Abstract

This article presents a quick review of the different stages of negotiation between the insurgency and the Colombian state, proposals, prospects,
unfulfilled agreements and disagreements will be useful now and referents if we speak of a true peace to cease armed confrontation and give step real political solution conditions of misery and exclusion of the bulk of the Colombian population. The same searches through the testimony and reconstruction of the memory create the historical account of the staging of peace in recognition and political strategy in Colombia during the early twentieth century and early twenty-first.
