The problem of Ukrainian village situation in Khrushchev era is the subject of the scientific study of a constellation of home scholars. In modern Ukrainian historiography, it is relevant to highlight the issue of the anti-peasant character of the agrarian policy during the Soviet era in general and during the 'Thaw' in particular. Peasant studies are characterized by the analysis of agrarian transformations of 1953-1964 and the place of Ukrainian village in those processes, the coverage of certain issues of the life of Ukrainian peasantry in the days of the 'Thaw', among which the functioning of personal plots of collective farmers, the material well-being of Ukrainian peasantry, etc. A number of scientific works of V.Marchuk, M.Pliushch, L.Berenshtein, V.Lysak, I.Lubko, and others are devoted to these aspects. The goal of the paper is to characterize the key moments of restraining the development of personal plots of the Ukrainian peasantry after the time when Khrushchev became the sole leader of the party and the state. It is proved that when the government began to implement a number of measures that contradicted the postulates of a new course of agricultural policy, introduced by the September (1953) plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the state initiated a rather strict restriction of personal initiatives of the collective farm peasantry by aggressive administrative and coercive methods, which quickly reminded the peasants of the previous Stalin era, which they had not yet forgotten. A mass ideological campaign was launched, convincing that the private agricultural sector was a survival of the past, inefficient and impractical in a socialist society. All those measures in the aggregate gave only a negative result: first of all, it was an aggravation of material well-being of collective farmers since the personal plot was that foundation which gave the chance to a peasant family to earn appreciable incomes and to satisfy their own needs. Restrictions had led to a decrease in the number of agricultural products and rising prices for them on collective farm markets. The state did not take into account the fact that personal plots were an active and considerable component of agricultural production. The process of personal plots restricting was not logical, but was entirely initiated by the state. Accordingly, the process of weakening the agricultural sector of the economy as a whole began. ; Досліджено ставлення радянської держави до особистих присадибних господарств українського селянства у роки «відлиги». З'ясовано, що влада почала реалізовувати низку заходів, які йшли врозріз із постулатами щодо нового курсу аграрної політики, визначеного вересневим (1953р.) пленумом ЦККПРС. Доведено, що держава ініціювала досить жорстке обмеження особистих ініціатив колгоспного селянства агресивними адміністративно-примусовими методами.

The article deals with the issues of cyber security and cybercrime in the digital society. The areas for improving international cooperation to ensure the security of the Internet are proposed. Digitized society is being implemented around the world at a high rate and offers significant benefits for the development of both society as a whole and its individual components. At the same time, a factor that has a negative impact on this development is cybercrime. The article explores the current state and main trends of cybercrime, including its organized forms. The legislative and organizational measures are proposed to counter cybercrime, the leading role of international cooperation is emphasized, including the rapid exchange of electronic data to detect and investigate cybercrime.

By means of a documentary analysis methodology, the purpose of the article was to determine the main characteristics of the formation of military political leadership. The sources of the study are the classical works of Greek philosophers: Plato, Aristotle, and also the treatise "The Art of War", in which the famous Chinese general Sun Tzu stresses the need for self-control, emphasizes the possibility of avoiding confrontation without a prior in-depth analysis of the situation and one's own capabilities. In the process of research, the authors defined the concept of the military-political leader, as well as highlighted the fundamentals of the quality of the leader's personality. The authors come to the conclusion that the military manager is a professional leader, a person who has special knowledge, talent and also has some information about the news in the field of combat organization, the use of weapons and management of a military organization. He is also a person who not only knows how to influence subordinates to his will, but also knows how to organize teamwork and be responsible for his actions.

The aim of the article was to reveal the content of the controversial elements of the illegal use of humanitarian aid, provided for in Article 201-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; to clarify the validity of the introduction of this prohibition and, moreover, to discuss its impact on law enforcement. All of which in order to be able to determine the prospects for the development of criminal law in the field. Several research methods have been used in the article, such as: comparative, systemic-structural and legal-formal. Referring to the appropriate methodological basis has made it possible to delve into the issues of criminal liability for embezzlement of humanitarian aid funds in Ukraine. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, it has been noted that there are no special provisions on appropriation and embezzlement of humanitarian aid items in the legislation of certain European states. As a conclusion it has been argued that the introduction of article 201-2 in the Criminal Code, is an example of excessive criminalization because: in this case, the act, which is inherent in the social harmfulness necessary for criminalization, did not require criminalization, since criminal liability for it has already existed and is broadly typified in the law.

Introduction. In accordance with the requirements of time the staffing of public institutions must take into account current trends in the integration and strengthening of gender equality policy, so there is a timely need for systematic integration of gender issues. The question of gender, gender equality, gender equality problems, and the effective mechanism of its providing, is all no longer acquired to actuality in the world and in Ukraine. A review of the legislative provision of the gender approach and analysis of the institutional support for the implementation of the state gender policy is presented. Methodology. The solution of the research tasks was carried out using general scientific methods: benchmarking study and synthesis (for systematisation and generalisation of legislative support for the introduction of gender equality in Ukraine), classification (for the description of the institutional ensuring for the implementation of the state gender policy), abstracting, analysis and synthesis (for the development recommendations on mechanisms and means of improving the state gender policy in Ukraine). Results and conclusions. According to the results of the research, recommendations were made for the modernization of the state gender policy, which envisage further improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in accordance with the European requirements for gender equality; integrating the gender perspective into all state plans and programmes; ensuring favourable conditions for women to participate in social development management processes.
