<p>Η προϊούσα περιβαλλοντική καταστροφή του πλανήτη μας και η εν γένει κυριαρχική στάση του ανθρώπου απέναντι στη φύση, εξωτερική και εσωτερική, επανέφερε επιτακτικά στο επίκεντρο της φιλοσοφικής κριτικής τη σχέση τους, στην οποία αναφέρθηκε εκτενώς ο Herbert Marcuse στο έργο του Konterrevolution und Revolte (Αντεπανάσταση και εξέγερση) (1972). Εκεί ανέπτυξε την ιδέα συμφιλίωσης ανθρώπου και φύσεως, αποδεχόμενος αφενός την ετερότητα της φύσεως ως το όριο του πνεύματος και αναγνωρίζοντάς την αφετέρου ως υποκείμενο χωρίς τελεολογία. Ο Martin Seel αφορμώμενος από μια αισθητική θεώρηση της φύσεως χαρακτηρίζει αυτήν<br />την ιδέα του Marcuse περί συμφιλίωσης ανθρώπου και φύσεως ως ένα παλινδρομικό ιδεώδες συμφιλίωσης, η οποία παραγνωρίζει τη συστατική διαφορά τους. Στη θέση της διαλεκτικής Λόγου και φύσεως, η οποία στοχεύει στη συμφιλίωση κοινωνίας και φύσεως (Marcuse), εμφανίζεται μια αισθητική ορθολογικότητα που αναγνωρίζει και διατηρεί την αντίθεση κουλτούρας και φύσεως (Seel).</p>

<p>Σκοπός του άρθρου είναι η συγκρότηση μιας θεωρητικής προσέγγισης της διεθνούς πολιτικής με τη χρήση των εννοιών της ασφάλειας και της στρατηγικής, που να θεμελιώνεται στην υλική οντολυγική θεώρηση και στην επιστημολογική θέση ότι το υποκείμενο και το αντικείμενο δεν διαχωρίζονται το ένα από το άλλο.<br />Το άρθρο αποτελεί ένα σχέδιο οικοδόμησης της προσέγγισης του διαλεκτικού<br />ρεαλισμού, που, αν και εντάσσεται στο ρεαλισμό, θεμελιώνεται σε διαφορετική<br />οντολογία, επιστημολογία και ερευνητική μεθοδολογία. Η οντολογική, επιστημολογική και μεθοδολογική προσέγγιση πάνω στην οποία στηρίζεται ο διαλεκτικός ρεαλισμός έχει ονομαστεί ολιστική/διαλεκτική, κύριο γνώρισμα της<br />οποίας είναι το ότι υπερβαίνει τη διάκριση μεταξύ ολιστικής/συστημικής και<br />ατομικιστικής/μειωτικής προσέγγισης και το ότι επιτρέπει την με χωρίς "αθροιστική λογική» σύνθεση διαφορετικών επιπέδων ανάλυσης.<br />Η θέση του άρθρου είναι ότι το διεθνές σύστημα και τα κράτη προϋποθέτουν το<br />ένα το άλλο και διαλεκτικά παράγουν τη δυναμική της διεθνούς πολιτικής. Η ασφάλεια αποτελεί την απαραίτητη, αλλά όχι επαρκή συνθήκη, ενώ η στρατηγική την απαραίτητη και σε συνδυασμό επαρκή συνθήκη των διεθνών εξελίξεων.</p>

Το παρόν άρθρο έχει διττό στόχο: την ανάδειξη της συμβολής των ποιοτικών μεθοδολογιών και της λογο-ψυχολογίας στο πεδίο του εκφοβισμού, καθώς και την ανάπτυξη ενός επιχειρήματος για την ανάλυση των ρητορικών περί του εκφοβισμού/κυβερνο-εκφοβισμού, βασισμένου στην προσέγγιση της Κριτικής Κοινωνικής Λογο-ψυχολογίας. Στον ελληνικό χώρο υπάρχει ένα σώμα θεσμικών παρεμβάσεων, αλλά και μη επίσημων θεσμικών παρεμβάσεων από την κοινωνία των πολιτών (civil society), που καθοδηγούνται από τις αρχές της συμπερίληψης, της δημοκρατικής πολιτειότητας και της Ψυχολογίας της Κοινότητας. Ενώ στην περίπτωση των θεσμικών, ή των μη επίσημων θεσμικών παρεμβάσεων, μπορούν να εντοπιστούν ηθικά διλήμματα ανθρωπισμού, ή το πρόταγμα της αναγνώρισης του πολιτικού υποκειμένου στις δράσεις εντός της σχολικής κοινότητας, στο παρόν άρθρο υποστηρίζεται πως τα ρεπερτόρια που χρησιμοποιούνται στον καθημερινό λόγο αντλούν από πολλαπλές και αντιφατικές θέσεις, που μπορεί να ενδυναμώνουν ή να αποδυναμώνουν το πολιτικό υποκείμενο. Στο παρόν άρθρο αναλύεται πώς οι εκπαιδευτικοί μιλούν για τον εκφοβισμό και την σχολική βία, χρησιμοποιώντας ρεπερτόρια που μπορεί να αποδυναμώνουν το παιδί/'θύμα', μέσω της χρήσης του ανθρωπιστικού λόγου, ενώ από την άλλη, μπορεί να ασκούν κριτική στην χρήση αποδυναμωτικών πρακτικών υποστήριξης του 'θύματος'. International audience The current refugee "crisis" in Europe has created multiple forms of vulnerability and insecurity for refugee women including various forms of sexual and gender-based violence. Increasing numbers of women, either alone or with family, are attempting to reach Europe to seek protection from conflict and violence in their countries, but these women are subject to violence during their journey and/or on arrival in a destination country. The lack of adequate accommodation or reception facilities for refugees and migrants in Europe, as well as the closure of borders which has increased the need for smugglers to help them reach Europe, acts to exacerbate the violence and insecurity.La « crise » actuelle des réfugiés en Europe a créé de multiples formes de vulnérabilité et d'insécurité pour les réfugiées, notamment plusieurs formes de violence sexuelle et sexiste. Les femmes, seules ou avec leur famille, sont de plus en plus nombreuses à tenter de parvenir en Europe pour y chercher protection, mais elles sont soumises à la violence pendant le voyage et/ou à l'arrivée dans un pays de destination. Το παρόν άρθρο έχει διττό στόχο: την ανάδειξη της συμβολής των ποιοτικών μεθοδολογιών και της λογο-ψυχολογίας στο πεδίο του εκφοβισμού, καθώς και την ανάπτυξη ενός επιχειρήματος για την ανάλυση των ρητορικών περί του εκφοβισμού/κυβερνο-εκφοβισμού, βασισμένου στην προσέγγιση της Κριτικής Κοινωνικής Λογο-ψυχολογίας. In the Greek context there is a body of institutional interventions, as well as non-official institutional interventions endorsed by the civil society. The latter are guided by the framework of inclusion, democratic citizenship and Community Psychology, shedding particular emphasis on integrating social groups. By analyzing these interventions, dilemmas related to humanism or recognizing the engaged members as political subjects could be evident. In the present article, it is analyzed how educators talk about bullying and school violence, by invoking repertoires that may disempower the 'victim'/child, through humanistic discourse, but on the other hand, may criticize the use of disempowering practices of bystanding. In the main analysis of the present article, it seems that the constructions reflecting the non-potentiality of critical agency of the victim intersect with repertoires reflecting democracy and autonomy, reflecting dilemmas of liberalism. As it is discussed, the contribution of Critical Discursive Social Psychology concerns the potential to trace flexible ways in which social agents create or disempower the spaces of critical agency in the school community, without ignoring the ideological limitations in lay talk.

Στην εργασία αυτή σκιαγραφείται μια φεμινιστική αντιψυχολογική προσέγγιση ανάλυσης εκδοχών της παιδικής ηλικίας. Με σημείο εκκίνησης το χαρακτηρισμό του φεμινισμού ως αντιψυχολογίας από την Squire (1990), η εργασία αναλύει την ανάπτυξη του παιδιού ως κείμενο. Παρατίθενται παραδείγματα από ένα εύρος θεσμικών πρακτικών καιειδών, με στόχο να αναδειχθούν κάποιες ανατροπές των σύγχρονων τρόπων έκφρασης της φυσιολογικοποιημένης παιδικής ηλικίας, που αναδύθηκαν πρόσφατα στο βρετανικό Βορρά. Δεν προκαλεί, ενδεχομένως, έκπληξη το γεγονός ότι οι πρόσφατες αποκλίσεις από το ορθολογικό, αυτόνομο, ενιαίο υποκείμενο της μοντέρνας αναπτυξιακής ψυχολογίας (βλ. Henriques et al, 1984. Taking up Squire's (1990) characterisation of feminism as antipsychology, this paper analyses child development as text. Examples drawn from a range of institutional practices and genres are juxtaposed, to highlight some newly emerging twists of contemporary tropes of northern, normalised childhoods. Unsurprisingly perhaps, recent departures from the rational, autonomous, unitary subject of modern developmental psychology (c.f. Henriques et al, 1984; Burman 1994, 2008a) betray political continuities with older formulations (especially in relation to familialism). Notwithstanding these supposedly flexible times, it will be argued that covert continuities underlying discernable shifts - especially around the configuration of gendered and racialised representations - indicate some key consolidations, albeit now accorded apparently 'democratic' hues. Both in their proliferation andvia their juxtaposition, it is suggested, these diverse texts can be installed within a narrative of critique. This political-methodological intervention works, therefore, firstly, to deconstruct the opposition between popular cultural and expert (developmental psychological) knowledges to mediate their mutual elaboration and legitimation. Secondly, this sample of available representations of childhood illustrates a key strategy of (as in Richards's formulation, 1998), putting psychology in its (culturally and historically limited) place. The paperends with some more general epistemological and ethical reflections on the alliances and antagonisms of inter- and cross-disciplinary approaches to childhood, and their contributions to challenging widerdevelopmental discourses.

The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that civil rights andresponsibilities usually rely on basic normative acts, which formalize the structure of public relations. The purpose of the article is to offerclassifications and to discuss the sustainable ways of regulation of civil rights and obligations for the state and participants ofthe legal process. The subject of the study is civil rights and duties within the legal environment for their implementation. Ourinterest is in the description of the conditions for improving the structure of the legal environment and the sustainabledevelopment of civil society in the future. The results of the research describe the directions and the forms of developmentof long-term legal regulation in the social state system and its integration into international social and environmentallegislation.

national audience The risks associated with manufactured nano-objects are the subject of numerous questions in the administrative spheres. Nano-objects may be defined as atomic assemblies of which at least one of the dimensions is in the order of the nanometer and which derive their specific property from their size. These substances are now used in many industrial processes and products (2): carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, titanium dioxide, silver and gold nanoparticles are the main substances concerned. In addition to the risks related to the safety of workers, due to the presence of nano-objects in many everyday consumer products, the potential risks for consumers, and the still uncertain impacts on natural environments. ; National audience Les risques liés aux nano-objets manufacturés font l'objet de nombreux questionnements dans les sphères administratives. On peut définir les nano-objets comme des assemblages atomiques dont au moins une des dimensions est de l'ordre du nanomètre et qui tirent leur propriété spécifique de leur taille. Ces substances sont aujourd'hui utilisées dans de nombreux procédés et produits industriels (2) : les nanotubes de carbone, les fullerènes, le dioxyde de titane, les nanoparticules d'argent et d'or sont les principales substances concernées. OCLC's policy on the use and sharing of bibliographic data has so far been subject to a regulation entitled Guidelines for Use and Transfer of OCLC Derived Records.This text dating from 1987, the need to update it to take account of developments in the web and the new information landscape has become evident to OCLC.
