This article presents the results of the qualitative research based on the Ecosystem Human Development Theory, with ethnographic approach, made with 10 families in a neighborhood of Popayán city, through a bidirectional perception of parents and children about styles parental education (democratic, authoritarian, negligent and indulgent) and its influence on community participation, through the study of two categories: sense of community and community identity. The results suggested that authoritative or democratic educational style (AD) seeks a greater tendency to community participation of families, in which the role of both parental figures seems be fundamental. Equally, this research determined that community participation of some members of families whose parental styles are the authoritarian and the negligent seems to be more motivated by the particular circumstances of each individual than by family influence, while the negligent educational style shows no interest in community participation. ; Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación cualitativa fundamentada en la teoría Ecosistémica del Desarrollo Humano, de enfoque etnográfico, realizada con 10 familias de un barrio de la ciudad de Popayán, desde una percepción bidireccional de padres e hijos sobre los estilos educativos parentales (democrático, autoritario, negligente e indulgente) y su influencia en la participación comunitaria a partir del estudio de dos categorías: sentido de comunidad e identidad comunitaria. Without knowing it, the mature Kant might have been quite influenced by both the Diderot who made the History of the Two Indies the >Bible of revolutions> and that of the Encyclopedia. The article defends the thesis that the entire Enlightenment project was a radical one and that it is convenient to downplay the distinction between moderate and radical Enlightenment, given that their commonalities seem to outweigh their differences. El cierre de la brecha digital constituye una de las metas más importante para el gobierno actual Colombiano. Las experiencias de otros países demostraron que existe una correlación entre el aumento en el acceso a las tecnologías de información y comunicación y la disminución de los indicies de pobreza de sus sociedades. Sin embargo, alrededor de este cambio positivo se genera una creciente preocupación debido al incremento en los índices de aislamiento y adicción a la Internet. El presente artículo explora algunas de las posibles causas de esta problemática y cómo afecta esto al individuo y las formas de interacción social. Finalmente propone, de manera general, la participación de las redes de la información y la comunicación en la estimulación de acciones colectivas reales con miras al mejoramiento del entorno, ayudando así a un cierre de la brecha digital de manera más integral. ; Abstract The closing of the digital gap is one of the most important goals for the current Colombian government. The experiences of other countries have demonstrated a correlation between increased access to information and communication technologies and the reduction of poverty rates of their societies. However, around this positive change a growing concern due to increased rates of isolation and Internet addiction is generated. This article explores some of the possible causes of this problem and how it affects the individual and his ways of social interaction. Finally it proposes, in a general way, the participation of information and communication networks to stimulate real collective actions for the improving of the environment, thus helping to close the digital gap in a more comprehensive way.

But very far from this reality,is presented asan arduous, difficult and complicated job.Therefore, in thisarticle we try to study in depth these conceptsand their relationships, asking us a numberof questions thatmay go unnoticedat first, but for us, as Physical Education teachers -curriculum area that have to both constructs as field knowledge-, makes to rethink someteaching approaches.These concernshave led us torevise theconceptualframeworkon the relationshipbetween education andsport,because ifwe communicatewith the philosophythat sportis a phenomenon thatis presentin society,we have towork, teachandencourage itfrom educational institutions.Physical Educationis theideal areafor this work, promoting the fact of consideringsport as afundamental activity inthe overall development andacademic training ofstudents during theirschool years. ; Realizar un análisis y reflexión sobre las relaciones existentes entre educación y deporte, a priori puede parecer una tarea sencilla o fácil, bien porque vivimos en una sociedad en la que se pone de manifiesto el deporte en todas sus dimensiones: cultural, económica, política…; o bien porque el deporte está presente en multitud de actos de nuestra vida cotidiana: ocio, recreación, espectáculo…Pero mucho más lejos de la realidad, se presenta como una tarea ardua, difícil y complicada. Por ello, con este artículo pretendemos profundizar un poco más sobre dichos conceptos y sus relaciones, planteándonos una serie de interrogantes que en principio pueden pasar desapercibidos; pero para nosotros, como docentes de la Educación Física -área curricular que tiene como campo de conocimiento ambos constructos-, hace que replanteemos ciertos planteamientos didácticos. Estas inquietudes nos han llevado a revisar el marco teórico conceptual sobre las relaciones existentes entre educación y deporte; puesto que comulgamos con la filosofía de que el deporte es un fenómeno que está presente en la sociedad, que hay que trabajarlo, enseñarlo y favorecerlo desde las instituciones educativas… La Educación Física es el área idónea para desarrollar este trabajo, favoreciendo así el hecho de considerar el deporte como una actividad fundamental en el desarrollo integral y formación académica de los alumnos durante su etapa escolar.

The purpose of the research is devoted to the criminological description and explanation of the state of illegal influence on the results of official sports competitions in Ukraine. A reading of the high level of latency of crimes according to article 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, evidence that it is at least 99% of its real level. The structure of match manipulation was revealed and analyzed according to the type of sport, the method of illegal influence on the results of official sports competitions, as well as the subjects of bribery. The characteristic of the corresponding structural units is given. Methodologically, the basis of the research is the dialectical method that serves to interpret social and legal phenomena through documentary sources. It is concluded that the most intense criminal match-fixing is practiced in sports such as football, futsal, basketball, and volleyball. Among the ways to encourage athletes to commit illegal acts, bribery predominates (75%). At about the same level in terms of prevalence with small fluctuations in specific weight are structurally found ways to influence athletes such as incitement (10%) and conspiracy (8%).

The main target of the article is to understand the evolution of the independence process of the colonies of the Spanish Empire in Central America. It is suggested not only the influence of liberal ideas from Europe after the French Revolution of 1789 but also the example of the independence of the United States. The independence process in Central America was a peaceful movement in contrast to the military confrontations with the royalist troops of the Spanish Monarchy elsewhere. The importance of the participation of the military and politicians in the struggle for independence is underlined, but the participation of the most basic religious establishment, the priests, was of great importance. The legal texts of the Independence Acts of 1821 and 1823 and the Act of the Annexation of Central America to the Mexican Empire are used to assess the role played by the popular will during the independence process against the influence of other foreign States. A reflection on the influence of the United States foreign policy and, especially, of the Monroe Doctrine marks the difference between independence andsovereignty in the independence process of the Central American provinces. The geopolitical importance of the region attracted the interest not only of the European powers, especially Great Britain, but also the United States during the period covered by this article. The political, economic, and social instability that followed the independence process was used by the North American giant to open a waterway that would allow the communication between the Atlantic and Pacific coasts, contributing to the expansion of a new kind of imperialism ; El presente artículo expone la evolución del proceso de independencia de los territorios de las colonias del Imperio español en América Central. No solo se sugiere la influencia de las ideas liberales en Europa, procedentes de la Revolución Francesa de 1789, sino también el ejemplo de la independencia de Estados Unidos. El proceso independentista en Centroamérica fue un movimiento pacífico en contraste con los enfrentamientos militares con las tropas realistas de la monarquía española en otras regiones. Se relata la importancia de la participación de militares y políticos en la lucha por la independencia, pero también del estamento religioso más básico, es decir de los curas. Para ello, se acude a los textos de las Actas de independencia de 1821 y de 1823 y al Acta de la Anexión de Centroamérica al Imperio mexicano para valorar el papel que desempeñó la voluntad popular durante el proceso emancipador frente a la influencia de otros Estados. Una reflexión sobre la influencia de la política de Estados Unidos y, en particular, de la Doctrina Monroe, marca la diferencia entre independencia y soberanía en el proceso independentista de las provincias centroamericanas. La importancia geopolítica de la región atrajo el interés no solo de las potencias europeas, en particular de Gran Bretaña, sino también de Estados Unidos durante el período que ocupa este artículo. La inestabilidad política, económica y social que siguió al proceso de independencia fue aprovechada por el gigante estadounidense para obtener una vía que permitiera la comunicación entre las costas del Atlántico y del Pacífico, lo que contribuía con la expansión de un nuevo imperialismo.

El abandono escolar temprano preocupa en el ámbito internacional. En concreto, la Unión Europea plantea como objetivo para 2020 que la tasa de abandono escolar temprano no supere el 10% (European-Commission, EACEA, Eurydice, & Cedefop, 2014). España es uno de los países europeos que presenta tasas más elevadas de alumnado que abandona los estudios de forma prematura situándose ésta en el 21,9% (EUROSTAT, 2016; MECyD, 2015). Además, las tasas de alumnado repetidor en España también se sitúan entre las más elevadas de la Unión Europea, siendo mayores en el primer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (MECyD, 2015). Entre la diversidad de factores que influyen en el abandono escolar temprano se encuentran los de ámbito social, los personales y los educativos. El objetivo de este estudio es profundizar en los factores sociales. Se realizó una búsqueda de artículos de revisión en las bases de datos internacionales. Para el análisis de datos se utilizó el programa "Nvivo. Los factores sociales que influyen en el abandono escolar temprano se agrupan en los familiares y las relaciones sociales con los iguales. Destaca la influencia de la familia, con aspectos como el estatus socioeconómico, la educación de los padres, la estructura y el ambiente familiar. Otros factores como el rechazo social del grupo de compañeros, las escasas habilidades sociales unido al absentismo escolar originado por el grupo también influyen en el abandono escolar. Por tanto, el modelo explicativo responde a un modelo complejo de causas que interactúan y que deben ser diagnosticadas en su totalidad y abordadas coordinadamente desde diversos ámbitos. ; Early leaving from education and training is a great concern worldwide. At the level of the European Union, countries have committed to reducing the proportion of early leavers to less than 10% by 2020 (European-Commission, EACEA, Eurydice, & Cedefop, 2014). Spain is far from this target, with a proportion of 21,9% Spanish early school leaving rate is one of the highest within European Union countries (EUROSTAT, 2016; MECyD, 2015). Additionally, Spanish repeating students rate is among the highest of European Union countries with the greatest increment in the first grade of the secondary school (MECyD, 2015). Literature shows that social factors, together with personal and educational factors, influence on early school leaving. The objetive of this study is to describe the social factors. An advanced search of review articles has been undertaken in various international databases. For the data analysis has been used the program Nvivo. Social factors that influence on early school leaving can be grouped in familiar factors and in the social relationships with peers. The influence of the family is of great importance, with key elements such as the socio-economic status, parent education, family structure or the family environment. Other elements such as social rejection of peers, poor social skills linked to truancy originated by the peer group influence early school leaving. Hence, an explanatory model responds to a complex model of factors that interact and, consequently, need to be precisely diagnosed in order to be undertaken from different but coordinated contexts. ; Durante la realización de este estudio D. The article discusses the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the development of human potential from the point of view of the Orthodox clergy and their parishioners. Methodologically, surveys and statistics were used to find out the opinion of the study subjects. A common phenomenon in the study was a unique consolidated position of all categories of Orthodox respondents on the danger that artificial intelligence represents. Most Orthodox are concerned about the unpredictability of creating and using artificial intelligence, especially in a pandemic. The authors considered the position of clergy, parishioners with and without a church on the nature of artificial intelligence's influence on human potential, the threats and risks to humans that come from artificial intelligence. The main advantage of the work is the results obtained on the basis of the comparative analysis of the positions of different categories of orthodox respondents on the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the development of human potential. In conclusion, the results can be used to develop a categorical-conceptual apparatus, to systematize knowledge about the use of artificial intelligence in the social and spiritual spheres.

Existe hoy en día una gran preocupación por el consumo de drogas que tan instaurado está en la sociedad, ya que cada vez, se está incrementando más su consumo y los delitos que están relacionados con estas sustancias, ya sean para obtener dinero para poder obtenerlas, cometidos bajos sus efectos o los delitos que sirven para lucrarse a través de ellas a través de su tráfico ilícito. En este trabajo de investigación trataré de qué modo influyen las drogas en la comisión de todos estos delitos, analizando cada tipo de sustancia, la evolución normativa que ha sufrido centrándome en la normativa vigente, hablaré del perfil que tiene el consumidor de drogas y de distintas teorías que existen de la relación directa entre drogas y delincuencia, así como del tratamiento en adultos y el caso concreto de los menores relacionados con estas sustancias, culminando con posibles alternativas que pueden existir para su normalización y las medidas que debiera tomar el gobierno para paliar el elevado consumo que existe y las grandes organizaciones criminales. ; There is nowadays a great concern for the consumption of drugs that is so established in society, since each time, its consumption and the crimes that are related to these substances are increasing, either to obtain money to obtain them, committed under its effects or the crimes that serve to profit through them through their illicit traffic. The main objective of the present work was to determine the influence of the local municipal tourist organization on the tourist development of the Guamote canton, province of Chimborazo. Offering reliable and updated information to achieve an adequate management of the territory, and to be able to generate multiple benefits to the local inhabitants, framed in the objectives and guidelines that the governmental institution has to achieve the integral tourism development. Specifically, within the Tourism Unit and thus contribute to strengthening local tourism development, based on the situational analysis, detecting shortcomings, considering the entity as a public enterprise aimed at improving the provision of services to enhance tourism in the canton. For the information survey, two populations were considered, the service providers and the economically active population, in order to know the existing reality in the territory for decision making that would satisfy the needs of the sector with viable proposals that would further increase the institutional image of the municipality.
