Der Autor benennt die für einen wirtschaftlichen Aufschwung des Fernen Ostens Rußlands unerläßlichen Voraussetzungen und geht in diesem Zusammenhang detailliert auf die Bedeutung der russisch- chinesischen Beziehungen für die Entwicklung dieser Region ein.
