The study examines the relationship among organizational culture, employee performance, employee satisfaction and turnover in the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Empirical studies are needed to understand the phenomena, so that the organizations would be able to handle the barriers in management objectives. It was a field study so survey was formed and conducted; data was gathered through distributed questionnaires from 260 employees of public & private, national and multinationals organizations from the cities of Rawalpindi-Islamabad. All the employees willingly participated in the survey though their confidentiality was in tacked. Interestingly the results of this specific investigation make this study unique and important as it indicated that organizational culture types Community, Innovative, Competitive and Bureaucratic on employee performance, satisfaction and turnover have different impacts. The study relies on cross-sectional data obtained once from employees of multiple multinationals and national organizations. The employees were from all three types of organizations i.e. service providers, contractors and sub-contractors. Regression tests were applied to analyze the data. . It leads to conclusion that employees are performing well, even being unsatisfied and want to remain with their current jobs. This study provides the knowledge that the results of the measures of same constructs cannot be same across different cultures and countries. With this study government and managers should realize the alarming situation in their organizations regarding employees' behaviors in sometimes unfeasible organizational cultures. The future studies should examine the political and economic constructs and their influence on organizational culture and employees. The present study wishes to contribute in the knowledge gap regarding how organizational culture is impacting employees' performance, satisfaction and turnover in telecommunication sector of Pakistan It also raises the importance for exploring and developing the theories on the basis of economic and political aspects rather perceiving single theory equally across different cultures.

The holistic conceptions of multi-dimensional well-being that synergize the constructs that capture all elements of the well-being of travelers are lacking in current literature. This study aims to develop an instrument to measure religious travelers' well-being based on multi-dimensional well-being from the perspective of Muslim travelers who traveled to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah to gauge their level of well-being. The scale development technique was employed by creating, refining, and validating the instrument. The final survey instrument, which was administered using a purposive snowball sampling procedure, featured 30 items representing six dimensions of well-being. The final dataset included 202 Muslims who traveled to perform Umrah and were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using AMOS 21.0 software. Four low-loading items were removed, leaving 26 items with a satisfactory model fit that covered six wellness dimensions: physical, spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, and financial well-being. The findings contribute to the literature on religious tourism by providing an in-depth description of the experience of a religious pilgrimage for Muslims and their subsequent sense of fulfillment. The newly constructed instrument is believed to provide a more comprehensive view on well-being, allowing for a more nuanced assessment of a traveler's well-being upon return.

PurposeIn light of the widely acknowledged significance of GHRM practices, this study improves comprehension pertaining to GHRM practices and employee workplace outcome relationships. Drawing on the conservation of resource (COR) theory, the association between GHRM practices and employee workplace outcomes, namely green commitment and thriving at work, was explored, with a specific focus on the mediating role of organizational pride.Design/methodology/approachA quantitative research design was adopted, and data was collected through a multistage sampling technique, yielding a sample of 255 employees working in six textile manufacturing organizations in Pakistan, all of which held the ISO 14001 certification. The model was tested using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).FindingsThe findings of this study reveal a significant link between GHRM practices and organizational pride. Moreover, organizational pride was found to mediate the relationship between GHRM practices and thriving at work while partially mediating the relationship between GHRM practices and green commitment.Research limitations/implicationsThe outcomes of this study have implications for organizations seeking to enhance sustainability and employee well-being by adopting GHRM practices. Specifically, fostering a sense of organizational pride can further enhance thriving at work and green commitment among employees.Originality/valueThe findings contribute to the existing literature by highlighting the positive impact of GHRM practices on employee workplace outcomes and the importance of organizational pride as a mediating mechanism.

Purpose
The globe has experienced a devastating COVID-19 pandemic, putting the planet under lockdown and causing social alienation. The near collapse of social and economic activities is disrupting the supply chain. Customer-required products were in low supply across the world. A slew of new digital firms springs up to fill the need during this time. This study aims to reach a holistic goal by better understanding customers' digitalisation behaviour. The first step is to review existing consumer digital psychology research to map this study's current knowledge of the pandemic's early and late phases and the impact of digital businesses on consumer behaviour. Finally, it provides lawmakers with a future agenda for limiting the digital psychology of consumers and enterprises.
Design/methodology/approach
This study used the Scopus and Web of Science databases to extract records to follow the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses statement. The final 57 papers were applied after the screening process. The digital environment, psychological digitalisation and behavioural changes were recognised as three primary classes based on a comprehensive examination of the previous literature. This study identified possible difficulties in earlier literature: the scarcity of collaborative and transdisciplinary research on digital psychology, which various academics have emphasised in the past. On the other hand, these investigations were primarily conducted in the psychological surroundings of technology users.
Findings
According to this study, digital psychology has improved significantly during the pandemic and many new digital start-ups have arisen. This study also used digital research to create a framework for a pandemic strategic response plan to help minimise the current COVID-19 pandemic and prepare for future outbreaks.
Originality/value
The study mapped existing literature on digital psychology alterations because of the novel COVID-19 outbreak.
