This study aims to explain social reality as the authenticity of Indonesian law and criticism of legal positivism in the legislation. This study using a literature study research method with a legal philosophy approach. Data obtained from the results of literature studies on several scientific works related to the theme of the problem. Data analysis was performed using descriptive, evaluative methods. The results of the research show that there is an incorrect understanding of the law in society. This is because the legal system used in Indonesia still refers to the legacy of the Dutch colonialists. Law is only understood as mere legislation. Apart from that, it is not considered law, such as social realities in people's lives. Laws must be written and issued by state institutions, not norms that arise from social life in society. The law's impact is dry from the social values of society so that the law is far from the sense of justice that is expected by the community. This study is expected to provide benefits to uphold the authentic Indonesian legal sovereignty that originates from the social realities of society. So that Indonesia is free from the bad influence of the legacy of the Dutch colonial legal system because the social reality of society is the original form of Indonesian law.

This paper is a study of research results that aims to explain the birth of local autonomy from the results of constitutional reform as a form of governance following the community's aspirations. In the past, the problem of the centralized government system did not provide opportunities for regions to regulate and manage their regional government. It was considered undemocratic and did not bring progress to the people in the regions. Therefore, significant changes to the government system in the most aspirational areas through local autonomy are needed. This study, using a normative juridical research method with a philosophical approach. The research results obtained an understanding of the existence of local autonomy as a form of constitutional reform, which is the aspiration of the will of the people in the regions. With the constitutional reform, the system has changed to become decentralized. It has a closer relationship with the people in the regions and can understand the needs of the lower classes. The constitution, with its amendments, can create a democratic system of government and ensure public participation in the life of the state.

This article aims to explain legal thought in Indonesia. It is important to understand the existing legal thought to obtain a comprehensive understanding of legal science. A literature study and philosophical data are analysed in accordance with the theories of natural law, legal positivism and legal realism. The results show that there are various patterns and models of legal thought paradigms in Indonesia in accordance with the regime of the ruling government and the influence of the development of law and society. The government at the time of reform had a paradigm of legal thought oriented towards public policy to improve the moral ethics of the behaviour of the state apparatus and the public policy of the government to strengthen Sharia law (Islam). The various paradigms of legal thought are an important area of study by legal experts to explain changes in the paradigm of legal thought of the various government regimes in Indonesia.

The demands of the necessities of life to be fulfilled by human beings. Therefore, the development of legal positivism as a legal discipline closely related to the rational method of legal thinking becomes very important. There are various issues that require assertiveness and legal certainty to solve them. Understand how laws in legislation are important in law science, because law embraces the principle of legality in the system of state positive law norms. The study method used is literature with philosophical approach. From the results of the study shows that the study of legal positivism is very important to understand the law in writing in the legislation. Deductive that became characteristic in the method of reasoning legal positivism to get a correct understanding of the law of the general provisions established in the legislation. Rational-based legal positivism is very useful to establish the degree of legal certainty.

This paper aims to know the concept of adab as the politics of Islamic law. Only Islam has the adab to organize people in all spheres of life while still being able to keep up with the times. Islam as a civilized religion wants the good of the world and here after by making human beings as khamil who believe and piety to Allah SWT is evidenced by obedience to His laws as dijelskan in al-Qur'an and Hadith. Adab is a basic principle typical of Islam which contains the values and rules of law that govern human life. Adab contains an inner philosophy of life that explains the lives of the past, present and future. The dimensions of space and time covered in adab can always follow global developments, so that there is an eternal politics of Islamic law as a way for the Islamic law that governs the good of human beings to be the main grip in living life. It is important that the role of adab in the development of the ummah, because it contains about the laws of Allah SWT to regulate acceptable human life and become the main need to practice it, because the goodness that is in it is desired by the whole people. The value contained in it is able to reduce the egoism and fanatic sentiments that are often spread by interested parties. As the politics of Islamic law, adab contains the wisdom of life, contained in it can provide widespread benefit to all mankind.

This is the result of research that aims to explain the legal and political civilization civilized in Isla philosophical perspective. With literature study method and the philosophical approach of the data collected, verified and analyzed. The results showed that as the core of the Islamic civilization which can affect all aspects of human life and therefore civilization should become a legal political concept in accordance with Islamic values that have alignments to the virtues of the world of human life and the hereafter. Political law as a legal way to achieve legal establishment have made many disalahgunkan for maneuvering behind the legality of the law. The Constitution as the legal basis for formation of legislation in the system of Indonesia. The misuse of the constitution (UUD 1945) by the political interests of goverment caused mislead and made the situation of the nation getting worse. Liberal capitalistic value wrapped in modern positivistic legal system that puts the ratio had diverge from culture constitution. needs to be clarified with the balance of conscience through culture constitution. Culture constitution is a constitutional concept who saw citizen of Indonesia as creatures of God by virtue of intelligence and unseen. So with that constitution is formed, conceived and executed to be qualified and to bring the benefit of the world and the hereafter.

The rapid time development is also followed by the human science development. However, problems arise in human life when the science development is not matched by a strong religious base, so it will give brith the man whom has no humanities and divinity. Education only cultivate the human mind and constrict qolbu (hearth) role as God's gift that does not need to be doubtful.Education is only meant an empirical and concrete science that can be accepted by the senses, beyond that is not considered as science. The dichotomy of this education will only give birth to a smart man but uncivilized.Unlawful and some crimes now are doneby educated man, not the stupid and not knowledgableman. Such as corruption, money politics, bribery, abuse of office, drugs, human rights violations, immorality, violence, harassment, electronic crime and other various unlawful acts, were all done by an educated man.For those, we need an integral education based on religion, so that people can use his knowledge on the God. If education could provide a balance in human life, there will be a life where people awake from unlawful acts. Because religion is essentially the rule that contains the commands and prohibitions for humans. So, obeying religion is also a form of obedience to the law. Religion of God must teach goodness which is certainly followed by national laws. Because Indonesia is a religious law states, so the law is executed based on the religious values. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the combination of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) and perceived variable costs on the use of the Indonesian Financial Accounting Standard (Standar Akuntansi Keuangan — SAK) Online application by accountants, auditors and academics. And also, to determine how Indonesian accountants work in collaboration with the Indonesian Accountants Association (Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia — IAI) by distributing online questionnaires to accountants, auditors, and academics who have used and/or continue to use the SAK Online application. Data were analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and a quantitative data collection method. According to the findings of this study, behavioral intention and facilitating conditions have a significant impact on use behavior; whereas performance expectations, social influences, and perceived cost have a significant impact on behavioral intention. Other factors, such as effort expectation and the conducive environment, have no discernible effect on behavioral intention. The findings of this study can be used effectively by IAI as a developer to determine various strategies for increasing the number of SAK Online users, and by companies/agencies as users to determine strategies for maximizing the use of SAK Online by employees/members.

Mental health problems have emerged as one of the biggest problems in the world and one of the countries that has been seen to be highly impacted is the Philippines. Despite the increasing number of mentally ill Filipinos, it is one of the most neglected problems in the country. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the perceived usability of mobile mental health applications. A total of 251 respondents voluntarily participated in the online survey we conducted. A structural equation modeling and artificial neural network hybrid was applied to determine the perceived usability (PRU) such as the social influence (SI), service awareness (SA), technology self-efficacy (SE), perceived usefulness (PU), perceived ease of use (PEOU), convenience (CO), voluntariness (VO), user resistance (UR), intention to use (IU), and actual use (AU). Results indicate that VO had the highest score of importance, followed by CO, PEOU, SA, SE, SI, IU, PU, and ASU. Having the mobile application available and accessible made the users perceive it as highly beneficial and advantageous. This would lead to the continuous usage and patronage of the application. This result highlights the insignificance of UR. This study was the first study that considered the evaluation of mobile mental health applications. This study can be beneficial to people who have mental health disorders and symptoms, even to health government agencies. Finally, the results of this study could be applied and extended among other health-related mobile applications worldwide.
