The article is a review of the main problems of ancient archeology of the Northern black sea region and is structured on a chronological basis. First, we consider the problems of the early period of Greek colonization–VII–V centuries BC. the Main research topics are the causes and nature of colonization. A brief history of concepts – trade and agricultural, and their development in domestic historiography is given. Various views on these problems of researchers are given. A debatable global problem is the Greek-barbarian contacts, one of the aspects of which is the degree of influence of Greek and barbarian cultures on each other. According to tradition, the influence of Greek culture on the natives is significant. But the essence of the term "Hellenization" remains unclear. The question is raised: what is meant by this term? The second side of the issue is the presence of representatives of the local population in ancient centers. The presence of representatives of the local population in ancient cities is determined by the finds of stucco ceramics in urban layers and the presence of burials on Greek necropolises with deviations from the Greek funeral rite. This article provides information about one of the main functions of management. The answer to the most important question was received: «Why do people need motivation?» The main theoretical material on this topic is considered, which can help students and teachers become better acquainted with this problem. Also the concepts of motive and incentive are considered, which are directly related to motivation. Various points of view of scientists on this problem are presented. Different aspects of motivation are considered, which have strong influence and impact on the work of the entire production or the enterprise. The conclusion showed that this topic would always be relevant. A person should strive to achieve his goals and desires. The success of the whole team or the whole enterprise will always depend on the presence of motivation. Leaders have a responsibility to incentivize their employees if they are interested in the prosperity and development of their business.

Article is devoted to actual problems and prospects of perfection of public private partnership mechanisms at important social and economic investment projects realization. The analysis of foreign practice in the PPP field is carried out. Features of Russian PPP development model are considered. The main difficulties on this way are designated. Such as: absence of the normal competitive environment during the choice of the private partner-investor; absence of the qualified experts in the PPP; imperfect legislative base; corruption of officials, etc. Main offers of perfection of PPP-mechanism in Russia, accounting forthcoming modernization and innovative development of Russian economy are given. ; Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам и перспективам совершенствования механизмов государственно-частного партнерства при реализации важных социально-экономических инвестиционных проектов. Осуществлен анализ зарубежной практики в данной области. Рас-смотрены особенности развития российской модели ГЧП. Раскрыты основные затруднения на этом пути: отсутствие нормальной конкурентной среды при выборе частного партнера-инвестора; отсутствие квалифицированных специалистов в данной области; несовершен-ная законодательная база; коррумпированность чиновников и др. Даны предложения по совершенствованию механизма ГЧП в России с учетом предстоящей модернизации и инновационного развития ее экономики.

This is an article on the phenomenon of strategic partnership, which is understood to be a special type of geopolitical and geo-economic cooperation, which, in the author's opinion, might become a fundamental element of the current globalized world's composition in the very near future. A general characteristic is given to the theoretical underpinnings of the issue, which brings us to the fact that there are no concrete definitions for the term "strategic partnership", as well as no criteria that would allow for separating the scientific perception of the term from its purely decorative application in political discourse. The author insists that each and every specific strategic partnership is developed and sustained based on a unique combination of supporting factors, and as a result the study of such processes requires using the appropriate individualized (ideographical) methods. The article offers an example in the form of analyzing one of the most telling cases of this sort – the genesis and development of strategic partnership relations between Russia and India. This study examines the emergence of "special relations" between the two nations, which have deep historical roots, while analyzing the specific profile of this relationship during the time of British dominion, and looking into the process of establishing contacts between intellectual circles. Considerable focus is dedicated to these relations turning into bilateral political cooperation after India declaring its independence, and to the dynamic of said cooperation. Based on the experience of Russia and India, certain general conditions for building strategic partnerships are formulated. While analyzing the future prospects of the strategic partnership between the Russian Federation and India, the author considers the geopolitical significance of the "Moscow-Deli- Peking" triangle, as well as the potential it bears in terms of transforming Eurasia into a territorial entity tied together by large-scale infrastructural and environmental protection projects.

Круглый стол. Люблинская уния ; Целью статьи является рассмотрение развития польско-белорусских отношений до и после распада СССР. Польша и ставшая независимой Беларусь начали активно строить двусторонние связи. Подтверждением такого развития отношений являются высказывания польских и белорусских политиков, активно принимающих участие в процессе их налаживания. Сделан анализ избранных двусторонних деклараций и договоров, положивших основу польско-белорусских связей. Сделан вывод о том, что Польша и Беларусь в период после распада СССР, несмотря на существующие между ними проблемы, смогли в короткое время построить надёжную базу для дальнейшего развития дружеских отношений, возможность развития которых обе стороны пока что не использовали в полной степени. ; The purpose of the article is to indicate how the Polish-Belarusian relations developed before and after the collapse of the USSR. Poland and Belarus, which became independent, began actively building bilateral ties. The statements of Polish and Belarusian politicians, who were actively involved in the process of their establishment, confirm this development of relations. The analysis of selected bilateral declarations and treaties that laid the Foundation of Polish-Belarusian relations is made. It is concluded that Poland and Belarus in the period after the collapse of the USSR, despite the existing problems between them, were able in a short time to build a reliable basis for the further development of friendly relations, the possibility of which both sides have not yet used to the full extent.

Der Verfasser des vorliegenden Beitrages äußert sich zunächst ausführlich zu den vor allem negativen Erscheinungen in den postsowjetischen Republiken hinsichtlich politischer und ökonomischer Negativerscheinungen und Rückschläge und hinterfragt die Ursachen für die verschärfte Suche nach nationalstaatlicher Identität. Hauptproblem ist, wie auch nachfolgend für Kasachstan gezeigt wird, die weitgehend ungelöste Frage des Privateigentums. In knapper Form werden schließlich die wesentlichen ökonomischen Probleme Kasachstans - auch vor dem Hintergrund seiner historischen Entwicklung - erörtert, Beschäftigungsproblematik, Bevölkerungsstruktur, politische und interethnische Stabilität bewertet. Abschließend benennt der Autor die Einflüsse der verschiedenen Nationen auf die kasachische Mentalität und Politik. (BIOst-Rgl)

В статье рассматривается принцип транспарентности как наиболее существенный принцип в политической, экономической и социальной сферах деятельности. В целях совершенствования антикоррупционной политики в государствах-участниках ЕАЭС автор предлагает закрепить в законодательном порядке понятие и механизм реализации антикоррупционного информационного стандарта, в котором предусмотреть транспарентность, т.е. информационную открытость, в качестве превентивной антикоррупционной меры. Ключевые слова: Евразийский экономический союз (ЕАЭС), коррупция, транспарентность, открытость, доступность. ; The article considers the principle of transparency as the most significant principle in the political, economic and social spheres of activity. In order to improve the anti-corruption policy in the EEA member states, the author proposes to consolidate in legislation the concept and mechanism for implementing the anti-corruption information standard, in which to provide transparency, i.e. information openness, as a preventive anticorruption measure.
