according to values and interests, recreational use space as an important area of socialization.The problem of socialization of adolescents in leisure is developed and assessed partly in the context of individual branches of scientific knowledge: cultural, psychological, sociological. In the socio-psychological studies of socialization is defined as the process and outcome of the assimilation and active play individual social experience that is in the process of communication and activities; multifaceted process of assimilation by the human experience of public life, transforming it from a natural substance in public, from individual to individual.Socialization includes mastering the culture of human relations, social norms required for effective interaction with people, mastery of social roles, activities, various forms of communication, the skills of individual and group work. So socialization is considered as a specific formation, the product of social and psychological reflection of social reality, social life and social relations.The most active socialization occurs during adolescence in the process of communicating with their peers in the intimately personal communication, in carrying out their hobbies. The result of socialization of adolescents is to develop a sense of maturity and defend their rights, personal self, the formation of a new world, learning the values and norms of adolescent environment.The main institutions of socialization of adolescents act the family, educational institutions, NGOs, press, radio, television, education. In the life of modern teenagers these traditional institutions of socialization are losing their positions. The reason for this is the massive proliferation of new forms of interaction – electronic media and communication (Internet, television). Thus, in socialization, mostly in their teens, a dominant influence has mass culture.Mass culture is the most effective tool in the promotion of the ideal self-image as cognitive components of self-concept of the individual, a product of spiritual culture to follow.In modern society, the media and communication exercise greater influence on the formation of value orientations of adolescents than the family, the education system, religion, community and sports organizations. Recreational increasing individual self-fulfillment is carried out mainly caused by cultural institutions and the influence of television and the Internet.Along with the media and communication, socialization functions are carried out through communication. In the socio-psychological science communication is considered as the interaction between people, in which there is a psychological contact, manifested in the exchange of information, perception and understanding of the subjects communicate each other.In the space of leisure communication is mainly informal and takes a leading role in the life of a teenager (friendly, family). It affects its formation and development, as moral education is realized mainly in daily communication with other people.In modern conditions education is not just in schools. More diverse forms of education implement cultural institutions (museums, exhibitions), media and communications (press, TV, Internet). In turn, the comprehensive development of young people has impact communication with friends and family. Presented are the main forms of entertainment content all ages and affect their socialization, especially in adolescence. ; В статье осуществлен теоретический анализ проблемы социализации подростков в сфере досуга. Внимание акцентировано на роли досуга как сферы социализации в формировании социально-психологических характеристик и индивидуальных качеств личности в подростковом возрасте. Определена роль традиционных институтов социализации (семьи, системы образования, общественных и спортивных организаций), подчеркнуто значение стихийных условий социализации (массовой культуры: Интернета, телевидения) в личностном развитии подростков. Рассмотрена взаимосвязь образования и досуга в социализации современного подростка. ; У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз проблеми соціалізації підлітків в сфері дозвілля. Увагу акцентовано на ролі дозвілля як сфери соціалізації у формуванні соціально-психологічних характеристик та індивідуальних якостей особистості в підлітковому віці. Означено роль традиційних інститутів соціалізації (сім'ї, системи освіти, громадських і спортивних організацій), наголошено на значущості стихійних умов соціалізації (масової культури: Інтернету, телебачення) в особистісному розвитку підлітків. Розглянуто взаємозв'язок освіти і дозвілля в соціалізації сучасного підлітка.

In the wake of war and displacement, families like Oksana's and Anna's have found solace and connection through the use of digital technology. This article explores the experiences of Oksana and Anna, a Ukrainian woman aged 51 and her 23-year-old daughter who currently live in Edinburgh, separated from Oksana's husband (Anna's father), extended family and friends due to the war in Ukraine. Through a narrative lens, Oksana shares her reliance on communication tools such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facetime to bridge the physical distance between loved ones. The family's daily rituals, from shared dinners over video calls to collaborative board games, highlight the importance of maintaining familial bonds amidst adversity. Additionally, the article sheds light on the broader societal context, comparing the prevalence of digital communication practices in Ukraine versus Scotland.
The narrative also touches upon the profound impact of technology on healthcare management, particularly in supporting Maria, Oksana's daughter, who battles diabetes. Lastly, Anna reflects on the emotional complexities of maintaining family ties amidst war, emphasizing the significance of technology in preserving connection and providing a lifeline to loved ones in times of distress. Through stories about air raid alerts and family group chats, Anna underscores the resilience and adaptability of Ukrainian families facing adversity.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the possibility of applying foresight methodology for the preservation of traditional socio-cultural values as an important element of innovative development. Given the interdisciplinary nature of the problem, the methodology of the study is based on the complex-integrative combination of theoretical approaches of a number of sciences, in particular, cultural studies, public administration, as well as general scientific methods of system analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, and sub. The scientific novelty is connected with an attempt to outline theoretical and practical aspects of the importance of forsite methodology in preserving the traditions from the projection into practical measures of the state in this sphere. Conclusions. The forsite methodology - as a strategy of public administration of forsite on the basis of forward-thinking - is intended to promote the effectiveness of social development. The actual advance is the innovative mechanism that can, on the one hand, ensure the dynamics of development, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, ensure social stability on the basis of previous achievements and resources, which are analyzed and form (simulate) the idea of ​​a new scenario. At the same time, the results of forsite should be reflected in practical recommendations on the definition of promising directions of the state's cultural policy, in particular regarding the introduction of new forms of support for the activities of various components of the socio-cultural sphere.

Background. The steady increase in prevalence of mental disorders resulting from various dependence forms and high criminogenicity of such disorders led to a number of legislative changes in the field of jurisprudence, medicine and expertise. This problem became particularly relevant after the ratification of the agreement on the association of Ukraine with the European Union. European partners drew attention to the ineffectiveness of crime prevention measures committed by persons with addictions. Obtaining a visa-free regime between the EU and Ukraine has made it obligatory for the latter to take effective measures to solve this problem. Objective. To analyze and scientifically substantiate the relevance of legislative changes in forensic psychiatric examination and provision of psychiatric care to people with psychoactive substances dependence status who committed criminal offenses. Materials. For the scientific substantiation results of the forensic psychiatric examination of 368 sub-experts with the dependence on SAR were used. The sample was presented by a group with alcohol and narcotic addiction, 156 and 212 cases respectively. Analytical, clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, statistical methods and the method of forensic psychiatric analysis were used for analysis and data processing. Results of researches indicate a high proportion of drug addicts in penitentiary institutions due to the low threshold for their prosecution. This demonstrates the ineffectiveness of harsh criminal approaches to people who are dependent and points to the need to humanize the state policy towards them. Conclusions. Legislation of Ukraine needs urgent changes in the issues of introducing alternative punishment for treatment of people with dependence status, formation of a network of specialized medical and rehabilitation centers, implementation of differentiated expert approaches in choosing medical measures of compulsory or alternative character. Forensic psychiatric examination is the first stage of the practical implementation of the declared legislative changes. Given current realities, experts themselves need social guarantees of their professional independence. ; Актуальність. Неухильно зростаючі показники поширеності психічних розладів внаслідок різних форм залежностей та висока криміногенність таких осіб обумовили низку законодавчих змін у сфері юриспруденції (права), медицини та експертизи. Особливої актуальності ця проблема набула після ратифікації договору про асоціацію України з Європейським союзом. Європейські партнери звернули увагу на неефективність заходів профілактики злочинів, які вчиняються особами зі станами залежності. Отримання безвізового режиму між Євросоюзом та Україною поклало зобов'язання на останню вжити дієвих заходів з метою вирішення цієї проблеми. Мета - проаналізувати та науково обґрунтувати актуальність законодавчих змін щодо судово-психіатричної експертизи та надання психіатричної допомоги особам із станами залежності від психоактивних речовин, які вчинили кримінальні правопорушення. Матеріали та методи. Для наукового обґрунтування використовувались результати судово-психіатричного обстеження 368 підекспертних із залежністю від ПАР. Вибірка була представлена групою з алкогольною (АЗ) та наркотичною залежністю (НЗ) (відповідно 156 і 212 випадків). Для аналізу і обробки даних застосовувались аналітичний, клініко-анамнестичний, клініко-психопатологічний, статистичний методи і метод судово-психіатричного аналізу. Результати наукових досліджень свідчать про високі показники наркозахворюваності та рецидивності злочинів, велику частку наркозалежних осіб в установах відбування покарань внаслідок низького порогу притягнення їх до кримінальної відповідальності. Це демонструє неефективність жорстких кримінальних підходів стосовно осіб, залежних від ПАР і свідчить про необхідність гуманізації державної політики щодо них. Висновки. Законодавство України потребує нагальних змін у питаннях запровадження альтернативних покаранню заходів лікування осіб із станами залежності, формування мережі спеціалізованих медико-реабілітаційних центрів, впровадження диференційованих експертних підходів при виборі медичних заходів примусового чи альтернативного характеру. Судово-психіатрична експертиза виступає першим етапом практичної реалізації задекларованих законодавчих змін. Однак, з урахуванням сьогоденних реалій, самі експерти потребують соціальних гарантій своєї професійної незалежності.

The article deals with aspects of the interconnection of the phenomena of social trauma and social conflict, especially in the context of modern Ukrainian society, as well as in the context of the problems of Ukrainian studies discourse. The authors note the extreme importance of the phenomenon of social trauma in the state of health, in the vital program of the individual, in the collective self-identification of social groups, in particular of nations, and the problems and specifics of the manifestation of social trauma in philosophical and sociological sciences. Social trauma is capable to influence the personality's understanding of the meaning of its existence, the interpretation of the direction of development of social processes, the content of interpersonal and intergroup relations in the society. As a result of the defeat of one of the parties of a social conflict, the trauma itself can turn into a conflict factor in the social organism. The authors emphasize the diverse impact of social trauma on the emergence and course of social conflicts in interpersonal and intergroup spheres in the history and contemporary realities of Ukrainian society. It is emphasized that social trauma can be caused not only by real but also by fictional events, which can also cause social conflicts. The article emphasizes the extremely important role of the value positions of the subjects of social conflict in the ranking of traumatic events in the Convention of Ukrainian Studies, shows the influence of these positions on the interethnic and interclass relations in Ukraine. The peculiarities of the connection of social trauma with social conflicts in the life of the modern Ukrainian society in the post-truth situation are also analyzed. The authors emphasize that provoking social conflict by means of creating a post-truth situation if post-truth speculates on real or imagined social trauma is especially dangerous for the society. An ongoing social conflict will be deep and lasting. The manipulation of historical facts by placing them in a post-truth situation is illustrated in the article by facts from the sphere of hybrid warfare conducted by the Russian Federation in the eastern territories of Ukraine. The article explores several aspects of the impact of social trauma on social conflicts in the context of anomie in the spiritual life of the Ukrainian society.

The article substantiates the need to conduct research into the factors changing the exchange rate between the euro and the Ukrainian hryvnia (EUR/UAH) due to the fact that, in the last few years, the devaluation of the Ukrainian hryvnia has destabilised the economic environment for entrepreneurship. Thus, this work analyses the determinants of the exchange rate in Ukraine; the investigated correlation between the EUR/UAH exchange rate and a set of factors confirmed that changes in money supply and government debt correlated tightly with rises and falls in the EUR/UAH exchange rate. By contrast, other factors (GDP, budget deficit, export operations, the positive balance of payments, inflation, public debt) have statistically insignificant correlations with the exchange rate and are not included in the regression model. It is suggested to harmonise monetary policy with fiscal policy, which has the greatest influence on the exchange rate, as well as to analyse the connection between these policies and the country's foreign trade policy, which will allow the exchange rate to be stabilised and ensure suitable conditions for the economic growth of foreign economic entities.
