Зроблено висновки про позитиви та негативи Болонських реформ у кожному з досліджуваних вимірів. ; The study analyzed the essence of the Bologna process as a complex multidimensional set of reform processes in the field of higher education that take place at the supranational, national and institutional levels. The political, social, academic and cultural dimensions of the Bologna process are described. Conclusions are made on the positive and negative aspects of the Bologna reforms in each of the investigated dimensions.

In the context of US urban social problems, links among globalization, immigration, & urban social relations are explored. At the heart of this linkage is an economic restructuring across societies & in the city that has potent social consequences for immigrant populations. Such people, induced to migrate by changing economic circumstances, find growing ghettoization, isolation, & cultural antipathies in their new settings. Status and Power in Verbal Interaction is a sociolinguistic study of conversation in a social context. Using an ethnographic methodology and a network analysis of the social roles and relationships in a particular language community, the book explores how speakers negotiate status, relationship, and ultimately contest power through discourse. Of chief concern to the study is how speakers manage to negotiate relationship roles — which here consists of institutional status as well as the more variable social standing — using conversation. Discourse is seen to be not only what people say, but how they say it — how speakers take the floor, bring new topic to the floor, interrupt each other, and become a resource person in a conversation. The study revolves around the idea that power, while intricately tied to social standing and institutional status, is more than the sum of one's institutional standing, age, education, race and gender. Though these factors convey rank, conversants nonetheless use discourse to jockey for position and contest their relational role vis-a-vis their discourse partners. While institutional standing may be more or less fixed, power of relational roles fluctuates greatly because, as the study shows, power is accorded through a process of ratifying the positive self-image of a speaker. Thus, one's standing in a group is a community negotiation. By investigating power in community at a micro-level of analysis, this study adds a new dimension to existing understandings of power.

The article explores the historiosophical aspect of the problem of progress in the consciousness of freedom. Hegel's understanding of the perfect state is described. It is noted that, the philosophy of state and law is a system of morality, where the victory of the general over the particular is obligatory. The essence of the entire system is optimistic, no matter what disturbing contradictions they try to destroy this system. In this monarchy of the spirit, in an ideal state, as a system of freedom, the contradictions of civil society are overcome. The article also describes the experience of Marxism, in which the opposition of the genus and the individual is overcome by the purely mechanical destruction of one of the opposing sides, by the qualitative transformation of society, that is, a total social revolution, the victory over capital and the emergence of a new socialized humanity. The authors emphasize that the philosophy of politics stems not only from Hegelian philosophy, but also from theological thought. The authors conclude that history is the territory of an apocapyptic collision, as well as the eternal process of the fallen world. According to the authors, for a contemporary Russian person, the correlation with the Truth becomes not only a matter of freedom, but a choice between life and death, and, therefore, the territory of war, which takes place primarily in the heart. He perceives his involvement in the Truth not as following a civil religion, but as a mystical communion with Christ as a constant source of Truth and freedom.

This article is dedicated to lexical and stylistic aspects of translating Warhammer 40,000 - related literature. The examples of such aspects were taken from translations published on social media. This study resulted in listing main special aspects of translating articles belonging to the universe of Warhammer 40,000 as well as practical recommendations.

The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania This paper presents an argument for viewing the relationship between organizations and their clients as a specific case of interorganizational relationship. Following a proposition related to interorganizational analysis suggested by Litwak and Hylton (1962), the paper argues that the organization-client relationship is characterized by interests that arepartly shared and partly conflicting. It is suggested that Litwak and Hylton's hypothesis on the need for mechanisms that preserve both cooperation and conflict between organizations can be applied to the relationship between the organization and its clients. When mechanisms for conflict maintenance are missing the equilibrium of this relationship may be altered in favor of the organization, by a process of overbureaucratization, or of the clients, by a process of debureaucratization. The discussion focuses on the second alternative with an analysis, illustrated by a case study, of the causes and consequences of debureaucratizaion.

The article examines the concept of Stolby Nature Reserve in the aspect of the theory of linguoimageology, the tasks of which include the study and the development of technologies for creating the image of someone / something through the use of linguistic means that effectively influence the creation of a positive image of an object. The main purpose of this research is to model the image of a national park based on the exclusive properties of this object. In the course of the linguo-cognitive analysis of empirical material (publicistic texts about the reserve), the authors identified the components of the concept under study; built a frame-type model, providing for the conceptual, pragmatic and evaluative characteristics of the frame slots; determined the types of estimates that prevail in the texts about the reserve; found out the frequency of linguistic means – artistic tropes used for creating a positive image of the object under study. The identified components of the concept of Stolby Nature Reserve were used as the basis for a frame model, the creation of which made it possible to highlight the gaps in the texts about the reserve. The developed methodology can be applied to the analysis of the image component of other iconic regional sites. The study offers recommendations to improve the image of the nature reserve, which can be taken into account when creating new texts by the management of the reserve and travel agencies

Heritage and Social Media explores how social media reframes our understanding and experience of heritage. Through the idea of 'participatory culture' the book begins to examine how social media can be brought to bear on the encounter with heritage and on the socially produced meanings and values that individuals and communities ascribe to it.
