ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the teachers´ skills to the complexity of theoretical and practical teaching in nursing graduation. Method: An exploratory and descriptive study of qualitative approach, held in Faculdade Bezerra de Araujo/RJ, with ten nursing teachers from August to October 2013. After the project approved by the Research Ethics Committee CAAE 15036113.8.0000.5243, data were collected through semi-structured and analyzed by content analysis technique interview. Results: After analyzing the records and units of meaning, the following category emerged >. Conclusion: understanding the complexity in teaching nursing is a key aspect for the development of a training, democratic education with a view to developing teaching skills. Objective: to analyse the ways in which professional nurses to lead with the complexity of the work at the Hospital for Custody and Psychiatric Treatment. Method: Descriptive and qualitative research with 15 professional nurses. Data collection occurred through the semi-structured interview, and thematic analysis content. Results: the main prevention and protection strategy to the health worker's was the interdisciplinarity in the actions. Conclusion: it was evidenced the need for educational measures to define the role of the Hospital for Custody and Psychiatric Treatment in society and in the psychotic offenders lives and the restructuring of work organization in an interdisciplinary way to became in opportunities of creation and realization to the worker, regarding to their physical and mental apparatus.

Objective: to elaborate the risk map; identify the occupational risks to workers in a clinical of hyperbaric medicine, to describe actions / preventive measures for the nurse's work to reduce the risks. Method: This is a descriptive and an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach. The risk map was developed using the Adobe Illustrator CS3, after authorization. Results: the work of professionals in clinical of Hyperbaric Medicine is enveloped in several occupational risk factors, highlighting the probability of fire or explosion that can cause harm to workers' health and even death. The nurse's work could act guiding / educating workers about the importance of using strategies to remove / keep away from all sources of ignition in the presence of oxygen. Conclusion: The preparation of the risk map is of paramount importance for the diagnosis of occupational risks and, therefore, the planning of preventive measures aimed at promoting the health of workers in this area.

Objective: To identify the main interference of work on oil rigs in occupational health; describe the actuation of nurse in the management of occupational risks on oil rigs; analyze how risk management can promote occupational health worker. Method: an integrative review, in order to answer the following research question: What is produced on the nurse in managing risks in occupational health worker oil rig? Results: companies that had nurses working in the planning for the prevention of accidents had fewer reports of work accidents and occupational diseases, as efforts to prevent these diseases were being performed with increasing frequency. Conclusion: The management of occupational risks is a major challenge for the entire multidisciplinary team of health of certain oil companies, and the nurse is the professional activities highlighted in this scope.

Objective: To describe and evaluate the participation of academics and identify their perception about the importance of group dynamics for learning Nursing Management. Method: A qualitative and exploratory approach. The data were collected in the School of Nursing of the Federal Fluminense University, through a questionnaire. The subjects are 31 academicians of the 6th period, in the discipline of Management in Health Care I, in the second half of 2011, after approval by the Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Medicine of the same university, under N. 162/11. Results: Three thematic categories: Group dynamics as a strategy for teamwork, as an interaction strategy and as a teaching-learning strategy. Conclusion: The dynamics contributed to the team work as well as to the interaction with the teachers, for the understanding the discipline taught, reflecting the importance of this strategy in nursing education.

Objective: To describe the profile of the elderly victims of bone trauma and as how nursing has been active in assisting these clients. Method: integrative Review, held in LILACS database with the keywords: Elderly, Nursing and Trauma, in order to answer the following question: «"What is the profile of the elderly who suffer from bone trauma and the role of nursing care to these customers?"». Results: people over 80 years old suffer more trauma primarily with neuromotor weaknesses, using multiple medications and comorbidities. Nursing care for the elderly is still traumatized poor because there was a significant incidence of iatrogenic complications. Conclusion: the risk factors for the occurrence of traumatic events in the elderly favor the loss of quality of life, increased functional dependence, burden for caregivers and institutionalization. The records of care provide visibility and ensure continuity of care in a qualified way.

Objective: To identify the profile of women participating in the Extension Program "Nursing in the Health Care of the Elderly and their Caregivers" (known as EASIC). Method: This is a documentary research with quantitative data approach, conducted between the months of June and July 2010, at the EASIC. The data processing took place by means of simple percentage frequency. Results: of 458 women served in the EASIC, 44,1% were aged from 71 to 80 years; 30,1% were married; 16,2% received one minimum wage; 36,7% had not finished the Elementary School; 20,1% were catholic; 53,9% lived in the city of Niterói and 63,1% had associations of several diseases. Conclusion: the knowledge of the profile of the clientele to be served is crucial for identifying the demands and health needs, by respecting the skills and preserving the resilience of this population.

Objective: To reveal the factors that facilitate the teaching-learning process in the training of nurses.
Method: it is an integrative review, aiming to answer the following research question: What is produced on
the teaching-learning process in the formation of the nurse? Results: we selected seven productions in
scientific databases: Cochrane, Lilacs and Cinahl, using descriptors selected from the PICOS strategy. The
articles were classified into two main themes: factors influencing student learning of Nursing and the
difficulties that arise in seeking facilitators to achieve the goals of the teacher. Conclusion: it was evident
that the interaction student teacher stands out as the main factor that facilitates the learning process, being
mostly noted among the selected articles.

Objectives: To identify the conditions of work and the reasons for absence from the university professor of nursing; analyze risks and occupational diseases and to propose preventive measures to nursing faculty. Methods: Field research, descriptive and exploratory, with quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire, whose subjects were university professors of nursing in a private educational institution in the city of Niterói. Thematic analysis was performed for statistical and qualitative / quantitative percentage for. Results: Working Conditions and Risks of teachers; Occupational diseases and Grounds for removal; prevention measures. Conclusion: Aiming to provide education to these workers improve health conditions, it is important to intervene with practical physical activities and leisure guidelines of proper use of the voice and implement organizational change and working conditions in the institution.

Objective: to identify the interference of stress on the health of nursing workers at the hospital environment; describe the problems due to stress in these professionals and to evaluate the relationship of stress as a risk factor to the propensity of cancer in nursing workers' health at the hospital environment. Method: it is an exploratory descriptive research with a qualitative approach. It was approved by the Ethics and Research under CAAE number 05818412.4.0000.5243. Results: it was observed that nursing professionals of both sectors suffer various stressful situations in their working environment, overloading and stressing. Conclusion: there must be done many things to avoid these stressful situations for both the professional nursing and other professionals since the occupational stress can cause serious problems for the worker's health.
