; Packages are not only used to preserve the food contained in it, but also to make it attractive at sight. Its importance is due to the capacity to promote and preserve its content, allowing it to be delivered in ideal conditions to the final consumer. LUNCHIFIT is a micro company currently located in the city of Barranquilla, dedicated to deliver fitness lunches, it has been presenting problems regarding to the characteristics of the package, such as: low material resistance, poor visual design and no compartments to separate food, what has generated an increase in costs due to delivery problems and also a bad perception from the costumers. It has been proposed an attractive an innovative design, which modifies: its shape from squared to round for a better manipulation, material from expandable polystyrene to polypropylene for higher resistance, its color; from black to green to make allusion to fitness lifestyle and its compartments size, all of this to achieve market recognition and decrease the deficiencies mentioned before. The proposal was developed based on engineering design methodology, in which the diagnosis phase allowed to discover the main problem in the actual package and in which the business owner established an increase of the cost up to 42% for the new design, subsequently were analyzed the product requirements (market, distribution and logistics, technologies, package types and environmental legislation). Likewise, solutions were proposed for the design problem and through factor weighting and survey results, the optimal solution was chosen. The obtained design meets the specifications and requirements established and with which it is expected to renew the delivery operations to raise the productivity and competitiveness of LUNCHIFIT in the market.

AbstractIn the elaboration of the plans for the military bases, built by Americans and Spaniards in Spain in the 50s, the American military design manuals were used. That was one of the first times the Spanish architects drew plans from constructive catalogues. The architectural firms, the engineering companies and the construction companies adapted this way of working, considerably different from what they were used to do and they learnt the American way of representation. The American plans had a high level of precision, they used their own codes, complicated verification systems, their own symbols, lines and materials and they had the additional difficulty that every text should be both in English and Spanish. This article offers some objective references about a change of methodology process, trying to contribute to the analysis of the relation between the existing architecture and the method it was represented. At the same time, we try to show the repercussions that the work of the Spanish architectural firms together with the Americans had in their change of methodology, especially in the graphic representation of the plans.

Dialogic constitutionalism defends that inter-institutional dialogue and conversation between state institutions and citizens to interpret the Constitution must be a decisive criterion of legitimacy. And there are certainly good reasons to accept that this is in a democratic interest. But, despite the feverish temptation that can arise from the emotional content of the concepts of dialogue and deliberation, the adoption of the ideas of said constitutionalism cannot be unreflective, since it requires a normative design in accordance with certain demands that in some constitutions could only be satisfied through profound constitutional amendments. In this context, this work analyzes the concepts of dialogic constitutionalism and justice; determines the difficulties derived from the Salvadoran constitutional engineering to implement it; and it examines with a descriptive and critical view whether there are dialogic justice practices adopted by Salvadoran constitutional court.

Research and development of power electronics (SEP) systems applied to photovoltaic energy requires stable and repeatable voltage curves — current (IV). To this end, the use of solar panels is hampered by their variability in light and temperature changes as well as their size and cost. For this reason, electronic systems called solar emulsers are developed that reproduce the curves IV of a solar panel. There are no solar emulsifiers to optimise SVHCs to laboratory solar cell technologies for which there are no commercial solar panels. This work designs, implements and characterises a solar emulsifier that independently scale the voltages and currents of a laboratory solar cell, at values suitable for photovoltaic power electronics systems. The proposed system is characterised by measuring curves IV from a solar laboratory cell in Cu (In, Ga). 2 of 0.5 cm² of area for different lighting levels. The proposed circuit adequately amplifies the curve IV of the solar cell and has a maximum output voltage of 25 V and a maximum output current of 16 A. Fil: Troviano, Mauritius. National University of the Comahue. Faculty of Engineering.
