In the countries where we have the construction of the legal system with the new laws, the ambiguity of the legal norms in the new laws in some cases is almost inevitable. But commenting on laws and judicial practice will be of great help to bring about the implementation of all legal norms as was the intention of the legislator, because the correct interpretation of legal provisions is a necessity of any legal order that creates a legal security for all citizens equally. Of course, the object of legal interpretation or clarification is not only written legal-civil norms, but also those that are part of customary law. The issue of interpretation of laws currently represents a fundamental concern for citizens and legal institutions, looking for a smart and innovative approach to address this issue effectively and sustainably. In this context, this paper aims to identify and analyze the advantages and challenges of legal doctrine and interpretation in the contemporary context.
National audience ; Le projet AJAR s'intéresse aux difficultés juridiques prévisibles dans le cadre du déploiement des systèmes d'aide à la conduite et au respect de la règle. Ces systèmes vont modifier le comportement de l'activité de conduite et les responsabilités juridiques pourraient être envisagées d'une autre façon qu'actuellement (responsabilités ciblées sur le conducteur). Trois thèmes sont abordés dans AJAR : les contraintes juridiques préalables au déploiement : respect de la réglementation technique mondiale et communautaire applicable aux véhicules, respect des conventions de Vienne de 1968, les aides au conducteur et les responsabilités juridiques, les aspects juridiques des enregistrements de données par un " système intelligent " introduit dans le véhicule : la protection des données à caractère personnel est intégrée dans les débats des instances communautaires.

Fifteen years before the commercialization of the internet, millions of amateurs across North America created more than 100,000 small-scale computer networks. The people who built and maintained these dial-up bulletin board systems (BBSs) in the 1980s laid the groundwork for millions of others who would bring their lives online in the 1990s and beyond. From ham radio operators to HIV/AIDS activists, these modem enthusiasts developed novel forms of community moderation, governance, and commercialization. The Modem World tells an alternative origin story for social media, centered not in the office parks of Silicon Valley or the meeting rooms of military contractors, but rather on the online communities of hobbyists, activists, and entrepreneurs. Over time, countless social media platforms have appropriated the social and technical innovations of the BBS community. How can these untold stories from the internet's past inspire more inclusive visions of its future?
OBJECTIVE: The aim of the research inquiry was to find out about fake news, the manipulation of its recognition by social media users with the question formulated as follows: what might be the social resistance to fake news as a media product in the post-truth era? The hypothesis was put forward that fake news causes a lack of social resistance to fake news despite the declared knowledge of users regarding fake news. The research was conducted under a grant from the Ministry of National Defense. ; DESIGN/METHODOLOGY/APPROACH: The presented results of combining the analysis of secondary sources (literature, studies, reports) with the empirical part (questionnaire survey) allowed us to confirm the main thesis of the article, which is that fake news as a media product in the post-truth era causes lack of social resistance to false content. ; FINDINGS: The results of the study indicate the vulnerability of social media users to fake news despite their knowledge on the subject. The conclusion points to the need for appropriate media courses, trainings, and media campaigns that will improve the knowledge of social media users making them more resistant to fake news. ; PRACTICAL IMPLICATIONS: The article synthetically presents the conclusions from the research, pointing out the directions of research in the field of information security in the context of national security, indicating the necessity of education and training in this area, as well as social campaigns. ; ORIGINALITY/VALUE: The presented research results have not been previously shown in this form, they provide knowledge about the increasing risk of false content in social media. They recommend the necessity of monitoring, repeating the research, implementation of specific actions that should be taken by the government to ensure social resilience to fake news. ; peer-reviewed

This article is devoted to the problem of risks in the activities of political parties. The importance of risk management is growing in conditions of social tension, which are a characteristic of Russia. The study identified the main risk factors for the ruling United Russia party in the Transbaikal Territory. These include: 1) social tension and poor quality of life; 2) internal migration and urbanization; 3) natural disasters; 4) political instability; 5) protest activity of the population; 6) competition from other political parties. A model is proposed as a conceptual basis for managing political risks in the activities of political parties. Its main components are: subjects and objects, goals, objectives and principles, resources, functions and mechanisms, specific technologies and management tools. Each of the components of the model is concretized in the context of managing political risks in the activities of the regional branch of the United Russia party, taking into account the specifics of the Transbaikal Territory. At the end of the article, it is concluded that this model can be considered as universal (for other regions and parties).
With a long tradition that can be traced to the 19th century, social pedagogy has evolved as a discipline that combines educational and social perspectives and interventions. Since its origins, it has been concerned with the mutual relations between human development, on the one hand, and the development of a just and democratic society, on the other. Whereas in a few countries social pedagogy is a professional occupation recognized by the state, in most places it constitutes a framework that contributes to other occupations, and at the same time is informed by other fields. Prominent among these fields are social work, community development, and youth and adult education. This paper discusses the particular features of these three fields and their connections to social pedagogy. ; peer-reviewed
