The following article presents a series of hypotheses to analyze the possible transitions between protest and civil war and their relation to inequality. To do so, the article presents an analysis on the emergence of protests and its relation with the increase in inequality across the world. This increase in inequality can in fact lead to social unrest, instability and in some cases facilitate the emergence of future armed conflicts. Thus this scenario of increased inequality presents different possible trajectories: 1) protest generated by inequality can escalate into civil conflicts and civil war, or 2) protest generated by inequality can facilitate processes of participation and democratic consolidation. The possibility of either of these transitions taking place is defined by the structural conditions that define the interactions between protestors and authorities in particular settings.

; The aim of this article is to approach the phenomenon of social mobilization processes in today's Argentina, where the protagonists are social sectors of middle and upper middle, and aims to ensure that public policies are inclined in another direction the developed so far. We are interested in establishing whether protests by these actors, and took place during the last years, they led to the emergence of a social movement as in other parts of the world, such as Spain and the Occupy Movement (Castells, 2012). To do this, from a socio-political and based on the analysis of secondary sources perspective, describe the composition and the demands of the protests between the September 13, 2012 and April 18, 2013, to contrast with its impact on public policy at the national level. Based on the theoretical developments used by Manuel Castells (2012) affirm that does not correspond to state that we are faced with the emergence of a new social movement, but we are facing a phenomenon that expresses two distinguishable issues. On the one hand, evidence of the multiplicity and the content of the emerging demands lies a comprehensive critique of the Kirchner government as a political project. On the other hand, it expresses the continuing crisis of representation of opposition political parties as tools for channeling the emerging social unrest. ; Fil: de Piero, Sergio Enrique Santiago. From the recent investigations, the main target of this article is to explain the leading featuresof the gender discourse, built both by the intellectuals such as by the conservatives, traditionalists and confessional Spanish political cultures, during the first three decades of the twentieth century. This mentioned discourse was inserted in the profound political, social and cultural changes that were in course of implantation those years, both in Spain and in the countries of their geographicalenvironment. With that discourse a wide range of liberal, anti-liberal, Catholics or traditionalistthinkers and politicians were seeking answers to the unrest which the movements and social practi- ces perceived as threats to the virile superiority, or to the validity of the manliness values, produced to all them. Both the Spanish conservatives as the Rights in general showed clear affinities in their efforts toward the discursive construction of women. The main theorists of the traditionalism, the monarchism and the fascism created a gender discourse and a symbolic reconstruction of the values of masculinity and femininity that were forged in the reactionary and anti-liberal ideologies of the nineteenth century, as in the new currents of illiberal thought that emerged from the beginnings of the 20th. In the following years, the above mentioned gender discourse would be assimilated by theFranco´s dictatorship.

; This work shows how the regulation of civil drones took place at the national level, in order to find out if nowadays the current legislation is complete and finished or, on the other hand, if it is inconclusive or it presents certain deficiencies. In this sense, the need for regulation is examined, in both positive and negative aspects, as well as the respective contextualisations of the sector are analyzed, gradually showing its progress, in order to reveal its real situation. After the beginnings of essentially restrictive regulation that led to general unrest, the current Royal Decree 1036/2017 entered into force, which broadened the horizons of the sector. However, it also presents certain deficiencies, both theoretical and practical, as a result of which users do not see their demands satisfied, based on what it might seem at first. In addition, even being enacted as a definitive regulation, it is true that, in parallel, a common regulatory framework has been developed at the European level, contained in Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, with progressive effectiveness foreseen from July 1, 2020, which aims to be more coherent and complete. Notwithstanding, this investigation shows that the applications will considerably increase in the future, the main reason why legislation will have to advance as technology does, as well as the necessary popular acceptance.

Like other Latin-American countries, the Spanish civil war (19361939) gave rise to intense passions in the political and intellectual lifein Ecuador. Five years of republican life had converted our old mother country into a mirror where many of the fears and ambitions of the American republics were reflected. In this mirror which was broken by the war, frightened and hopeful politicians, intellectuals and large groups of the Ecuadorian society watched and watched themselves and the others as they were mobilized as never before in a national and international political context of extreme unrest. The impact of the war on the Ecuadorian civil society and on the intellectuals allows us to understand the implications of this mobilization and the intensity of the renewed links with Spain.

The civil authorities are aware of their need and usefulness of their political and propaganda at the same time they fear the dangers that can cause civil unrest. Moralists also recognize the need for distraction, but they see the entertainment as the gateway through which a subtle and pleasant penetrate vice and sin in the human soul. The tension and the search for balance between the three levels: personal, civil religion is a constant throughout the modern centuries.

From 1955 Argentina undergoes profound changes associated with the end of the Peronist experience and proscriptive pact gestated from that moment between the military command and their civilian allies. In a climate of violence and political unrest, the arguments of the electoral exclusion of Peronism accompanied by measures to achieve full desperonization of Argentina society were accompanied by the support and collaboration of civil society to the ideological postulates of the self-appointed Liberating Revolution .In Patagonia Argentina and as a manifestation of "territorial legacy" neither the political leadership nor civil society managed to escape what in Gramscian terms constitute the spirit of time and assumed exclusive positions and justifying the electoral proscription and desperonization, were evidenced in both the military government collaboration and the arguments expressed by conventional to define, through the enactment of the first provincial constitutions, an institutional profile and a democratic political regime to the new southern provinces.
