Abstract
"This paper explores how Swiss pupils acquire knowledge about and develop an interest in the European Union as part of the TEESAEC intervention study. During the study, pupils belonging to the experimental classes spent four lessons using a WebQuest, while the control classes received traditional teacher-directed instruction on the same topic. Pre- and post-test surveys were conducted to investigate the effect of the WebQuest on knowledge acquisition and the development of interest." (publisher's description).
