This study analyzes understanding of merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10. Understanding that examined about when sounding the call Athan all activities (sale and purchase) must be abandoned immediately and promptly carry out the Friday prayers, and back doing activities (sale and purchase) when finished doing the prayer Friday. This research used the qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection was done with interviews and observations directly to the object/subject of research. The results of this research show that the level of understanding of respective merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10 good and different so that the impact on the implementating. In addition, they believe in running the prayer Friday positively impact of sustenance, though not directly. The rock-cut tomb of Nefersefekhptah (LG 79/GE 29) on the Eastern plateau of the Giza necropolis, like many other tombs at Giza, has traces of incompleteness and reconstruction, which make it difficult to understand the original idea of the builders as well as to determine the typology and time of the construction of the tomb. However, the study of the context of this structure — the cluster of closely adjacent tombs — allows one to find analogies and put forward an assumption about the original intention of the builders. For instance, it seems that, due to a construction error at the initial stage of the construction of the tomb, the builders decided to abandon the idea of making shaft burials in favor of burial niches located on the western wall of the chapel. Based on the presence of construction marks in the shafts of adjacent tombs, the size and location of burial niches, as well as the iconographic features of the reliefs in the chapel, authors assume that the construction of the tomb of Nefersefekhptah took place during the late V dynasty. Paleography of hieroglyphic signs on the reliefs in LG 79/GE 29 suggests that they were made by different craftsmen and, possibly, at different times. The example of the tomb of Nefersefekhptah clearly demonstrates the problems that specialists face when studying the history of individual rock-cut complexes. The making of the rock tomb was a time-consuming project. It's the implementation reflected social institutions, worldview, and practices of labor control, organization, and payment. The authors argue that the keys to reconstructing the history of specific tombs are stratigraphy (archaeological context), building marks and traces of building phases, paleography, iconography, and statistics on other similar complexes. This, in turn, raises a more global question concerning the tasks of publications of similar monuments.
Strategic Management has significant role for East Java Province governmental organization in order to improve public service quality. In the local autonomy era all the organizations are suited to be able to make appropriate policies to anticipate environment change and to fulfill public demand of qualified service. This research studies focus on factor that affect process of that strategic management. This research proposed three variables, power, leadership and commitment. As "explanatory reseach" this research aimed to explain some problems which formulated as follow: (a) Does power influences to strategic management at East Java Province governmental organization? (b) Does leadership influences to strategic management at East Java Province governmental organization? (c) Does commitment influences to strategic management at East Java Province governmental organization? By differing strategic management into three dimension: formulation, implementation, and evaluation, then analyse that used "Structural Equation Modelling" (SEM) was very suitable because there were two analysis stages (Second Order Confirmatory). Despite, it was wished contribution of the three dimensions of management would be studied. The respondents are 220 persons representing all the kind of East Java Province governmental organization: departement (dinas), committee (badan), and office. According to result of study, it results several conclusions: a) the power and leadership negatively affected strategic management. There were because of bureaucratic-centralistic power and directive leadership, (b) the commitment affected strategic management, specifically on implementation stage, (c) the leader can't maximaized transforming existing power for success of strategic management, (d) the strategic management can't maximize improving public service because of there are the bureaucartic-centralistic power and directive leadership.

On the basis of five case studies, the brochure "Regional and local optimization of material flows and cycles" shows how municipalities can contribute to resource conservation by optimising regional material cycles, which challenges they face and which framework conditions are necessary for successful implementation. The brochure was developed as part of the "RegioRess" project, which shows that although resource efficiency is not yet a priority topic in most municipalities, municipal actors are already implementing various projects and measures for optimising material flows, above all on a sectoral basis.
