Abstract
Through the analysis of the meanings that are attributed to the clothes that could be classified as retro, this article will examine how young people who are drawn to this particular trend imagine the future. Being empirically rooted, the article contends with the loss of the idea of future, which is often associated with the revivals in fashion as a segment of a wider "retro scenario" (Baudrillard, 1981). According to research findings, not only does that future still exist, but in our path towards it, retro plays a double role: practical, related to the issue of sustainability, which is tightly related to the imagination of future through the lenses of global risks and deterioration; and symbolic, encompassing the entanglement of past, present and future that retro conveys, and stands for the importance of continuity though "embedding" some aspects of past into the idea of future.

Od svog osnivanja šezdesetih i sedamsedetih godina prošlog veka, Zelene partije u Evropi prošle su značajnu transformaciju od studentskih protesta, ekoloških i mirovnih pokreta koji su se skoro ekskluzivno bavili temom nuklearnog razoružanja i zaštitom životne sredine do političkih partija koje sve većom podrškom građana pariraju tradicionalnim partijama na evropskom kontinentu. U ovom radu se analizira kako je popularizovanje teme klimatskih promena doprinelo boljem pozicioniranju Zelenih partija na evropskoj političkoj sceni. U tom kontekstu se prezentuju podaci o podršci građana Zelenim partijama na izborima za Evropski parlament u maju 2019. godine kao i u šest članica EU gde Zelene partije učestvuju u vladajućim koalicijama. U radu se razmatraju i dva modela (švedski i finski) za "ulazak" Zelenih partija u vlade pojedinih članica EU.
Pored toga, ukazuje se i na činjenicu da su vlasti evropskih država uvidevši interesovanje građana, naročito mlađe populacije, za ideje koje prezentuju Zelene partije, temu klimatskih promena i zaštite životne sredine uvrstile na agendu nacionalnih politika i na taj način postale ozbiljni "konkurenti" Zelenim partijama.
Imajući u vidu popularnost Zelene partije u Nemačkoj uoči parlamentarnih izbora 26. septembra 2021. godine, u radu se daje osvrt na istorijski razvoj ove nemačke partije i njene mogućnosti da postane deo vlasti na saveznom nivou. S tim u vezi, analiziraju se opcije za formiranje buduće vladajuće koalicije kao i spoljnopolitički stavovi Zelene partije.

The author of this article uses the comparative method in describing how judicial bodies through their case law shaped and modeled the federal structures of government in the cases of the United States and the European Union. Through initially laying out the theoretical explanations of the significance of constitutional (judicial) review in federal structures, and elaborating on the powers and position of the Supreme Court in the United States and the Court of Justice in the European Union, he seeks to show how these bodies influenced, in similar ways, some of the key features of these two federal organizations.

Diese Dissertation bietet eine Darstellung und Analyse der Handlungsfelder serbischer Frauen. Dabei werden die Frauenbildung, das Engagement von Frauen in sozialkaritativen und patriotischen Frauenvereinen, sowie ihre Teilnahme an den zwischen 1876 und 1918 geführten "Befreiungskriegen" thematisiert. Das Problemfeld von Nation und Geschlecht ist für Serbien fast völlig unbearbeitet. Die vorliegende Untersuchung geht den folgenden Fragen nach: Wie partizipierten Serbinnen am Prozess der Nations- und Nationalstaatsbildung? Welche Weiblichkeits- und Männlichkeitsbilder wurden im Nationsbildungsprozess verwendet? Auf welche Art und Weise partizipierten sie an den Kriegen und unterstützten das Militär? Wie wirkte sich der "Große Krieg" auf die Geschlechterordnung in Serbien bzw. Jugoslawien aus? Da die für Frauen zentralen politischen, kulturellen und ökonomischen Wandlungsprozesse im 19. und 20. Jahrhundert in der bürgerlichen Gesellschaft der Städte stattgefunden haben, konzentriert sich auch diese Darstellung auf den städtischen Raum und seine Bewohnerinnen. Das bäuerlich-ländliche Frauenleben wird nur kurz angerissen. Die Arbeit nimmt den weiblichen Gruppenbildungsprozess in den Blick, der innerhalb einer schmalen bürgerlichen Schicht stattfand. In den westeuropäischen Ländern entstanden die ersten Frauenvereinigungen am Ende des 18. bzw. zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts. Serbien, dessen Bevölkerung mehrheitlich lese- und schreibunkundig war und von einer ländlichen Subsistenzwirtschaft lebte, folgte mit einer zeitlichen Verzögerung von mehreren Jahrzehnten. Um 1900 war in allen diesen Ländern ein dichtes Netz unterschiedlichster Frauenvereine anzutreffen. Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts stieg auch in Serbien die Zahl der Frauenvereine, die sich in einem Dachverband zusammenschlossen. This paper deals with the process of constitutional reform in Serbia in the context of European integration. Serbia has officially started the negotiations process for European Union membership, something which will require Serbia to conduct fundamental changes to its legal, economic and political system. Changes will also have to be introduced to Serbia's Constitution. These changes, ultimately, will lead to the Europeanization of Serbian constitutional law and should enable this country's smooth and transparent transition towards membership in the Union.

Icons, candles and rosary beads are among the items most commonly used in
everyday religious practices of Serbian Orthodox Church believers. This
paper investigates the place and importance of these items in individual
lives of church believers. The research is based on interviews with
individual members of church communities of SOC, conducted as a part of the
Church-religious practices of Orthodox believers in Serbia: anthropological
research project, in the period of 2021 to 2023.
