Summary: Within the line of investigation into ecclesiastical law of the State, the author deals with an issue of significant current and unquestionable social and legal interest, examining the errors made by the Supreme Court of Justice in identifying the rule used to issue the judgment for paedophile against the Catholic Church in Colombia, which, in his view, infringes the principle of consistency of judgments. The citations in the case-law are correct in number and opportunity for argument. ; Resumen: Dentro de la línea de investigación en derecho eclesiástico del Estado, el autor trata un tema de relevante actualidad e indudable interés social y jurídico, realizando un examen de los errores de la Corte Suprema de Justicia en la identificación de la norma utilizada para la expedición del fallo por pederastia contra la Iglesia católica en Colombia, la cual, a su juicio, vulnera el principio de congruencia de las sentencias. Las citas jurisprudenciales son correctas en número y oportunidad argumental.
