Abstract

The purpose. The article is devoted to improvement of social management and activation of the trade union component in the protection of socio-economic rights and freedoms of employees, organizing of cooperation of trade unions with politicians. The methodology. On the basis of the analysis of references and the existing political experience of foreign trade unions the problems of the development of trade unions of Ukraine have been identified. It is established that one of the most acceptable methods of assessing the stability of the functioning of society is the effective use of social-economic, legal, labor and other resources in the context of European requirements. Scientific novelty. The direction of trade unions' activity is defined as one of the most relevant in the development of state-forming processes. Concrete suggestions are given for organizing of public administration in the sphere of cooperation of trade unions with politicians. Practical significance. The ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of trade unions and the public component, other administrative factors, the use of informatization tools for modernization of organizational processes in the sphere of public activity are considered. It is substantiated that due to the mentioned factors it is possible to ensure stability in a society that is proper and can make it competitive in the EU. The research was carried out in a transformational, post-totalitarian society. ; Мета. Статтю присвячено удосконаленню управління суспільством та активізації профспілкової компоненти у захисті соціально-економічних прав і свобод працюючих людей, організації співпраці профспілок з політиками. Результати. На основі аналізу літературних джерел та існуючого політичного досвіду зарубіжних профспілок виявлено проблеми розвитку профспілок України. Встановлено, що одним з найбільш прийнятних методів оцінки стабільності функціонування суспільства є ефективність використання соціальних - економічних, правових, трудових та інших ресурсів в контексті Європейських вимог. Наукова новизна. Визначено напрям діяльності профспілок, як один з найактуальніших у розвитку державотворчих процесів. Розглянуто шляхи підвищення ефективності використання профспілок та громадської компоненти, інших управлінських чинників, застосування засобів інформатизації для модернізації організаційних процесів у цій сфері суспільної діяльності. Обґрунтовано тезу, що за рахунок згаданих чинників можна забезпечити стабільність у суспільстві що власне і може зробити його конкурентоздатним в умовах ЄС. Практична значимість. Дано конкретні пропозиції з організації управління суспільством в царині співпраці профспілок з політиками. Дослідження здійснено в умовах трансформаційного, посттоталітарного суспільства.
