With 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the world community has specific areas of activity to realize its ambitious vision of a peaceful, just, socially inclusive world that uses natural and human resources steadily, makes complex changes are needed at the economic, integrated, social (including educational and scientific) and environmental levels to ensure overall respect for rights and opportunities human, equality and self-determination. In addition to encouraging people and protecting the environment and social development, Member States have declared their determination to "take bold and transformative steps that must be urgently put in the path of sustainable development and resilience and promised to act together" and thus not give up. Consider a model of «critical social philosophy of education», as embodied in the programs of social development and learning, which are primarily designed to teach people how to lead an independent and original research themselves, society and knowledge systems. However, it is proved that the models and programs should not be cut off from any individual and the collective system of moral and social values, theoretical and applied training, nor from further use of the acquired values, norms and skills in everyday life, science, or in production, sphere of all social institutions. The critical social philosophy of formation aspires to update the humanised maintenance and sense of formation not for introduction of values of the industrial capital and high technologies, but, first of all, for radical democratisation of formation for the purpose of achievement of the progressive purposes, that research that will promote development of the person, civilisation and community, social justice and strengthening of democratic participation in all versions of a life. ; Zinchenko V. At the turn of the Millennium, the issue of education, especially higher education, its role in state formation and impact on the life of society acquired particular relevance and became a subject of research of not only teachers and historians but also economists, political analysts, psychologists, social scientists and, above all, philosophers (which gave rise to a variety of models and trends in the philosophy of education). In the meantime, there is some lack of fundamental integrative studies into comprehensive educational-managerial and socio-historical, socio-economic and state-political experiences of some developed countries in the implementation of these philosophical and educational paradigms, trends, models and reforming/modernization concepts of higher education and science, to be examined with consideration for similar challenges faced by education and science in Ukraine.Nearly every developed country has wide experience in building up a system of higher education. Results of reviewing such experience may contribute to the development and enrichment of the domestic educational system, afford an opportunity to avoid repeating mistakes and offer new approaches to solving a range of problems in this field.Based on the above, we also believe that it is impossible to pretend to develop a strategy for educational and scientific modernization reforms that deal with challenges of educational and scientific institution of society in management of scientific and educational space (which applies to both a social component of the philosophy of education and the field of educational management) without analyzing the existing models, schools, trends and their classification in the modern philosophy of education. ; На рубеже тысячелетий проблема образования, особенно высшего, его роль в становлении государства и влияние на жизнь общества приобрела особую актуальность и стала предметом исследования не только педагогов, историков, но и экономистов, политологов, психологов, обществоведов и, прежде всего, - философов (в связи с чем и появились разнообразные модели, направления в философии образования).В то же время не хватает фундаментальных интегративных исследований комплексного образовательно-управленческого и общественно-исторического, социально-экономического и государственно-политического опыта воплощения данных философско-образовательных парадигм, направлений, моделей, концепций реформирования / модернизации образования и науки отдельных развитых стран, рассматриваемого с учетом аналогичных задач, стоящих перед образованием и наукой в Украине.Практически в каждой развитой стране есть богатый опыт построения системы высшего образования. Результаты анализа этого опыта могут способствовать развитию и обогащению отечественной системы образования, позволяют избежать повторения ошибок и дают возможность раскрыть новые подходы к решению ряда проблем в этой области.Основываясь на этом, автор считает, что невозможно претендовать на создание стратегии модернизационных образовательных и научных реформ, которые затрагивают проблемы научно-образовательного института социума в управлении научно-образовательным пространством (это уже касается как отрасли социальной составляющей философии образования, так и сферы менеджмента образования) и не проанализировать существующие модели, школы, направления, их классификацию в современной философии образования. ; На межі тисячоліть проблема освіти, а особливо вищої, її роль у становленні держави й вплив на життя суспільства набула особливої актуальності й стала предметом дослідження не тільки педагогів, істориків, а й економістів, політологів, психологів, суспільствознавців та, перш за все, - філософів (у зв'язку з чим і з'явилися різноманітні моделі, напрями філософії освіти). Водночас дещо бракує ґрунтовних інтегративних досліджень комплексного освітньо-управлінського і суспільно-історичного, соціально-економічного і державно-політичного досвіду втілення даних філософсько-освітніх парадигм, напрямів, моделей, концепцій реформування/модернізації вищої освіти і науки окремих розвинених країн, розглянутого з урахуванням аналогічних завдань, що стоять перед освітою і наукою в Україні. Практично в кожній розвиненій країні є багатий досвід побудови системи вищої освіти. Результати аналізу цього досвіду можуть сприяти розвитку й збагаченню вітчизняної системи освіти, дають змогу уникнути повторення помилок та можливість розкрити нові підходи до вирішення низки проблем у цій галузі. Ґрунтуючись на цьому, автор вважає, що неможливо претендувати на створення стратегії модернізаційних освітніх і наукових реформ, котрі зачіпають проблеми освітньо-наукового інституту соціуму в управлінні науково-освітнім простором (це вже стосується як галузі соціальної складової філософії освіти, так і сфери менеджменту освіти) і не проаналізувати існуючі моделі, школи, напрями, їхню класифікацію у сучасній філософії освіти.

In today's world there is diversification of different models of higher education. At the same time, the multiplicity and the diversity of higher education models do not exclude their identity. Internationalization and integration of institutions of higher education in a global and international dimension raise many new questions for the theory and practice. Among them the author emphasizes the most important ones: what is the general and the particular in education and science; what patterns, forms, methods of management are universal and which are in the range of the specific conditions of different countries; what is the best way to realize the functions of education and science in the international activity; what are the features of national identity in education and in the development of the University as an institution of education, and also in organizational behavior, management systems; to what extent these features are important to achieve the desired results; how can foreigners quickly adapt to national environment. All these problems are extremely important and interesting, still waiting for their reply. At the same time multi-modeling education systems do not exclude their common problems: the necessity of permanent adaptation of educational programs to current needs of society, the increased requirements to the level and quality of education. The modernization of social, economic and political development and the potential of anthropological and psychological structure of the personality in values and normative dimension of the contemporary globalized societies of the world; reformation strategies in society, education and management, their globalization and the processes of institutionalization and perspectives of humanization of educational systems, management, upbringing are analyzed in the given article. It is noted that among the existing conditions and prerequisites the existence of developed civil society is necessary for the successful formation and functioning of educational systems and effective models of multi-level educational management. Thus, we can conclude that the strategy of development of the modern world social philosophy of upbringing and education is one of the key issues in the field of social management and philosophy, pedagogy, global social development. The way of organization and functioning of civil society in present-day and future to a great extent depends on what exactly do we mean by upbringing, education and science, or which paradigm of upbringing and education is dominant at the given social and historical stage. The continuity of public education, quality management, their intensity can only be achieved under two conditions of a fundamental character. One of them is use of new, theoretically grounded and practically proven management, philosophically developed, and available technically secured high technology of social work, education and training, learning. The second one is the perfect mastery of human in the methodology of self-socio-axiological and research activities. The established structure shall provide the same conditions for equitable selection of civil, educational, scientific and educational actions, excluding coercion and domination. ; У сучасному світі відбувається диверсифікація різних моделей вищої освіти. У той же час багато­варіантність, різноманіття моделей вищої освіти не виключає їх своєрідності. Одночасно багатомо­дельність систем освіти не виключає і їх загальних проблем, пов'язаних з необхідністю перманентної адаптації освітніх програм до сучасних потреб суспільства, з підвищенням вимог до рівня і якості освіти. Ін­тернаціоналізація та інтеграція вищої освіти в глобально-міжнародному аспек­ті ставить багато нових питань перед теорією і практикою. Найважливіші з них – що є загальне і особливе в освіті і науці, які закономірності, форми, методи управління є універсальними, а які діють у діапазоні конкретних умов різних кра­їн, як найкращим чином виконувати функції освіти й науки у міжнародній ді­яльності, у чому полягають особливості національного стилю в освіті і розвитку університету як інституту освіти, в організаційній поведінці, системах управ­ління, наскільки ці особливості важливі для досягнення бажаних результатів, як іноземцям швидше пристосуватися до національного місцевого середовища. The article deals with the processes of the modern world system of education in thecontext of globalization. Examines trends in educational institutions and models of globalizingsociety in the context of our particular relationship of education and society, man and the state,and processes. Ongoing research and systems analysis of neoliberal reforms on the level ofsociety in general and education in particular. Examines substantive, structural and functionalcharacteristics of the concept of "critical social philosophy of education" in the context ofinstitutional tendencies of social life, as well as forms and possibilities of its methodologicalapplication. Argues that globalization and the technological revolution to be used for a radicalrestructuring and reconstruction of education for his service to democracy and progressivesocial change. Awareness lessons of the global development is necessary for a theoreticalunderstanding of today's global outlook for progressive politics in general and in education inparticular, and for the practical attempts to change our world for the public majority. ; Стаття присвячена дослідженню процесів сучасної світової системиосвіти в умовах глобалізації. Стверджується, щоглобалізація і технологічна революція повинні бути використані для радикальної перебудови та реконструкції освіти для її служіння демократії тапрогресивних соціальних змін. Усвідомлення уроків глобального розвиткує необхідним як для теоретичного осмислення сьогоднішніх перспективсвітової прогресивної політики загалом та у сфері освіти зокрема, такі для практичних спроб змінити наш світ в інтересах суспільної більшості.

The specifics of strategies of post-industrial social development andtransformation of social institutions, government management models in thecontext of globalization in today's industrialized systems are examined. Thearticle deals with the dynamics and prospects of development of self-organizingprocesses in the systems of the society and governance; structure andthe algorithm of functioning of direct democracy and civilian governmentmodels. The world outlook, educational, economic and political trends, perspectivesand forms of their further development are analyzed. When planningpublic future emphasis should be placed evenly on the analysis of the valuesand social institutions that will realize the real mechanisms of the practicalconstruction of a new society. What is sometimes manifested in the qualityof superficial phenomena actually characterizes the determined trends, whichsuggest not only other change perspectives, but also a revolution, which in itsdepth and width goes beyond expectations of traditional public theory. Fromthe point of view of historical progress every new stage of society developmentdiffers from the past one in the fact that it creates new conditions for thematerial and spiritual integration of humanity as an expression of the basictrends of this social and historical development. Critical social theory andconcept of deliberativity, which, in particular, developed in the framework ofconceptual trends in contemporary neo-Marxism and post-Marxism, are usedas methodology for analysis of phenomena of power and control, managementmodels in the subsystems of society (economics, politics, the state). Thecritical analysis of society involves the identification of existing antagonistic,alienating factors that distort production and public communication. Criticalsocial theory proceeds from the fact that the false needs largely dominate atthe moment in the society (in all its spheres). These needs are imposed bycertain social groups with the purpose of infringement of individual and groupcreative freedom. These requirements reinforce the relations of dominationand subordination, producing operational performance, aggression, socialconflicts, economic and social injustice. The stereotypes of needs, behaviorand social relations are imposed, which contribute to fixing this relationship.The purpose of the analysis of deliberative philosophy and its criticaltheory for society and models of management (including management of education)is to determine the key features and mechanisms of a societal development.The author is referring the society, in which: (1) there are public andindustrial relations independent of the people's will; (2) the domination of onepeople over another are repealed relationship coercion; (3) the control of theproductive process and the functioning of the society must go on to the directparticipants of public production.The author underlines the necessity to refuse a static understanding offreedom and progress. Human is free to act reasonably, but she/he is also freeto make mistakes and correct them freely if they are amenable to correction.Uncertainty, imperfection, the ability to make mistakes and relapse inhumanityare purely human traits. To author's mind, the freedom should be consideredas one of the main driving force of social progress. Hence the moral need tocheck the social and state processes is very important, changing them andmaking them quite correctable. So far as the cultural, legal and political progressopens the way to social progress through prudent oriented activities, as itis marked in the paper, the existing social relations can be humanized. ; Досліджена специфіка стратегій постіндустріального суспільного розвиткуі трансформацій соціальних інститутів,влади, моделей управління в умовах глобалізації в сучасних розвинених індустріальнихсистемах. У статті аналізується динамікаі перспективи розвитку процесів самоорганізації в системах суспільства,управління, структура і алгоритм функціонування моделей прямого громадянського народовладдя і самоврядування.При плануванні суспільного майбутнього акцент необхідно робитирівномірно і на аналіз цінностей, і на аналіз соціальних інститутів, якийдозволить усвідомити реальні механізми практичної побудови новогосуспільства. Те, що іноді має вияв в якості поверхневих феноменів, насправді характеризує рішучі тенденції, які підказують не тільки іншіперспективи змін, але і такий переворот, який по глибині і ширині виходить далеко за межі очікувань традиційної суспільної теорії. З поглядуісторичного прогресу кожен новий ступінь розвитку людського суспільства відрізняється від минулого тим, що створює нові передумови дляматеріальної і духовної інтеграції людства як виразу основної тенденціїсуспільно-історичного розвитку.Аналізуються світоглядні, освітні, економічні, політичні тенденції,перспективи і форми їх подальшого розвитку.

The neo-behavioural ideas of philosophy of education and upbringing are analyzedin the paper. Neo-behaviourism is considered as an outlook and theoreticaland practical pattern of social management. Neo-behaviourism forms the technocraticapproach to education and upbringing, methods of modification of behaviourfor realization of personality's adaptation to the social system. A technocraticthought identifies a personality's responsibility with conformity and submission.According to neo-behaviourism, education and upbringing carry the function oftransmission the main values by means of which a personality adjusts to the ideologyand standards of societal institutes. The author underlines that sometimes thetechnocratic conception of education and upbringing replaces the orientation onthe valued approach to the acts and phenomena by the requirements of personality'sadaptation to the existing political, ideological, and moral norms. ; У статті аналізуються ідеї філософії освіти тавиховання необіхевіоризму. Необіхевіоризм розглядається як світоглядна й теоретико-практична модельсуспільного управління. Необіхевіоризм формує техно-кратичний підхід до освіти та виховання, методимодифікації поведінки для здійснення адаптації особистості до соціальної системи. Відповідальність особистості ототожнюється технократичним мисленням із слухняністю, підкоренням. Освіта й виховання в необіхевіоризмі повиннінести функцію передачі пануючих цінностей, які мають пристосувати особистість до ідеології і стандартів інститутів суспільства. Звертається увага нате, що в технократичних концепціях освіти і виховання іноді орієнтація на ціннісний підхід до вчинків і явищ підмінюється вимогами адаптації особистості доіснуючих політичних, ідеологічних і моральних норм.

An existential-dialogical philosophy of education, mainly represented by O. Bollnow (modern «optimistic», «positive existentialism»), underlines the meaning and background of the pedagogical relationship in interpersonal relationships, the relationship between I and You. In its initial philosophical positions, it is based on the «philosophy of life» and mainly on existentialism both in the «classical» and «optimistic» versions. Supporters of this direction tend to discard the technocratic concepts which substitute for the process of education with the manipulation of person. Based on the thesis of uniqueness, the uniqueness of the individual, which is revealed in extreme situations, the supporters of this approach do not recognize the dominant role of the social environment in the formation of man. The environment, in their view, can only cause enormous damage to its moral self-development, since social institutions are aimed at the unification of personality and its behavior. Moral education, on the contrary, is intended to reveal the individual qualities and abilities of the individual, which will help to preserve the moral essence of the individual in the processes of knowledge acquisition, development of intelligence and in the education system. In the formation of a unique personality, the followers of irrationalism see an obstacle to totalitarian manifestations and dangers. In their opinion, the formation of a uniqueness, unique personality is nothing more than a process of self-development and self-education, which involves overcoming in human behavior «mass» trends, because the real education and education could not have their object exclusively in mass area. They see the tasks of education and upbringing as taking a unique personality away from the mass, «collectivist society» as a source of «false existence». But the closure of the process of education/upbringing on a separate subject, its isolation from social ties and relations dramatically limits the real possibility of forming an active personality, although the adherents of this approach proclaim this one of the main goals of education. In addition, the self-isolation of the individual increases its alienation in the world, making it increasingly vulnerable to the anti-human tendencies of global society. ; Екзистенційно-діалогічна філософія освіти, представлена насамперед О.Больновом (сучасний «оптимістичний», «позитивний екзистенціалізм»), вбачає сенс і засновки педагогічних відносин у міжособистісних зв'язках, у взаємозв'язку Я і Ти. У своїх висхідних філософських позиціях вона спирається на «філософію життя» і, головним чином, – на екзистенціалізм як у класичному, так і в «оптимістичному» його варіанті. Прихильники цього напряму прагнуть відкинути технократичні концепції, які підміняють процес виховання маніпулюванням особою. Виходячи з тези про неповторність, унікальність особистості, що розкривається в граничних ситуаціях, прихильники цього підходу не визнають цілком домінуючої ролі соціального середовища у формуванні людини. Середовище, на їхню думку, може лише завдати колосального збитку її етичному самозростанню, оскільки соціальні інститути націлені на уніфікацію особистості та її поведінки. Етичне ж виховання, навпаки, покликане розкрити індивідуальні якості і здібності особистості, що сприятиме збереженню моральнісної сутності особистості у процесах набуття знань, розвитку інтелекту та в системі освіти. У формуванні унікальної особистості послідовники ірраціоналізму вбачають перешкоду тоталітарним виявам та небезпекам. На їхню думку, формування неповторної, унікальної особистості є не що інше, як процес саморозвитку і самовиховання, який припускає подолання у поведінці людини «масовізаційних» тенденцій, бо справжні виховання і освіта не можуть мати своїм об'єктом виключно маси. Завдання освіти і виховання вони вбачають у тому, щоб відвести унікальну особистість від масового, «колективістського суспільства» як джерела «несправжнього буття». Але замикання процесу освіти/виховання на окремому суб'єкті, ізоляція його від соціальних зв'язків і відносин різко обмежує реальні можливості формування активної особистості, хоча прихильники такого підходу проголошують це однією з головних цілей виховання. Крім того, самоізоляція особистості посилює її відчуженість у світі, робить її усе більш беззахисною перед лицем антигуманних тенденцій глобального суспільства. Посилання Зінченко В.В. (2016). The system-integration aspect of social philosophy and education management is analyzed in the interaction of the concepts of pragmatism and neo-pragmatism instrumentalism in the formation of socio-value orientations. We study the instrumentalist aspect of social philosophy and management of education, psychology and pedagogy concepts of pragmatism and neopragmatism as industry management knowledge about the development of man and society. Explore the major ideological patterns of development of a socially philosophies of education in the context of the problems of institutionalization of knowledge about human and social development. To analyse system-integration aspect of social philosophy and education management in interaction with model of «new humanism» in formation of socially valuable orientations. Classification existing in the western philosophy of education and education of directions is spent, proceeding from basic principles of philosophical school or a current, first of all considering those the purpose and means which are really involved by them in process of education, social development and socially-moral education and being based on the basic installations, the purpose expressed by that or other direction, how its supporters imagine the person, its requirement, a social role, behaviour which the education system and education urged to form. Considering growing requirement of a practical embodiment of ideas of freedom, justice, aspiration to realisation of the human rights proclaimed a society, supporters of the concept of «new humanism» see the main objective in blocking a way to conformism, to a manipulation behaviour of the person and to create conditions for its free self-expression, for realisation by the person of a fundamental choice of acts in a concrete situation and by that to warn danger of formation of the unified form of behaviour. In it principles of «new humanism» approach with a position of instrumentalism and neopragmatism. Before social philosophy of education/upbringing it is necessary to define a problem factors which cause achievement of its main objective, to state an estimation to moral principles and personal qualities with which actually the education/education theory connects realisation of the problems, to show, why these, instead of any any other principles and qualities open to the person possibility to choose in a concrete situation socially powerful both morally defensible and comprehensible line of conduct in public the relation. Statement of a question on necessity of the philosophical analysis of problems of education and education in a social context serves as an indicator of understanding philosophers, teachers of an increasing role of the human and moral factor in society development. And, at last, the aspiration to develop socially-philosophical bases of pedagogics in general and education in particular, testifies that the western and domestic philosophers, teachers, representatives of social and psychological sciences, at least, the majority of them, have realised the public importance of an education system and education, its global character. ; Досліджуються основні ідейні закономірності розвитку соціальноорієнтованих концепцій філософії освіти у контексті проблем інституалізації знань про розвиток людини і суспільства. Аналізується системно-інтеграційний аспект соціальної філософії і менеджменту освіти у взаємодії з моделлю «нового гуманізму» у формуванні соціально ціннісних орієнтацій. The purpose. Critical social philosophy of education strives to provide a radical critique of existing models of education in the so-called Western models of democracy, creating progressive alternative models. In this context, the proposed integrative metatheory, which is based on classical and modern sources, concepts, aims for a comprehensive understanding and reconstruction of the phenomenon of education. One of the main tasks in the sphere of education's democratization today, therefore, is to bring to education the results of restructuring and democratization of the society, to reflect changes in conditions of life and thinking, experience and transformation of subjectivity in the context of the technological revolution and globalization. Methodology. The critical social theory, which developed in the framework of contemporary neo-Marxism, indicates the need for a thorough analysis of society, however, unlike other theoretical concepts and research programs in order to analyze not a fixation and a statement of the existing social givens. On the contrary, critical analysis of society involves the identification of existing antagonistic, alienating factors that distort public communication.The subject of social analysis is the whole sphere of human and non-human nature, which interacts a person depend on it, the whole system of relations between society and nature, society and man, which is covered by the historical practice of conscious – "praxis". The representative of "pure science" isn't the learning, research subject. He is a public a person, which is the totality of all social definitions included in society and its constituent individuals. For such a "total subject" Object of interest is not something external; on the contrary, the latter appears as a product of his own activity. The scientific novelty examines trends in educational institutions and models of globalizing society in the context of our particular relationship of education and society, man and the state, and processes. The research and systematic analysis of neoliberal reforms at the level of society in general and education in particular are conducted. It examines substantive, structural and functional characteristics of the concept of «critical social philosophy of education» in the context of institutional tendencies of social life, as well as forms and possibilities of its methodological application. It consider a model of «critical social philosophy of education», as embodied in the programs of social development and learning, which are primarily designed to teach people how to lead an independent and original research themselves, society and knowledge systems. However, it is proved that the models and programs should not be cut off from any individual and the collective system of moral and social values, theoretical and applied training, nor from further use of the acquired values, norms and skills in everyday life, science, or in production, sphere of all social institutions. Conclusions. Critical philosophical, educational, pedagogical-psychological surprisingly theory, its models and concepts seek to redefine public and private and the public mind. Based on these grounds, in the future, it allows philosophy of education to develop a more inclusive philosophical vision of education, to apply directly to the problems of democratization and changes in social relations in the direction of equality and social justice in the field of education. The point of view of socio-philosophical and philosophical-еducational, pedagogical-psychological, normative understanding and social critics also requires the use of active efforts in the reconstruuction of education and society, the social vision of what education and human life can be and what their specific limitations in existing societies.

Исследуются содержательные, структурные и функциональные характеристики концепции «критической социальной философии образования» в контексте институциональных тенденций общественной жизни, а также формы и возможности ее методологического применения. Рассматривается модель «критической социальной философии образования», воплощенная в программы общественного развития и обучения, которые прежде всего призваны научить людей вести самостоятельное и оригинальное исследование себя, социума и системы знаний. Вместе с тем обосновывается, что эти модели и программы не должны быть оторваны ни от индивидуально-коллективной системы нравственных и социальных ценностей, теоретико-прикладного обучения, ни от дальнейшего применения приобретенных ценностей, норм и навыков в повседневной жизни, науке или на производстве, в сфере всех социальных институтов. Критическая философская, образовательно-воспитательная, педагогико-психологическая общественноориентированная теория, ее модели и концепции стремятся по-новому определить общественный и индивидуальный и общественный разум. Для такого «тотального суб'єкта» пізнавальний об'єкт не є чимось зовнішнім, не ним сформованим і покладеним; навпаки, останній постає як продукт його ж власної діяльності. Наукова новизна. Розглядаються тенденції освіти та моделі інститутів глобалізованого суспільства сучасності в контексті особливості взаємовідношення освіти і соціуму, людини і держав. Здійснюється дослідження і системний аналіз неоліберальних реформ на рівні суспільства загалом і освіти зокрема. Досліджуються змістовні, структурні і функціональні характеристики концепції «критичної соціальної філософії освіти» в контексті інституційних тенденцій суспільної практики, а також форми і можливості її методологічного застосування. Розглядається модель «критичної соціальної філософії освіти», втілена в програми суспільного розвитку і навчання, які перш за все покликані навчити людей провадити самостійне і оригінальне дослідження себе, соціуму і системи знань. Водночас обґрунтовується, що ці моделі і програми не мають бути відірвані ані від індивідуально-колективної системи моральних і соціальних цінностей, теоретико-прикладного навчання, ані від подальшого застосування набутих цінностей, норм і навичок в повсякденному житті, науці чи на виробництві, у сфері усіх соціальних інститутів. Висновки. Критична соціальна теорія і концепції критичної соціальної філософії освіти вказують на необхідність ґрунтовного аналізу суспільства, однак на відміну від інших теоретичних концепцій і дослідницьких програм, метою аналізу не є фіксація і констатація існуючої соціальної даності. Одне з основних завдань у сфері демократизації освіти сьогодні, таким чином, полягає у тому, щоб залучити для освіти результати перебудови і демократизації суспільства, відобразити зміни в умовах життя і мислення, досвід та трансформації суб'єктивності у контексті технологічної революції і глобалізації. Методологія. Критична соціальна теорія, розроблена в межах сучасного неомарксизму, вказує на необхідність ґрунтовного аналізу суспільства, однак на відміну від інших теоретичних концепцій і дослідницьких програм, метою аналізу не є фіксація і констатація існуючої соціальної даності. Навпаки, критичний аналіз соціуму передбачає виявлення існуючих антагоністичних факторів, що відчужують і деформують суспільну комунікацію. Предметом соціального аналізу є вся сфера людської і нелюдської природи, з якою взаємодіє людина чи залежить від неї, вся система взаємовідносин суспільства і природи, суспільства і людини, яка охоплюється історичною свідомою практикою – «праксисом». Пізнавальним, досліджувальним суб'єктом не є позасуспільний представник «чистої науки». Ним є людина суспільна, яка репрезентує собою тотальність усіх соціальних визначень, що входять у суспільство і складають його індивідів. Для такого «тотального суб'єкта» пізнавальний об'єкт не є чимось зовнішнім, не ним сформованим і покладеним; навпаки, останній постає як продукт його ж власної діяльності. Наукова новизна. Розглядаються тенденції освіти та моделі інститутів глобалізованого суспільства сучасності в контексті особливості взаємовідношення освіти і соціуму, людини і держав. Здійснюється дослідження і системний аналіз неоліберальних реформ на рівні суспільства загалом і освіти зокрема. Досліджуються змістовні, структурні і функціональні характеристики концепції «критичної соціальної філософії освіти» в контексті інституційних тенденцій суспільної практики, а також форми і можливості її методологічного застосування. Розглядається модель «критичної соціальної філософії освіти», втілена в програми суспільного розвитку і навчання, які перш за все покликані навчити людей провадити самостійне і оригінальне дослідження себе, соціуму і системи знань. Водночас обґрунтовується, що ці моделі і програми не мають бути відірвані ані від індивідуально-колективної системи моральних і соціальних цінностей, теоретико-прикладного навчання, ані від подальшого застосування набутих цінностей, норм і навичок в повсякденному житті, науці чи на виробництві, у сфері усіх соціальних інститутів. Висновки. Критична соціальна теорія і концепції критичної соціальної філософії освіти вказують на необхідність ґрунтовного аналізу суспільства, однак на відміну від інших теоретичних концепцій і дослідницьких програм, метою аналізу не є фіксація і констатація існуючої соціальної даності. The purpose. Explore the major ideological patterns of development of a socially philosophies of education in the context of the problems of institutionalization of knowledge about human and social development. To analyse system-integration aspect of social philosophy and education management in interaction of concepts of an instrumentalism of a pragmatism and a neopragmatism with model of «new humanism» in formation of socially valuable orientations. Methodology. Classification existing in the western philosophy of education and education of directions is spent, proceeding from basic principles of philosophical school or a current, first of all considering those the purpose and means which are really involved by them in process of education, social development and socially-moral education and being based on the basic installations, the purpose expressed by that or other direction, how its supporters imagine the person, its requirement, a social role, модус behaviour which the education system and education urged to form. Scientific novelty. In conditions when against crisis of an education system of the government of the USA and the leading countries of Europe are compelled to begin its long-term reform, its theorists substantially pay attention to democratic workings out of concepts of an instrumentalism of a pragmatism/neopragmatism in modern social philosophy of education, in particular on their aspiration to introduce in process of social development, education and education idea and practical model both educational, and a social equality. Considering growing requirement of a practical embodiment of ideas of freedom, justice, aspiration to realization of the human rights proclaimed a society, supporters of the concept of «new humanism» see the main objective in blocking a way to conformism, to a manipulation behaviour of the person and to create conditions for its free self-expression, for realization by the person of a fundamental choice of acts in a concrete situation and by that to warn danger of formation of the unified form of behaviour. In it principles of «new humanism» approach with a position of «new humanism» instrumentalism and neopragmatism. Conclusions. Before social philosophy of education/education it is necessary to define a problem factors which cause achievement of its main objective, to state an estimation to moral principles and personal qualities with which actually the education/education theory connects realization of the problems, to show, why these, instead of any other principles and qualities open to the person possibility to choose in a concrete situation socially powerful both morally defensible and comprehensible line of conduct in public the relation. Statement of a question on necessity of the philosophical analysis of problems of education and education in a social context serves as an indicator of understanding philosophers, teachers of an increasing role of the human and moral factor in society development. And, at last, the aspiration to develop socially-philosophical bases of pedagogics in general and education in particular, testifies that the western and domestic philosophers, teachers, representatives of social and psychological sciences, at least, the majority of them, have realized the public importance of an education system and education, its global character. ; Цель. Исследовать основные идейные закономерности развития социально-ориентированных концепций философии образования в контексте проблем институционализации знаний о развитии человека и общества. Проанализировать системно-интеграционный аспект социальной философии и менеджмента образования во взаимодействии концепций инструментализма прагматизма и неопрагматизма с моделью «нового гуманизма» в формировании социально ценностных ориентаций. Методология. Классификация существующих в западной философии образования и воспитания направлений проводится, исходя из основополагающих принципов философской школы или течения. При этом, прежде всего учитывая те цель и средства, которые ими реально задействованы в процессе образования, социального развития и социально-нравственного воспитания и основываясь на основных установках, цели, выраженной темы или иным направлением, на основании того, как его сторонники представляют себе личность, ее потребности, социальную роль, модус поведения, призвананных формировать систему образования и воспитания. Научная новизна. В условиях, когда на фоне кризиса системы образования правительства США и ведущих стран Европы вынуждены начать ее долгосрочную реформу, теоретики в основном обращают внимание именно на демократические разработки концепций инструментализма прагматизма/неопрагматизма в современной социальной философии образования, в частности на их стремление внедрить в процесс общественного развития, образования и воспитания идею и практическую модель как учебного, так и социального равенства. Учитывая растущую потребность практического воплощения идей свободы, справедливости, стремление к реализации провозглашенных обществом прав человека, сторонники концепции «нового гуманизма» видят свою основную цель в том, чтобы преградить путь конформизму, манипулированию поведением личности и создать условия для ее свободного самовыражения, для осуществления человеком фундаментального выбора поступков в конкретной ситуации и тем самым предупредить опасность формирования унифицированной формы поведения. В этом принципы «нового гуманизма» сближаются с позицией «нового гуманизма» инструментализма и неопрагматизма. Выводы. Перед социальной философией образования/воспитания стоит задача – определить факторы, которые обусловливают достижение ее основной цели; дать оценку моральным принципам и личностным качествам, с которыми собственно теория образования/воспитания связывает реализацию своих задач; показать, почему именно эти, а не какие-то какие-либо другие принципы и качества открывают человеку возможность выбирать в конкретной ситуации социально весомую, морально оправданную и приемлемую в общественной отношении линию поведения. Постановка вопроса о необходимости философского анализа проблем воспитания и образования в социальном контексте служит показателем понимания философами, педагогами возрастающей роли человеческого и морального фактора в развитии общества. И, наконец, стремление разработать социально-философские основы педагогики вообще и воспитания в частности, свидетельствует о том, что западные и отечественные философы, педагоги, представители социальных и психологических наук, по крайней мере, большинство из них, осознали общественную значимость системы образования и воспитания, ее глобальный характер. ; Мета. Дослідити основні ідейні закономірності розвитку соціальноорієнтірованих концепцій філософії освіти у контексті проблем інституалізації знань про розвиток людини і суспільства. Проаналізувати системно-інтеграційний аспект соціальної філософії та менеджменту освіти у взаємодії концепцій інструменталізму прагматизму й неопрагматизму з моделлю «нового гуманізму» у формуванні соціально ціннісних орієнтацій. Методологія. Класифікація існуючих в західній філософії освіти та виховання напрямів проводиться, виходячи з основоположних принципів філософської школи або течії. При цьому, перш за все враховується та мета й засоби, які ними реально задіяні в процесі освіти, соціального розвитку і соціально-етичного виховання, та ґрунтується на основних установках, меті, вираженою тим або іншим напрямом, на підставі того, як його прихильники уявляють собі особистість, її потреби, соціальну роль, модус поведінки, що покликана формувати система освіти і виховання. Наукова новизна. В умовах, коли на фоні кризи системи освіти уряди США та провідних країн Європи вимушені почати її довгострокову реформу, теоретики в значній мірі звертають увагу саме на демократичні розробки концепцій інструменталізму прагматизму/неопрагматизму у сучасній соціальній філософії освіти, зокрема на їхнє прагнення впровадити у процес суспільного розвитку, освіти і виховання ідею й практичну модель як навчальної, так і соціальної рівності. Враховуючи зростаючу потребу практичного втілення ідей свободи, справедливості, прагнення до реалізації проголошених суспільством прав людини, прихильники концепції «нового гуманізму» вбачають свою основну мету у тому, щоб перегородити шлях конформізму, маніпулюванню поведінкою особистості та створити умови для її вільного самовираження, для здійснення людиною ґрунтовного вибору вчинків у конкретній ситуації й тим самим попередити небезпеку формування уніфікованої форми поведінки. У цьому принципи «нового гуманізму» зближуються з позицією «нового гуманізму» інструменталізму та неопрагматизму. Висновки. Перед соціальною філософією освіти/виховання стоїть завдання – визначити чинники, які обумовлюють досягнення її основної мети; дати оцінку моральним принципам і особистісним якостям, з якими власне теорія освіти/виховання пов'язує реалізацію своїх завдань; показати, чому саме ці, а не які-небудь інші принципи та якості відкривають людині можливість обирати в конкретній ситуації соціально вагому, морально виправдану і найприйнятнішу в суспільному відношенні лінію поведінки. Постановка питання про необхідність філософського аналізу проблем виховання та освіти у соціальному контексті слугує показником розуміння філософами, педагогами зростаючої ролі людського й морального чинників у розвитку суспільства І нарешті, прагнення розробити соціально-філософські основи педагогіки взагалі та виховання зокрема, свідчить про те, що західні й вітчизняні філософи, педагоги, представники соціальних і психологічних наук, принаймні більшість з них, усвідомили суспільну значущість системи освіти та виховання, її глобальний характер.
