Abstract

"Nach dem Ende des Krieges in Kroatien (1995) erfolgte die Entwicklung der Sozialpolitik in drei Etappen. Dabei agierte die Regierung zwischen innerem Druck hin zur Lösung der akuten sozialen Probleme und äußerem Druck hin zum Abbau der Staatsausgaben für soziale Wohlfahrt. Insgesamt zeichnet sich eine Verringerung der staatlichen Verantwortung im Bereich der sozialen Fürsorge ab." (Autorenreferat)
