Viele Studien haben bisher das Bild des Orients und des arabischen Raums bei Goethe untersucht, wie Goethe die anderen Kulturen und Literaturen sah. Meine Arbeit jedoch nähert sich dem Thema erstmals, wenn man so will, von der anderen Seite. Denn sie steht unter den Leitfragen: Wie ist das Bild Goethes in der arabischen Welt konturiert? Wie wurde und wird Goethe in der arabischen Literatur dargestellt? Die vorliegende Studie untersucht die Schwerpunkte der arabischen Rezeption deutscher Literatur vom 20. bis zu den Anfängen des 21. Jahrhunderts, wobei insbesondere auf Johann Wolfgang von Goethe und seinen Briefroman Die Leiden des jungen Werthers Bezug genommen wird. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Entwicklung der Rezeption, also die Interaktion zwischen Leser und Text, ohne dabei die Rolle des ursprünglichen Autors zu vernachlässigen. Als theoretische Grundlage der Forschung dient die Rezeptionstheorie von Hans Robert Jauß, in welcher der historisch-ästhetische Erwartungshorizont der literarischen Erfahrung im Zentrum steht, wobei das Werk-Rezipient-Verhältnis sowohl die Aktivierung wie auch die Obejktivierung dieser Erwartung umfasst. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei vor allem auf der Frage, wie die deutsche Literatur von den Arabern zunächst übersetzt und gelesen, insbesondere aber darauf, mit welcher Wahrscheinlichkeit sie gemäß ihren intendierten Aussagen rezipiert wird. So ist etwa die Arbeit des Übersetzers bei der Auswahl des zu übertragenden Stoffes sehr entscheidend. In der angemessenen Übertragung etwa bildlicher Sprache liegt auch ein schöpferischer Aspekt, und die Übersetzung literarischer Texte, für die ihre ästhetische Form konstitutiv ist, unterscheidet sich somit stark von Übersetzungen von Texten, bei denen die Vermittlung von Informationen im Vordergrund steht. Unter diesem Blickwinkel wird die Übersetzung selbst als Prozess der Rezeption betrachtet, im dem der Übersetzer als ein erster Leser fungiert, der vor allem die Wirkung des literarischenTextes mitrezipiert und innerhalb seines Kulturkreises ...

Between 1979-1983 more than fifteen thousand students dropped out from all secondary schools in Basrah Governorate. This paper identifies the causes of this drop-out and aims at finding out if there is a statistically significant difference between male and female students' drop-out and between the drop-out of these two sexes in urban and rural areas. أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف إلى الذكاء العاطفي وعلاقته باتخاذ القرار لدى أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني السابع عشر وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (114) نائبا، وقد استخدم الباحثون مقياس (جولمان) للذكاء العاطفي المُطور من قبل الديدي (2001)، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار والمُطور من قبل الغامدي (2012). واعتمد الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته للدراسة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن كلًا من مستوى الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار لدى أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني كانا ضمن المستوى المتوسط، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العلاقة بين الدرجة الكلية في الذكاء العاطفي واتخاذ القرار تعزى إلى المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة النيابية)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني تعزى لمتغير جنس النائب ولصالح الإناث، وأيضاً وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح (البكالوريوس). كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً في مستوى الذكاء العاطفي لدى أعضاء مجلس النواب الأردني تعزى لمتغير الخبرة النيابية ولصالح (ثلاث دورات نيابية فأكثر). وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات بناءً على النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة. ; This study aimed to identify the emotional intelligence in decision-making of members of Jordanian lower house based on some variables revealing the relationship between the levels of emotional intelligence and decision-making depending on some variables of (gender, qualifications and years of parliamentary experience). The individuals of this study consisted of all the members of Jordanian lower house, which consist of (150) representatives, and the researcher used the two tools: the first one is (Goleman) scale for emotional intelligence which has been developed by Al - didi (2001), and the second one is the decision-making, which has been developed by Al - Ghamdi (2012).Those two tools were verified faithfully and consistently using appropriate statistical methods. and the researcher has used the descriptive method to reach the study conclusion. The results showed that both the levels of emotional intelligence and decision-making among the members of lower house were in the intermediate level, and no statistically of significant differences in the relationship between emotional intelligence and decision-making due to demographic variables (gender, qualifications, and parliamentary experience), the results showed a statistically significant differences in the level of emotional intelligence among the members of the Parliament due to the variable of sex deviated to the (females) side , and also the existence of differences in the level of emotional intelligence among the members of Jordanian lower house due to the variable of interest qualification and deviated to the side of (Bachelor's degree). The results also indicated no statistically relationship in the level of emotional intelligence among members of Jordanian lower house due to the variable of parliamentary experience and goes deviated to the side of (equal or more than three parliamentary sessions).The researcher recommended further research and studies to show how important having the emotional intelligence for the members of the Parliament to have an effective impact on adjustment and making critical and important decisions, also recommended the need to train the Parliament members on the skills of emotional intelligence due to the strong relationship to decision-making through the development of training courses and programs.

Every translator is, in a such way, consciously or not, an "unfaithful" missionary between two cultures. Both among the Arab scholars and Western academics, translation has always had an important role: between similarities and differences the literary world has produced a lot of theories about the techniques and the tasks connected to the translator's work. What happens if an unfaithful translation becomes a metaphor to express the writer's will to criticize the society where he lives? In al-Mutarğim al-ḫā'in (The Unfaithful Translator, 2008) by the Syrian writer Fawwāz Ḥaddād, the protagonist, Ḥāmid Salīm, voluntarily alters the final of the book he's translating. From this moment on, he will be victim of persecution by an Organization that deals with literature just in appearance. In this way Fawwāz Ḥaddād proposes a perspective on the political and literary scene of the contemporary Syrian society. The act of betrayal of Ḥāmid Salīm becomes an unusual act of subversion towards the autocratic political system of his country.

يتناول البحث مسألة أصولية، وهي العلة القاصرة، وحكم التعليل بها، وذكر الخلاف فيها بين الأصوليين.كما وضح البحث أن الخلاف لم يتوارد على محل واحد، إذ راعى الحنفية عملية القياس، وراعى الجمهور حقيقة العلة، وتبين أنه لا خلاف في عدم إجراء القياس بدون علة متعدية، ولا مانع من إبداء علة الحكم.وناقش الباحثان سبب الخلاف بين الأصوليين، وبينا فوائد التعليل بالعلة القاصرة.وبينا مسالك الأصوليين في الترجيح عند تعارض علتين: إحداهما قاصرة، والأخرى متعدية.وختما البحث بذكر أثر الاختلاف في التعليل بالعلة القاصرة. ; The research deals with a fundamental issue which is the restricted reasoning ; the possibility of using it for reasoning; and the dispute between the fundamentalists concerning it.The research clarified that the disagreement is theoretical, as the Hanafiah scholars took into account the process of measurement, and the majority of scholars took into account the truth of reasoning. It was found that there is no dispute in not making a measurement without a transitive reason, and there is no objection to explaining the reason for judgment.The two researchers discussed the reason for the disagreement between the fundamentalists, and showed the benefits of explaining the restricted reasoning.They showed the methods of the fundamentalists regarding the preference when two reasons conflict: one of them is restricted, and the other transitive.The research concluded by stating the effect of the difference in reasoning using the restricted reasoning

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تطبيق المراجعة الداخلية كآلية للحد من الفساد الملي والإداري في الجماعات المحلية الجزائرية ، حيث قدم الباحثين استبانة تتكون 15 عبارة وعلى عينة عشوائية من عمال المصالح المالية بولاية الأغواط وبلدياتها، التي بلغت 120 فرد، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة محل الدراسة، ومنهج دراسة الحالة باستخدام برنامج SPSS23 لعرض وتحليل النتائج، توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة بين أراء الفئة المستقصي منهم بين دور المراجعة الداخلية والحد من الفساد في الجماعات المحلية ، وبناء على النتائج المتوصل لها يوصي الباحثين بضرورة التفكير الجدي في إنشاء أقسام للمراجعة الداخلية في الجماعات المحلية ، والعمل على التوعية الإعلامية بمخاطر الفساد. ; This study aims to know the application of the internal audit as a mechanism to reduce corruption in Algerian local communities, where the researchers presented a questionnaire consisting of 15 phrases and a random sample of workers of financial interests at in Laghouat wilaya and its municipalities, which amounted to 120 individuals, and the descriptive approach was adopted to describe the phenomenon under study, and the case study method using SPSS23 program to present and analyze the results; The study concluded that there are no significant differences between the opinions of the investigated group among them between the role of internal audit and the reduction of corruption in the administrations local, and based on the findings the researchers recommend the need for serious thinking in establishing internal audit departments in various local communities, and work to inform the media about the risks of corruption.

The subject of the research revolves around the extent to which the constitutional judge has the authority to supervise the amendment of the constitution and the extent to which the constitution grants this jurisdiction to the constitutional judge. There is a difference in the position of the constitutions towards this subjectbut even the constitutions granted by the constitutional judge this jurisdiction have also differed in the form of censorship granted to him to amend the provisions of the constitution between the previous censorship of the amendment of the texts as one of the procedures of amending the constitution to be presented to the constitutional judge as a precautionary measure to prevent violation of the competent authority to amend the restrictions amendment of the Constitution or Subsequent control of the amendment of the Constitution The scope of this control, whatever its type and form, varied to include the control of both substantive and formal restrictions, or only one of them, where the constitutions differed in their position on this issue. ; إن موضوع البحث يدور حول مدى اختصاص القاضي الدستوري في الرقابة على تعديل نصوص الدستور, ومدى منح الدستور هذا الاختصاص إلى القاضي الدستوري, حيث يوجد تباين في موقف الدساتير اتجاه هذا الموضوع إضافة إلى تباين موقف الفقه الدستوري أيضاً, ولكن حتى الدساتير التي منحت القاضي الدستوري هذا الاختصاص هي الأخرى قد اختلفت في شكل الرقابة الممنوحة له على تعديل نصوص الدستور بين رقابة سابقة على تعديل النصوص كأحد إجراءات تعديل الدستور إن يتم عرضه على القاضي الدستوري كإجراء وقائي للحيلولة دون مخالفة السلطة المختصة بالتعديل للقيود تعديل الدستور أو رقابة لاحقة على تعديل الدستور, كذلك اختلف نطاق هذه الرقابة أياً كان نوعها وشكلها الى انها تشمل الرقابة على القيود الموضوعية والشكلية معاً أو احداهما فقط حيث تباينت الدساتير في موقفها من هذا الموضوع.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الذكاء الناجح وعلاقتة بمهارة اتخاد القرار لدى معلمي الطلبة المتميزين في مدارس الملك عبداللة الثاني للتميز على عينة قوامها (149) معلماً. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحثان مقياس الذكاء الناجح (أبو جادو،2006)، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار(الشهري،2009)، بعد أن تم التحقق من صدق وثبات أداتي البحث. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الناجح الكلي جاءت بدرجة ضعيفة، في حين أن مستوى اتخاذ القرار في الصورتين (أ) و (ب) جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبه داله إحصائياً بين قدرات ذكاء الناجح ومهارات اتخاذ القرار، أيضاً أشارت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في الذكاء الناجح واتخاذ القرار تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة التعليمية. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة يوصى الباحثان بإعداد برامج تدريبية على الذكاء الناجح موجهة للمعلمين الطلبة المتميزين. ; The research aimed to identifying the successful intelligence and its relationship to the decision-making skill among the teachers of gifted students in the schools of King Abdullah II for excellence on a sample of (149) teachers. The correlative descriptive approach was used, and to achieve the research objectives, the researchers have used the successful intelligence scale (Abu Jadu, 2006), and the scale of Decision-Making of (Al-Shehri, 2009), after being authentic of the credibility and stability of both instruments of research. The research consequences indicated that the successful intelligence total level have come in a weak grade, whereas the total level of decision-making in both types (A) and (B) has come in a high grade. The study, as well, has revealed the existence of positive correlative statistically-significant relationship between the successful intelligence potentials and the decision-making skills. The study, also, indicated to a non-existence of statistically-significant differences in the successful intelligence and the decision-making owing to the educational experience variable. In light of the previous results, the two researchers recommended to preparing training programs on the successful intelligence guided to the teachers of gifted students.
