Die Studie untersucht die Situation von Migrantinnen und Migranten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt durch statistische Analysen sowie durch Interviews mit Arbeitsmarktakteuren und Migrantinnen. Sie zeigt die Probleme, die sich Frauen aus verschiedenen Migrationsgruppen im Vergleich zu Männern stellen und arbeitet Chancen und Integrationsperspektiven heraus.
