Abstract

The paper lists, discusses and historically reviews all UN resolutions on Jerusalem, starting with Resolution 181 of 1948 (on partition) up to the Security Council Reaction to the Massacre at Al-Haram Al-Sharif on 8 October 1990. Conclusion: no significant action has been taken to implement UN policies and to change the present status of Jerusalem according to international resolutions
