Abstract

Ausgehend von der Annahme, daß das sogenannte Schwedische Modell erstmalig seit dem zweiten Weltkrieg grundsätzlich in Frage gestellt wird, beschreibt der Beitrag dieses eher praktische als theoretische Modell in seiner politisch-historischen Entwicklung und arbeitet die tragenden Elemente der Kompromißpolitik, des sozialen Konsens (mit den Mitteln korporatistischer Interessenartikulation und -vermittlung) sowie der umfassenden wohlfahrtsstaatlichen Regulierung heraus.
