The purpose of the study is aimed at a comprehensive analysis of materials highlighting the specific results of cooperation between Ukrainian Military Medical Academy (UMMA) and medical services of the NATO countries, which has almost quarter-century history, since the mid-1990s, and in which the medical service of the Turkish Armed Forces occupies a leading position. Materials and methods. The information base of the article includes the materials of official bilateral visits between the leaders of medical services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Turkish Republic, and between the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy and the Gulhane Military Medical Academy (Ankara) at 1997-2000. A unique illustrative content (photographic materials) is included, which is verifying the documents and data used in the article. Results. The article describes in details of the visit program and their practical implementation. Based on the specific results of professional relationships between Ukrainian and Turkish military medical specialists their scientific and practical significance and relevance have been demonstrated. Conclusions. Active organizational and informational cooperation in the process of official bilateral Ukrainian-Turkish visits at 1997-2000 laid the foundation for further cooperation between medical services and military medical academies of Ukraine and Turkey. The first official visit of the leaders of medical service of the armed forces of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey in April 1997 and familiarization with the organization and functioning of the medical service, as well as the training of military doctors for the armed forces of Turkey as a NATO member country, had a defined value in the development of military medical training system in Ukraine. The subsequent bilateral scientific and practical relations between Ukrainian and Turkish military doctors in June 2000 significantly improved their development and upgrading. Due to the intensity of the political dialogue on topical security issues in the foreign policy of Ukraine and Turkey, the further development of relations between the armed forces of Ukraine and the Republic of Turkey, in particular in the military medicine field, is very relevant and can raise them to a qualitatively new level, subject to effective scientific and practical cooperation ; L'article décrit en détail les programmes de visites officielles de l'histoire des relations entre l'Académie de médecine militaire ukrainienne et l'Académie de médecine militaire Gulhane des forces armées turques et leur mise en œuvre pratique. Sur la base des résultats spécifiques des relations professionnelles entre les médecins spécialistes militaires ukrainiens et turcs, leur signification et leur pertinence scientifiques et pratiques ont été prouvées. Le but de l'étude est une analyse complète des matériaux mettant en évidence les résultats spécifiques de la coopération de l'UVMA avec les services médicaux des États membres de l'OTAN, qui dure depuis près d'un quart de siècle, depuis le milieu des années 1990, et dans laquelle le service médical des forces armées de la République de Turquie occupe une place de premier plan. En raison de l'intensité du dialogue politique sur les questions de sécurité d'actualité dans la politique étrangère de l'Ukraine et de la Turquie, la poursuite du développement des relations entre les forces armées ukrainiennes et les forces armées de la République de Turquie, en particulier dans le domaine de la médecine militaire, est très pertinente et, sous réserve d'une coopération scientifique et pratique efficace, peut à un niveau qualitativement nouveau. Conclusions. Une coopération organisationnelle et informationnelle active lors des visites bilatérales officielles ukraino-turques au cours de la période 1997-2000 a jeté les bases d'une coopération future entre les services médicaux et les académies médicales militaires d'Ukraine et de Turquie. The article examines the issues of modern military medicine in Ukraine as an independent state. The main milestones of national military medicine were drawn up, and the peculiarities of its reform were highlighted. The article also provides an analysis of measures to regulate and support the reform of military medicine. Taking into account the data obtained from a large number of archival sources and administrative materials, special attention was paid to the transformation of the management of state medical support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Some shortcomings in the reform of military medical education have been identified, and the main perspective directions of its development are shown. ; L'article examine les problèmes de la médecine militaire moderne en Ukraine en tant qu'état indépendant. Les principaux jalons de la médecine militaire nationale ont été élaborés et les particularités de sa réforme ont été mises en évidence. L'article fournit également une analyse des mesures visant à réglementer et soutenir la réforme de la médecine militaire. Prenant en compte les données obtenues à partir d'un grand nombre de sources d'archives et de documents administratifs, une attention particulière a été accordée à la transformation de la gestion du soutien médical de l'État des forces armées de l'Ukraine. Certaines insuffisances dans la réforme de l'enseignement médical militaire ont été identifiées, et les principales orientations de son développement sont indiquées. ; В статье рассматриваются вопросы современной военной медицины в Украине как самостоятельного государства. Были составлены основные вехи национальной военной медицины, и были выделены особенности ее реформы. Также в статье предоставлен анализ мер регулирования и поддержки реформы военной медицины. Учитывая данные, полученные из большого количества архивных источников и административных материалов, особое внимание было уделено трансформации управления государственной медицинской поддержкой Вооруженных Сил Украины. Определены некоторые недостатки в реформировании военно-медицинского образования, показаны основные перспективные направления его развития. ; У статті розглядаються питання сучасної військової медицини в Україні як самостійної держави. Були складені основні віхи національної військової медицини, і були виділені особливості її реформи. Також в статті надано аналіз заходів регулювання і підтримки реформи військової медицини. З огляду на дані, отримані з великої кількості архівних джерел і адміністративних матеріалів, особливу увагу було приділено трансформації управління державної медичної підтримкою Збройних Сил України. Визначено деякі недоліки в реформуванні військово-медичної освіти, показані основні перспективні напрямки його розвитку.

The need to address this problem is due to increased interest in the origins of traditional national culture and spirituality of our people, growing interest in authentic culture of the Ukrainian ethnic group, and in particular its component – the life of wandering elders-singers. The music of the Ukrainian lyre (kobza) is an organic part of people's worldviews, their thoughts and aspirations, diverse and rich spiritual life. One of the important roles in awakening the spirituality of our people was played by lyre players and kobzars, who carried the fiery Ukrainian word to the people, called for the struggle for freedom, for Cossack glory, for the ancient ancestral Orthodox faith. The article presents an analysis of the formation of lyricism (kobzarism) as a significant part of the cultural heritage of the Ukrainian population of Bukovina. The lyricists are portrayed as witnesses of the life and development of the people in different historical epochs, as well as their influence on knowledge of history, education of patriotism, love for the native land and respect for their ancestors. The purpose. Based on the analysis of literature sources and available historical documents to trace the peculiarities of the process of formation and reproduction of the history of lyricism in Bukovina, as part of the historical heritage of the Ukrainian people. Research methods: retrospective, synthetic analytical and generalizing methods. The scientific novelty lies in the generalization of information about the representatives of Ukrainian epic singing in Bukovina and Bukovina Hutsul region. Conclusions. The biographies of lyricists of Bukovyna, recollections about them, features of Hutsul lyre are given. Lyricism as a unique cultural phenomenon was spread all over Ukraine and in Hutsul region and Bukovyna as well from XVI century till 30ies of the twentieth century. As in the territory of Bukovina, as well as in all Ukraine, industrial production of lyres was not developed - in comparison with similar tools from other countries such lyres were much simpler in the design. The lyre in the Bukovynian Hutsul region had a layer of religiosity, so in addition to the heroic epic, the repertoire included chants and psalms. Well-known lyricists in Bukovyna were Yuriy Fedkovych ("Bukovynskyi Solovyi"), from the village of Putyla, Vasyl Tonievych from the village of Samakova, Petro Dzurak from the village of Dytynets, Dmytro Hentsar from the village of Ryzha (Pylypkove hamlet), Vasyl Hrytsko, Ivan Pokhovych (Hnat) from Sadhora (Chernivtsi).
